Not every day anywhere is perfect, but this community has improved greatly and the staff here(in my experience) are usually quick to respond and easy to engage with. Grounds are cleaner and more manicured and it's a fairly quiet and lovely community! Also, my recent lease renewal process - I'm staying another year, was flawless.

I rarely leave reviews, but after months of waiting with no resolution, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I submitted maintenance requests for tub resurfacing and carpet shampoo nearly three months ago, shortly after renewing my lease for another year. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response from the leasing manager. More recently, I raised concerns about duct cleaning, which is now impacting my health, and again — no acknowledgment or action has been taken. I have made several attempts to get a simple update or schedule a meeting, but meaningful communication has been completely lacking. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy — even not responding to emails — is unacceptable, especially when health concerns are involved. Tenants deserve timely communication and accountability, neither of which I have experienced here. I sincerely hope this review encourages management to take residents concerns more seriously. To any future tenants considering this community — please think twice. It's not just about the leasing manager’s lack of response — there are several ongoing issues within the community that remain unaddressed.
I’ve admired Old Farm Apartments since 2015, often passing by and dreaming of living here. In 2020, I finally moved in, but I’ve stayed more out of convenience than satisfaction. Unfortunately, the building has declined over the years (despite some efforts to improve), but the management's services fall short in many areas. For example, they charge $65 a month for unreliable internet, which forces me to pay for a separate, more affordable service to work from home without constant disruptions. They also charge $40 a month for trash pickup—something I could easily manage myself—but they refuse to remove it from the lease agreement. It feels like they’re more interested in profit than providing quality service. They stop giving you courtesy services such as cleaning your carpet or touching up the paint when you renew your lease. My recent conversation with the leasing office only confirmed this, as I learned they’ve raised late fees to 10%, despite my four years of loyalty as a tenant. Emergencies? They show no empathy or flexibility. Whether it’s an internet outage, a hurricane, or a personal crisis, you're treated as just another rent check to them. After enduring this treatment for so long, I’ve decided enough is enough. When my lease ends in July 2025, I’ll be moving on to a place that actually values its tenants.

Most of the IT team members are work from home. So internet connection should be good but here monthly four times we are facing this issue, but from apartment side they are forcing us to take aerwave connection eventhough we are not interested . Most of the time Pool was closed, saying some of the residents are not following the rules because of that who are all following up the rules they are affected they should find alternatives way to punish or remove Pool access for them alone. Only entertainment is Pool only that is too closed Most of the time

Apartment management is unprofessional. I ordered maintenance but no one showed up. went to the office multiple times the same story. no one came. this Apartment has really poor customer service.

I had very bad experience with this location .. they just don't respect you and I have been requesting service in my kitchen since August 2020 .. Cockroaches infected all the building.
First of all, I honestly don’t understand how Old Farm is almost 5 stars. I believe that the management is the one commenting because believe me, nobody would give not even 3 stars to this apt complex. The management is very rude and unprofessional. They simply don’t care about the property. The only clean place will be the office and the entrance because is the first look people will have, but once you start going into the buildings you will see that the floors are super dirty. Also, there is roaches infestation and crimes going on inside Old Farm, check the news. And I’m writing this review especially because besides all of that they are not giving me my deposit back. They have checked, the apt was left in super good condition but they are making me call and send emails for the last 2 months and are not giving me my deposit.

I was in the process of moving into this apartments earlier this year. I didn’t hear back from them until i called them several times to verify everything was still ok for me to move in. I spoke with them the weekend prior to the move in day and I was assured the apartment was going to be ready. They wanted me to sign the lease before seeing the unit, I told them I would not sign anything until I inspected the unit. I called for further information on the move in day only to find out the apartment was not ready. They offered a smaller apartment or the asked if I could wait 2 more days. Finally 2 days later when everything was supposed to be ready, I checked out the unit and it was not what I expected. The unit was supposed to be a partial upgrade. The cabinets were dirty and untouched. The bathroom sink was broken and the bathtub had a nasty yellow tint. There were also several small roaches in the kitchen. When I complained they showed me another unit that was an upgrade but they wanted $100 more per month and the unit was not that much nicer. I am not happy with the way they conduct their business. I decided not to move into this place. I lost money paying movers and their application fees. I would not recommend this place, save yourself the money and look elsewhere.
Highly dont recommend unless you are okay with them patching everything. Nothing is ever replaced. There is black mold in AC vent & all under sink & it has not been addressed...but they have been notified multiple times.
Very friendly and caring neighbors. The maintenance staff are very respectful and attentive. This past year has been a challenge but the property team makes living here feel safe and comfortable.
Great apartment complex with excellent and quick service
Old Farm is a nice place to live with a family type community near schools and malls, The location is perfect access on the freeways.
I have never lived here but I did not have a pleasant process while trying to tour the facility. I called twice a day for 3 days to try and schedule an appointment no answer. So on Wednesday I went online to book the tour and received an email stating a member from the leasing team would need to get in contact with me to confirm appointment and go over something’s with me. I booked the tour for Saturday at 10:30 am. I received a text message on the Saturday of the tour at 10:58am asking me to confirm my ID followed by a phone call at 11am. Again my appointment was for 10:30. If I can’t get in contact with management for a tour I know they are not assisting residents with their needs.
Very bad experience lived in this residence, I do not recommend it as long as the management does not solve the theft problems that exist within the property. my house, my cars were stolen and no one took responsibility for it, it is not a safe place to live
There is no maintenance concerning cleaning the buildings. The building corridors are always dirty. Nobody comes to clean and when you call them to come and clean sometimes they dont come or they do the way they did at this time which they basically took the trash from the third floor and pushed it and placed on the first. My opinion is: stop asking for so many fees from your residents if we are the ones actually sweeping the floor. Besides all of that, this place is not safe at all, so I dont recommend to nobody.
internet speeds are extremely low for the area, trash and debris are constantly in view, lawn maintenance has gone down
Old Farm Apartments is a very dirty apartment complex, there is trash everywhere, and the hallway's are very dirty. the apartment is infested with roaches, and no matter how clean your apartment gets you will still see a lot of roaches. Its very hard to find parking space specially late at night. there are always parked cars that never move for over a month. and you can tell for the most part those cars belong to people who are not even rent there.
My garage and door was left open for the second time by maintenance after they worked on my apartment. A cat was in my garage. Someone could have broken into my apartment. I definitely feel unsafe. Not sure what exactly was done because it still needs a lot of work done in the unit. Called several times on multiple different days and staff does not pick up none of the calls. It took weeks for for the leasing staff to get maintenance to even come by to look at the damages. My tub still does not work!
Old Farm Apartments is a very warm and family friendly place to live. Schools are near by and, the freeway is central along with the shopping district.
I have said this many times. Old Farm is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The Management doesn't harass the residents. The Management lets the residents live their own lives. The Management treats the residents like they are adults. The Maintenance Team is very reliable. They fix problems very quickly at this complex. They even work on weekends. How can a resident not be happy at Old Farm? Great Management, Great Maintenance, and reasonable Rent Prices.
Old farm is so beautiful and everything is well taken care of honestly the best apartments I have ever lived at.
Too much noisy neighbors. Rude partiers making noise throughout the night! They don't care if they party from 6pm to 6am.
I love the community, the gardens are well maintained, the apartment has very good finishes, the pool is very beautiful, I like everything about this community

It's a nice place to live for the money. It's mostly quiet except for a few noisy neighbors, but everyone is respectful for the most part. Some of the office staff are nice and helpful, but others aren't, and overall they could do a better job at communicating.

Unreliable management
Management policies are not tenant friendly. Maintenance people are polite but not the office staff. They make me feel as if they are doing me a favor by allowing me to live here while I pay rent on time and in full.

I like living at Old Farm Apartments. I wish I had moved in here a long time ago. The Apartment Complex is well kept, and the Maintenance Team is fantastic. All of the residents seem to mind their own business. I haven't seen any trouble, or any problems with crime.
I have been living here for a month and so far the everything looks perfect. I have met the manager the other and she is very friendly. Daisy one of the ladies from the office was very patient with us and make sure we had everything we need during the move in.
I enjoy living at Old Farm Apartments. This is the first time I have actually felt like I have a real home. The Office Management is fantastic, and the Maintenance Team is great. The communication between the Office and the Maintenance Team is fantastic. If I ever need anything fixed, it gets fixed within 24 hours. I like my neighbors, the landscape is great, and I really love my Apartment.
Its a decent place to live. Good schools near by and shopping and restaurants. Good access to all main freeways
Great apartment complex. I have been here over a year and the complex is always neat and quiet. Whenever issues come up they help right away. Even my friends say that I live in a great neighborhood and they wish they could move here. I highly recommend it. No problems and loving my new home!!!

They will show you a great apartment, move in and then the first night you'll have roaches. The pest control does a poor job which forces you to hire outside work. They'll lure you in with GREAT DEALS, NEW SECURED LOCKS, but trust and believe, its NOT worth it because you are sharing the place with the roaches living in the walls! No matter how clean you are, no matter how much bleach, roach killer etc you use, THEY KEEP COMING BACK!!!! The office never answers their phones. THE PARKING SUCKS! if you work late, good luck finding a parking spot if you dont get a reserved spot. The traffic getting here is terrible because of the area. OH and I cant forget to mention the noisy upstairs neighbors. Complaint after complain, I honestly dont think they consider who they move upstairs. The parties and stomping and nothing gets done. Change the rugs or something. DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE!! NOT WORTH THE DEAL!!!
I’m not sure about everyone else, but I enjoy living here. The apartment I am in is very quiet, with only the usual daytime and evening noise of cars coming and going, trash being collected in the dumpster close by, and children and families walking around the neighborhood. I love deep in the complex, away from the pool though. I like how mostly soundproof the apartment is. I never hear my neighbors, though to be fair, I live in the top story, and I never had an issue with maintaince fortunately. I do have a small, manageable roast infestation, and you do have to wait for pest control to come on Wednesday’s, but I consider that problem quite small. My 706 sq. Feet room is perfect for 3 small pets and me and my husband. Parking is an issue here though, so I choose to pay extra a month ($40) to have a carport, so please take that into account. I heard there were burglaries around, but management did their best to notify us. The gate is inconsistently open and sometimes broken without notice, but I heard that is a problem at most places. I like how they added a parcel service so that residents can pick up packages with ease without needing staff to pick it up for them. I would say that is one of my favorite things about Old Farm. They have resident parties often and I do feel cared for here at Old Farm. I’m not here for the apartment amenities, but we have an okay gym and a computer room if you need that.
