Overture Sugar Land 55+ Active Adult Apart...

I love the community as activities are always available. I feel like I am on a cruise for the rest of my life??

Right at the stroke of closing time, I realize my air conditioner is not working. I called the office, Lori answered immediately, and she asked Ricardo to come to my apartment right away. He did and within 10 minutes or less, the air conditioner was back working again. I had the initial thought.” oh no! It’s Friday at closing time!” But they took care of it and I can’t think them enough. This is a great team… The office and maintenance teams are.awesome. Thankful for them!

This community is everything we could ask for -- comfortable well-appointed apartments, great amenities, a wonderful caring administrative/management team, and great neighbors in a safe and vibrant area of greater Houston. Best decision we could have made for 55-plus housing.

I’ve loved Overture Sugar Land since I moved here in 2019 (with a 1-year change of address during COVID) and I’m so thankful I found this place. Great neighbors, great staff at all levels, great opportunities to get to know other residents, and great response time … all good! Thanks for the opportunity to say “thank you, OSL!”

Have been a resident since April 2023. Few maintenance concerns have come up. Always handled with satisfaction.

Mt husband and I are so happy at Overture Sugar Land and plan to remain here! Staff is fun and sense of family here is very special!

Retirement life here at Greystar Overture is certainly stress-free. It gives moments thinking about our beautiful family and travel. Recently we traveled to Madrid, Spain and used brand new facilities there. The personnel there was more than we expected. That was another advantage of the Greystar Community.

Over all, I feel safe living here. The common areas are generally clean and inviting. Wish the appliances and elevators functioned properly most of the time or in the case of elevators, were maintained or repaired in a timely manner.

I have been a resident since April 2023. Feel safe, and comfortable. My apt. has been maintained ,at my request, whenever something was needed. I travel often and a lot of times for long periods of time, I am away. So far, most of my return visits have been to find things are secured and OK.

I like living at Overture 55 .) This is a new era of excellence in management, including a cheerful and helpful staff. We have flowers again and that is important to me. I arrived in April of 2023. As of today, I have only made a few maintenance request. All have been taken care of in a timely manner. Have been satisfied so far.

This would be a great place to live if the maintenance and housekeeping staff would sweep the stairwells and parking lot.

Elevators main problem, here. Also never know about electronic locks.

Overture Sugar Land has been the perfect solution for widows and couples who no longer want the burden of upkeep on a house and yard. It is a wonderfully active community of friends, who have daily access to senior exercises, games, mixers with music, planned outing; I could go on. It is definitely the best decision I could make.

Convenient location. Good security. Nice building designs. Plenty of social activities.

It’s up to the apartment to do what they want. What I am interested in is having the elevators working or repaired quickly when they stop working and the appliances in my apartment working.

Have been a resident since April,2023 I enjoy this apt. complex. Clean, keeps up with my maintenance concerns. Management easy to contact, cordial with residents. Convenience to businesses in area. I feel comfortable, when I travel, to just close, lock up and leave.

I am very pleased with the on-site maintenance crew but the pest control service is abominable.

Overture is a beautiful place to stay. There’s a lot of activities that you’ll enjoy. People are very friendly. The staff are very helpful. Any issues in the apartment are done quickly. I would love to live here forever. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

Overture Sugar land is a caring apt community for seniors

I honestly enjoyed living here at overture. I loved my apartment, loved the view from my apartment, I consider my apartment to be the penthouse. I was very comfortable. I enjoyed some of the activities and Met many nice and interesting people. I Enjoyed attending fitness and yoga classes. I will miss my apartment.

Incredible 55 Apartments! High-end apartments and facilities Friendly and helpful staff! Amazing Amenities! Community emphasis with daily activities geared to all interests!

Overall I like staying here at Overture. I’m concerned about the rising rent while the amenities are lessened. The community is good except for a few exceptions but I like the majority of my neighbors and the care shown for each other.

Conveniently located. Quiet and secure environment. Surrounded by scenic walking trails.

As I always say, this is a wonderful community that I have loved since 2019. Beautiful grounds and building, friendly neighbors, interesting fun options, great staff in the office and the best maintenance team anywhere, it ticks off all the boxes for me. I'm so glad I found it -- home.

Have only been a resident since 04/03/23. Just starting my new lease and 2nd year as a resident (active 04/03/24. What I have experienced, so far, is a very comfortable, friendly, relaxed home place. Glad I made the decision to be here.

Social aspects of Overture are great. Things like elevator being broken repeatedly are a problem.

Overture is a bright, beautiful place with a great staff and lots of friendly residents. I have only been here a short time. but I am very pleased so far.

My overall experience with overture is good. I like my neighbors and I like the activities. Not happy with the quality of work in the apartment unit.

We have a fully booked calendar of activities, thanks to our Community Director, Michael. I feel safe living here. My apartment is cozy. I couldn’t asked for anything else. Thanks to the management team for doing a great job.

I have shared my experiences living here with friends/or family with enthusiasm and they always comment that I appear bubbly and happy with my decision to make a major change in my life by moving to Overture 55 . Though no place is perfect, I don’t regret my decision to make such a drastic move for me and hope to be here as long as I can actively enjoy all that the building, beautiful surrounding areas, shopping, medical facilities, entertainment areas have to offer.

I’ve lived here 9 months and am very pleased. My apartment is lovely and I’ve made many friends; it’s a very welcoming community. Any concerns or questions I’ve brought to the staff have been dealt with in a friendly competent manner.
