Apartment I moved into wasn’t as nice as the apartment I was showed. Put in a request for all the things i needed fixed when I first moved in and they didn’t fix anything except cleaning. Girls in the office are okay just sometimes rude. Also it’s always hard to get ahold of someone in the office. Maintenance guys are good but need to work on notifications and cleaning- they could’ve at least let me know about the glass on the floor so i could clean

Roaches are in EVERY APARTMENT. Mangers will not treat them aggressively. They don’t believe it’s that big of a deal. Even though most residents have small children. I’ve never lived in a more disgusting apartment in my life. Everything is blamed on 3rd party vendors. So good luck complaining or reporting something. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The just walk or ride around pretending to pick up trash. So run quick run fast.

Peaceful, quiet community. Everything is at walking distance, groceries. Pharmacy, bank, movie theater, Nail salon, and restaurants. Also Gunn and Amazon hub available 24-7.

For one, noise complaints get met with a “I’ll see what i can do” rather than an actual action and the pest control fee per month is a joke, i pay monthly to exterminate my own home because the people you hire don’t do their jobs. Rent is astronomical, the amount i pay per month, i could be renting a HOUSE for the same price(utilities included and i get a private yard and pool). But out of all the places I've lived, i can honestly say the staff has been super cool and understanding with all of our crazy. So thats a plus. 5/10 points

Here are the reasons if I was to stay I would stay. The property manager. I have lived with other apartments where there was no communication or if you had one it was rude. Here the entire front office is courteous and professional. Nese makes you welcome from minute you come and throughout your stay. Next, the maintenance team. If you have an emergency, they do not ignore you. They come and help. They are courteous, friendly and professional. They fix the problem. I love this place and maybe I would consider making my stay longer, who knows. If you are looking for a good place this is it.

The new management company is horrible. They don't answer phones and they are not professional. People who've lived there for years are moving out due the new management company. These are people who pay their rent consistently and who don't have issues.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful with Olympic style pool. Staff is very helpful and quick if there is an issue. Perfectly located 10 minutes from Hobby Airport and other great locations like Kroger’s and Home Depot. Highly recommend living here as apartments are extremely spacious.

The apartments are very nice and well maintained. It's a very great place. The managers are really nice, and they always very helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure that we had all the information that we needed.

This management team have provided us with excellent customer service, so far, since they have acquired the property. Also, the security cameras on the property make us feel safer. Overall, my husband and I would give this property management a A+ grade for excellence!!!

I got out of the Navy and decided to go back to school. I needed a place kinda close to U of H so I chose Mirabella Apartments. I am pleased so far with my stay. The staff is very nice (Grace is awesome) and maintenance is quick. They gave me a new dryer when my old one broke.
I have lived here for a little over a year now. The front office personnel are so kind and always greet me with a smile. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The apartments are updated and beautiful. Another great perk is that you are within walking distance to the Fuqua Park & Ride - you can just sit back and relax on your downtown commute. The location is so convenient - lots of great shops nearby. In addition to all of this - management really does care about the residents. My husband lost his job during this pandemic and management graciously provided us with rental assistance. If you're considering Mirabella Apartments - definitely do it - you won't regret it!
I just moved here on the 4th everything was a smooth move in and the staff are amazing I love my beautiful apartment and the grounds are kept up and very peaceful I’m here to stay!!!

I moved here in July of 2019 and i have no complaints. Ms. Debbie, Grace, and Amy are all great at what they do. They are really warm and friendly.The complex looks great and it's very quiet. They have added security cameras and on call courtesy officers which makes you fell safe. I have had no issues living here and i would recommend to anyone. If you're looking for an apartment this is the place to be.

I moved in Jan 2020 and Grace, Debbie and Amy are awesome!!! My father and I had the best service and communication with the staff. Highly recommend living here!!!
When I called for pricing and availability lady in the front off was very nice and gave me all the information I was needing. Viewed the apartment and apartment was exactly like the website I love it, just the place I was looking for to call home
I really haven't had any bad issues with the complex. The staff at the leasing office has always been helpful and the sweetest people. If they are busy, they will let you know but will get back to you asap. I am proud to call Mirabella my home. Lisa and Marquitta are some of the best staff people there. Super friendly and knows you by name when you walk in. Also, they remember things we talked about in prior months considering the hundreds of people who live there.
I would recommend my friend or family members to move here due to the fact that it quite and it's in a nice community on the other had the parking was horrible the rent was to high for my ceiling to be leaking toilet water over my head and listening to the neighbors having intercourse
This apartment complex is a very welcoming environment, the grounds are maintained constantly, and maintenance is there when you need them! This is a great place to live
The complex is very nice and they always get things completed in a timely manner and staff is very friendly. The grounds always look nice and clean.
Excellent floor space and staff. Parking is a little unruly; however steps were being taken in order to rectify this.
The marabella community is amazing, the apartments are hugh and full of amenities, its quiet and has a close proximity to shopping malls, movie theaters, and great dining experiences. I love it here can't wait to resign at the end of my lease.

Management is great and very concerned about there tenants. They also take care any problem we may have and made it very easy to be excepted here.
