The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oceanside Apartments
The HVAC compressors are located on top of the apartment buildings with no buffering or muffling, so any time the units have their heating or cooling systems running, it will sound like a truck idling on the roof above your bedrooms, if you live in the top apartment. The decibels are 50 dB, which is 20 decibels above what is acceptable for noise in sleeping areas. It's a constant noise throughout the winter and summer months. Just a warning.
Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere to live. Trust me, there is so much wrong with it, I don't even know where to start. The owner lives overseas so you'll never see him if you have a problem. The walls are paper thin, so be prepared to hear it all. The appliances are all from another era and break down constantly. You'd think you'd get a decent new replacement, but no, you get one out of storage with nasty old crusted food on it. You don't get what you pay for here either....no pool, no amenities, no upgrades. The laundry room is a wasteland of broken down washers that only fill 1/4 full and eat your quarters. You have been warned.....
Do not rent these. There is only one good washer. If something goes wrong the Mantanice guy does not care and blames you for it. You’ll never meet the owner for whatever reason he won’t talk to any of his people. And the consultant isn’t the nicest person either he loves on the other side of town and only shows up when rent is due. There is nothing special here. No gate no pool no playground nothing it’s not worth the price for crappy people go somewhere else to live.
