So much offered. It is a place like living on a cruise ship…always something to do & you can choose what to do!
I moved in 3 weeks ago from a city about 3 hours away. I had toured the building in Sugar Land, Texas once and knew the building had lovely high end finishes and 10 foot ceilings. I love the ceilings and my furniture looks great in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. I was also able to rent a garage which has a door opening into a interior hallway as well as a small walk-in closet for additional storage. There are tons of activities and they are well attended by residents. The staff always have a smile on their face. I think I made a good decision on my new home.

Right at the stroke of closing time, I realize my air conditioner is not working. I called the office, Lori answered immediately, and she asked Ricardo to come to my apartment right away. He did and within 10 minutes or less, the air conditioner was back working again. I had the initial thought.” oh no! It’s Friday at closing time!” But they took care of it and I can’t think them enough. This is a great team… The office and maintenance teams are.awesome. Thankful for them!

Mt husband and I are so happy at Overture Sugar Land and plan to remain here! Staff is fun and sense of family here is very special!
Retirement life here at Greystar Overture is certainly stress-free. It gives moments thinking about our beautiful family and travel. Recently we traveled to Madrid, Spain and used brand new facilities there. The personnel there was more than we expected. That was another advantage of the Greystar Community.
Over all, I feel safe living here. The common areas are generally clean and inviting. Wish the appliances and elevators functioned properly most of the time or in the case of elevators, were maintained or repaired in a timely manner.
I have been a resident since April 2023. Feel safe, and comfortable. My apt. has been maintained ,at my request, whenever something was needed. I travel often and a lot of times for long periods of time, I am away. So far, most of my return visits have been to find things are secured and OK.
I like living at Overture 55 .) This is a new era of excellence in management, including a cheerful and helpful staff. We have flowers again and that is important to me. A sense of community is evident among our residents, and we enjoy many varied activities together. We also take care of one another. This is a great place to live an active life in

I arrived in April of 2023. As of today, I have only made a few maintenance request. All have been taken care of in a timely manner. Have been satisfied so far.
This would be a great place to live if the maintenance and housekeeping staff would sweep the stairwells and parking lot.
Elevators main problem, here. Also never know about electronic locks.

Overture Sugar Land has been the perfect solution for widows and couples who no longer want the burden of upkeep on a house and yard. It is a wonderfully active community of friends, who have daily access to senior exercises, games, mixers with music, planned outing; I could go on. It is definitely the best decision I could make.

Convenient location. Good security. Nice building designs. Plenty of social activities.
It’s up to the apartment to do what they want. What I am interested in is having the elevators working or repaired quickly when they stop working and the appliances in my apartment working.
Have been a resident since April,2023 I enjoy this apt. complex. Clean, keeps up with my maintenance concerns. Management easy to contact, cordial with residents. Convenience to businesses in area. I feel comfortable, when I travel, to just close, lock up and leave.

I honestly enjoyed living here at overture. I loved my apartment, loved the view from my apartment, I consider my apartment to be the penthouse. I was very comfortable. I enjoyed some of the activities and Met many nice and interesting people. I Enjoyed attending fitness and yoga classes. I will miss my apartment.

Overall I like staying here at Overture. I’m concerned about the rising rent while the amenities are lessened. The community is good except for a few exceptions but I like the majority of my neighbors and the care shown for each other.

Social aspects of Overture are great. Things like elevator being broken repeatedly are a problem.
