I have lived in several nice apartments in Houston and this one is by far the best! The leasing office is very friendly and answer any question I have.

The experience has been great so far. I like that the key is in our phones. It did raise the question though. Are we able to still navigate through the complex if our phone dies? is there an alternative way to enter different doorways?

Comfortable. Still addressing some small issues but that happens. Love the location. Love the pool and dog park when it’s clean. Feel safe at night which is crucial

The leasing office and maintenance staff should try to be kind to the residents, instead of defensive and difficult over the smallest requests.

I recently toured Millennium High Street and was so impressed! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the property itself is absolutely stunning. The modern design, high-end finishes, and clean, open layout of the apartments really stood out. The amenities are top-notch—especially the rooftop lounge and resort-style pool. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of River Oaks District, with amazing walkability to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It definitely feels like luxury living with a strong sense of community. I’m seriously considering making Millennium High Street my next home!

I had a great tour with Julia over the weekend and am ready to lease! However, I’m waiting for more availability closer to my move-in date. The property was well-maintained, and Julia was fantastic to work with. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on availability and will submit an application as soon as I find the perfect fit.

The area, the staff, the events. If you’re really looking for a community feel, this is the home for you! The leasing staff is welcoming and helpful. Residents are so sweet & everyone is so friendly. You can tell everyone looks after one another. The maintenance team are prompt and efficient. Management always sends out property reminders or things to keep us in the loop of what’s going on. Love that you can always see the security officer at night, definitely gives a sense of peace when coming home.

Be careful If you plan to move here as security is basically non existent and management couldn’t care less.

This community is a great place to live! It’s safe & quiet, and always kept clean. The office girls are all awesome and have great customer service. The office tries to keep everyone in the community involved with multiple free events a month; great places to socialize! I recommend this community to any demographic!

Me and my husband have been living at the Millennium High Street for 2 years and we really love this community. The entire staff is very friendly, and especially I’d like to thank to Cailei! She is always willing to help us. She is super friendly and answered all my questions. She is the best property manager I’ve ever met. The amenities here are also superb. I love spending time at the resort inspired pool. They also have lots of amazing events that I really like to participate in. Lots of restaurants, shopping spots and a theater are in walking distance. I’m a walk lover and this community is paradise! I recently recommended this place to my relatives and they decided to move in soon. Absolutely love the Millennium High Street!

I have been here for three years. You can’t go wrong with this spot. In my opinion, it meets all the important criteria from security, to service, and location. It is walking distance to nice/fancy restaurants, stores, IPIC theater and even the mall. The staff has changed over time but the amazing service, care, and community remains the same. Vanessa, Rachel & Cailei offer exceptional customer service unique to their respective personalities. Nonetheless, they are all friendly, cordial, helpful, pleasant, and go above & beyond to ensure satisfaction. The maintenance team is on point and on time. Shout out to Hector and the crew. My boyfriend and so moved down to Houston in May and have had nothing but great experiences regarding our apartment. Cailei has been amazing from the start and never fails to answer our questions. The location is perfect as it’s very close to the best shopping and restaurants in Houston! The amenities are superb, especially the resort style pool! Can’t recommend this place enough! Currently trying to get my new coworkers that are moving down next August to sign a lease here haha!

MHS has been a fantastic community in my opinion. The staff members are friendly, cordial, polite, hardworking, and enthusiastic. They make the community a vibrant and welcoming place to live in.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Texas and the team at Millineum have been excellent at responding to inquiries. Callie at the front office is so helpful and we couldn’t have figured everything out without her! The complex is beautiful and so close to shopping areas. Really love calling this place home.

Overall I’m dissatisfied in the past few months. This is a stark contrast from last year when the previous management company was in charge. Initially I was treated very well, but over time I have been treated with disrespect by several staff members, including management. I have also been disrespected by one particular maintenance team member. I’ve felt ignored and avoided. The garage stays broken. This has become disappointing and stressful. The location is great.

Horrible experience, staff does nothing to fix the items on the checklist for weeks.

The location is Great! just next to the River Oaks District, very walkable area. Property looks very pretty on the outside, pool area and amenities are beautiful, resort living style. It is a shame that is running under a terrible management, let me explain myself: 1- When you go to the business center 50% of the time the internet is not working, Coffeys machine our of service and no cups. 2- When you go to the fitness center some machines are out of service. Non of the TV screens work, Wall TV or embedded machine's TV screens works. 3- There isn't a guests parking spaces, just Fidelity customers or future residents. 4- The hallways seems dark and too many scratches in the walls that can be fixed fast but not addressed by the management team. 5- The unit inside has a old dishwaters, and kitchen cabinets looks cheap. 6- Showers, ceiling fans, washer and dryers, are the cheapest you can find in the market. 7- When go inside of the building there is a particular smell of pet pis and even sometimes poop. The hallways have old and stained carpet, but in the months that I have been living here, I haven't seen the first person cleaning the carpets. Is very common where is tile instead of carpet, to see urine swamps. I think there is just one cleaning lady for the entire 4 buildings complex. 8- There are more than 3 hundred units and there are just 2 handy/repair men, so if you need any repairs hod on tight because it can take a long wait. 9- You can see garbage every day. There are dumpsters in the back garage door always fulfilled of trash, smelling, I think there should be a better place to keep the trash and not in the transitable areas. 10- There are some public trash cans in the exit of each building. Wait on Sunday or Monday morning how full it is, even with trash outside next to the can, crap odor, is completely disgusting for a resident or a guest when coming in and out. So where is the luxury and resort feeling with this terrible management in place? Extra gift: Palm trees where burned because of the freezing at the beginning of this year, and the solution of the management office was to cut them down one foot over the ground, and leave it that way. Is too much to ask to replace the palms and improve the landscape? I am very surprised that Greystar is the management company, I had Greystar as a very high professional profile company in my mind. Just waiting in a few months to move out when my lease ends.

I love living in River Oaks! Millenium High Street is THE location for everything!

Facilities are really good, location is excellent but there are too many maintenance issues not addressed timely

This place is on fire from the rooftop all the way down to the pool (literally they have fire pits that turn on with the flick of a switch at both). The community is amazing, the amenities are great, any maintenance needed is done timely and professionally. The office staff is top notch, Amanda and Lauren rock kinda like a rock band!

Having living here since the beginning, it is a great place to live (just renewed my lease for another year). Very close to everything, restaurants, shopping, bars, and of course the new iPic theater is a great addition. Like in the previous review, security is a concern, but with every apartment or condo there will be some issue. They are trying to fix it. Staff is great to deal with and always friendly. They just re-did the rooftop and it is great, I love to cook, so it is great to have family and friends over and have them on the rooftop enjoying the river oaks/galleria view while I grill out.

I've been living in this apartment since it first opened (I was one of the first 30 people to take an apartment here. It was probably one of the premier apartments in the neighborhood (At least i thought). The security in this building is subpar. In november of 2014 My car was broken into. I feel like I recieve weekly notices about either an armed robbery, car break in, an apartment break in or something similiar. This is the first week in an entire year that i finally seee someone from security near the partking lot BUT my friends can get in and out of this apartment without being detected. My lease is up in a few months and I plan on moving.

I love this apartment complex! I loved in about 3 weeks ago and have been extremely pleased with the amenities, services, and community. As a newly divorced mother of two young boys I was very nervous about how the boys would adapt to an apartment and how the community would feel about having them here. I have been so thrilled to realize there are other families with children here as well and my boys love it here. It is beautiful, quiet, and in the best location - especially with the new River Oaks shopping center being built next door. The amenities are awesome too- the pool is beautiful and the fitness center is filled with top of the line equipment. The dog park is very cute and nice to have if you have a dog, and the rooftop terrace is so beautiful with 360 degree views of the Galleria. I highly recommend this complex!

The units here are nice, but a bit pricey. They do all have very nice looking modern finishes and are brand new. The amenities are beautiful and are the main reason why I personally feel that the price is justified. The pool is beautiful and the fitness center is really nice for an apartment (bigger than other places we looked at). Unfortunately, there is construction going on next door that is very noisy, especially in the morning. This place will definitely be better once that construction is complete and the complex is fully occupied.

After numerious attempts asking for details of prices and availability by email without detailed response I gave up and found another place to live for the next 6 months
