Has potential under different management
This property is not very well-maintained. The apartment was filthy when we moved in despite being told it was professionally cleaned. The carpets appear to be the lowest quality carpet on the market, and are rock hard. The fixtures, appliances, cabinets, window treatments are all very old, poorly maintained, and not clean. The management unfairly took money out of our deposit after moving out. The management would ask for access to the apartment with less than 24 hours notice. The management is very present at the property and is constantly checking in, which felt intrusive and invasive to me. The positives are that the location is great, there is plenty of parking, and the units that face away from the main road are very quite.
