The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Neon Burnsville
When I moved in here a couple months ago I was given a guided tour - but after moving in walking around the building I was completely blown off… seeing the areas I wasn’t shown during my initial tour. Luxury property - why no cameras in hallways and elevators to catch the people who continue defacing the property? Underground parking is disgusting - garbage and car oil leaking everywhere Dog pee in elevators everyday Sauna is absolutely disgusting- hasn’t been clean in years
The new management group, Connor Group, turned a once luxurious apartment community into a tacky, amateur slum building. They painted the building bright purple and navy blue and half painted the apartment doors sloppily. To make things worse, they raised the prices of EVERYTHING from rent to parking space cost and have very disrespectful management. Please don’t move here.
They have raised all the prices! And tacky colors and rude and unprofessional new management! Don’t rent from here!
Management is bad, and the decision to ruin such a nice building with a bad pant job (bright purple and dark blue) has disappointed all of the residents. Amenities are nice although the complex has been more dirty since new management took over.
