Living at the life of jackson square has been awful. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to a work order. Something is always broke including AC/Heat and laundry facilities.

If you are looking for a nice interior and don’t care about nothing else. This is the place for you. Lights will shut off sometimes, A/C may shut off sometimes and water will be cold every now and then.

The administrative team is nice. The general areas as parking lot and stairs need to be care more because you constantly see trash.

When I moved in it was great. Very clean and quiet. Over the years it has become loud, more crime, ans just not a great place to live. The gates don’t work most of the time. I believe all tenants should be provided a gate opener. I had one and when it stopped working I was never given a replacement.

Quality of people has went down. New management has made changes to the property, some good others just unfinished projects. They seemed to have started all these projects at once and they have yet to finish the parking lots, came home one day and toilet was outside and my door unlocked. The workers were just hanging out. Wasn't notified that they were replacing toilets just water flow units. In the building were I live it's loud people, hanging out, playing music, talking loud all times of day & night. It's hard to get in touch with management over the phone as they don't answer it so you have to drive to the office to talk to them. No longer any security on site, gates get broken and people drive in the exit gates. People throw their trash in the parking lot and the smoke from cigarettes, etc flow into my unit. Really hope they do something soon because it's a decent complex and area overall.

Jackson Square sucks because the POOLS ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. Only apts in Houston with closed pools!

I love it here, I have been living here for a week now and it’s been very nice Quite, the parking is convenient and they have free valet trash. The property can be a little more attractive but all in all it’s a great place to stay, my leasing agent Mr. Sartin ?? was very helpful and got me in here with no worries. The communication was excellent and he was up beat and overall very explanatory.

I am currently a college student, and I set up a payment arrangement to pay rent because I was in the hospital. I had my emergency contact go in and talk to accounting and he talked to Ahmed to make the payment arrangement. I made sure that they knew that I would have the full payment by the 23rd of March, but he insisted that my emergency contact signed the form for the 15 and said, "try to have it by this day if not then it can wait". I went in to CVS to pay my rent with cash and I was unable to... logged onto the app and it says im no longer a resident. I called in and they told me they filed eviction and that I would need to come up with 600 more dollars if I wanted to stay here. Safe to say I am on the verge of being homeless. On top of this my heater has been broken for 3 months.

Living a the life at jackson square has been a nightmare. Everything is always broke. The washer machines and dryers don’t work properly. Maintenance doesn’t complete work orders in a timely manner. My heat or AC will go out and be out for days. When you call the office they don’t answer the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here.

The inside of the apartment is alright but everything else is awful. Grounds are dirty and have a roach problem, no one picks up dog poop, people steal your packages and it really doesn’t feel the safest. They have parking lot gates which are always left open same with any of the other gated doors and some of the outdoor lights only work half the time. Things like heating/cooling/water are always breaking and being turned off for a period of time. They have redone the inside of the apartments themselves but the complex as a whole needs a lot more work

If I could give it zero I would they sneak in extra charges there are roaches and ants everywhere cats and trash everywhere and somebody always park in your assigned parking soon as I moved in stuff started falling apart

I’m moving from NY and was able to secure an apartment right away. My leasing rep Imelda answered all my questions and always on top of every step of the process. She was very informative with everything I need for move in. I’m impressed. I’ve provided everything they need prior to my move in, so I’m Set!! all I have to do is pick up keys. It's pretty bad. Post office won't deliver here. Pools are all closed. Rents increased. I'm moving.

Thought it was a great first apartment. First day moved in and already had a problem with cooling, took a week for them to fix the problem. We had ants everywhere even in our pantry and kitchen. A month later all the mailboxes were broken into. At this moment there is so much construction going on I've had to fix 6 flat tires from nails laying around the entire complex within 2 months. All around bad experience.

I guess I moved in at the wrong time there is so much remodeling going on to the apartments it’s annoying, between all the noise and all the different people around your home I hate it. Someone broke in my car because the gates are not locked they are open for anyone to come in because of all the remodeling. I put in a maintenance order 2 weeks ago but no one has came by to fix it yet. The community is okay the outside area could use some work.

I paid my application fee and admin fee and my application was approved. Then I was scheduled for a tour and when I got there they said they didn’t have any apartments available.

Online it says they have apartments available, I did my application paid for no reason they said they will have me in a place In 7 days when I got approved and I told them that my lease was coming up and the lady said it was fine !! I go there for a tour on the day the lady tell me to come in which was Friday sept 9th 2022 but when I get there the lady tells me that there is no apartments available to TOUR or MOVE INTO so I paid a Uber to go there for no reason and she said she couldn’t move me in because every apartment they have is being Renovated!!! It’s like nothin but lies at this place… and they never answer the phone when you call EVER!!! So only thing they do is take your application money FEE and tell you lies ..
