Friendly staff and lobby smells really nice! Spacious loading dock which made it easy on the move-in day. Parking is $400/month for resident.

Great! Lovely modern area and staff is amazing. The amenities are great as well and the gym is relatively nice but could use slightly more equipment. However, wish there were more social events for people to meet their neighbors/residents in the building.

We love living at One Greenway, the location and the provided amenities make it a really convenient place to live. However, the best thing about this building are the concierge (Rani is our favorite, now that Ben is gone) and staff members (Keni and the whole gang to be honest) who genuinely seem happy to see you and try their best to help you with any trouble you might have. We have never felt unsafe in the building as well. The only negative, for us, is the noise coming from outside at odd hours, again due to its location.

So far I absolutely have loved my experience at my new apartment. I feel extremely safe and welcomed by all the staff! I also have loved grabbing coffee and snacks at the café downstairs.

It’s been a year and a half and I absolutely love living in One greenway. The concierge team, management team, maintenance team, and the residents create such a friendly and accommodating environment that it feels truly homey and warm. The location is superb with Whole Foods and roche brothers both being 10 min walking distance. The apt ceilings are high so it makes the space feel bigger and more open. I highly recommend one greenway.

I have been living at One Greenway for about 1 year now. It has been a very great experience so far. The staff that works in the leasing office and conceirge desk are always so friendly and willing to help. I also feel very safe living here considering you need a key to access each floor. I also love that the apartment complex hosts events for the residents and are always giving away free food/snacks! hahaha!

Overall great experience. Didn’t start out that way as we had neighbors who constantly had loud parties. Towards the end of our stay there we’re more resident events, dog friendly events and surprise treats (breakfast, cupcakes etc.) for everyone to enjoy. Maintenance is great and Keni is the best!
