Newport Village is a great place to live. I have enjoyed my time here. Community neighbors are friendly and diverse; families, singles, couples, people from all backgrounds. Office staff are friendly and attentive to any need. Maintenance staff do a great job of keeping the community clean and supporting tenet needs. It’s a great location, close to shopping and bus lines. Several parks close by, schools and public library. Great amenities: 2 pools and a fitness room. I’ve been very happy here! Thank you.

I love the apartment and the staff always so welcoming and professional !!!!!! Even though there are some things that need to be fixed, my move in was as easy and convenient as well.

Called multiple times for multiple problems. My dryer was broken for 3 months they came 4 times to fix it but never replaced it. They never fixed anything right and even left rips in my floor after replacing the dishwasher for the SECOND time. Due to them not fixing things correctly the first time I was unable to get my security deposit back.
The location is great, when there is upcoming changes sufficient notification provided. I feel safe here.

The pools are never open. When I moved in I was never given a key to the pool. I had to ask multiple times till I was given one. The side gates dont work.
Newport Village is a very nice, quiet and peaceful community. Since I moved here up till now, I have not seen a bug in my apartment. This made me very happy.
Newport Village has all the amenities of home. The staff is very professional, warm, and helpful. They go beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome.
Up stairs neighbor is very LOUD and music all types of day and night. Throwing stuff off their balcony just total disrespectful. Trash in the parking lot. Just hate neighbor being that freaking loud. They need to clean area up better. Dog crap not being picked up

Went from secure facility to unsecured facility. Supposed to have on site security which is non existent. Gates are always broken which allows non residents to take all parking spaces. The staff has changed many times in 2 years so you never know who you are speaking to. Will be moving soon, next place will be checked out throughly.
Don't move here. You will absolutely regret it. Not safe for anyone, terrible staff even worse residence. Please don't put yourself through this type of strain.
my husband and I live in comfortable spacious apt , with great amenities . 2 bdrms each bdrm has walk in closets , ceiling fans , large standard windows double plain. 2 full bathrooms with vanities , master bdrm has roman tub, 2nd bathroom has tub and shower. large living room and dining rm with full kitchen plenty of cabinets space and micro wave and dishwasher. . large patio with full storage . Washer and dryer with laundry rm enclosed. great location , shopping, banking and restaurants, schools . local neighborhood parks
