Former resident here and the staff is absolutely AMAZING! The gym is the absolute BEST you will find at a community in Miami. Love the amenities here all together! I felt like I lived at a resort with a gym routine in the mornings, then sauna and steam room, pool in the evening, hot tub to relax. I worked out of the conference rooms often and would grab their complimentary coffee on my way there. Moving from out of state I wasn't sure what to expect when I moved to Miami but Midtown5 literally made me fall in love with Miami and the area. My best friend also moved to Midtown5 and when her lease ended, she purchased a condo in the Midtown neighborhood, a testament to how great the area is. She loved living here as well! Also, it's so important to have a responsive and helpful team/staff wherever you are living. This can sometimes make or break your experience. Not sure if I'll ever find a team that replaces the level of customer service, responsiveness and assistance that the Midtown 5 team provides. Fernando and Keith go above and beyond. The community manager, Fernando, and the service supervisor, Gustavo work together seamlessly ensuring the property is in top-notch condition, super clean and always smells AMAZING! The entire service team Gustavo, Jairo, Omar and Javier are so polite, helpful and professional. Concierge is also very helpful! Their package system is very practical and works efficiently! This is definitely a big takeaway you'll never have to stress over. They have package lockers you will get codes for when a package is delivered and a huge package room for any overage in packages which is always very well organized and managed by the concierge team. Location is unbeatable. You have everything within walking distance. You will love heading to Trader Joes for groceries, literally right in front of you, choosing from a wide selection of gyms/fitness studios such as Barry's Bootcamp, Airlab, Sweat440, Pilates, Cycling etc. Plenty of shopping is within your neighborhood along with so many delicious eateries. If you have a dog, your dog will love living here!! There is a huge open park in the neighborhood where you can walk your dog and meet many other dogs and dog owners! The neighborhood is so friendly!

I’ve lived here for about two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. When I first took over my lease, the management team made the whole process super smooth — no hassle, no stress. They were always proactive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with, which made a big difference. The building itself has a really positive vibe — good energy, friendly neighbors, and plenty of great amenities that I’ve really enjoyed using. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable, taken care of, and part of a nice community. Overall, very happy with my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live. Special Gratitude to Brooke, our Community Manager Assistant! She always took an extra mile to support and get every question resolved with leasing, moving, qualifications and best options on the market.

I have been living in Midtown 5 since 2020. So it’s been 5 years and I love it. From the management to the residents it truly feels like a vacation everyday. The building is beautiful and luxurious it feels like a hotel everyday.. you have everything you need from office spaces- gym and asado stations and cabanas for the pool. Management team is always trying to help and truly goes above and beyond for us. I love it here best building!!!!!

We’ve lived in this building for a while now, and I can confidently say that it’s one of the best places we’ve ever called home. The building itself is well-maintained, with clean common areas, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible management team. The managers are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and are always available to address any concerns. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or organizing community events, they create an environment where residents feel valued and heard. It’s clear that the management team takes great pride in their work, and their attention to detail and commitment to excellence make all the difference. Thanks to their hard work, this building feels less like an apartment complex and more like a true community. Highly recommend!

I am happy living here, the people in the building are very kind and friendly, you feel comfortable living in this place and the good thing is that there are many shops around and you are very close to the beach too.

The amenity floor and rooftop are beautiful (the pool gets sun all day), the front desk team is helpful, and maintenance is reliable. Bad service & WATCH OUT FROM THE MANAGEMENT really disappointing!! Last week I applied to be a resident in midtown 5 , I paid $500 application fee + $150 additional fee for my wife, gave all the documents that needed to be provided to show our Income, even gave additional documents to prove Im able to pay the monthly amount of rent . The management gave me feeling like I'm going to be approved, Eventually they declined my application absolutely based on nothing because I provided everything that was needed. And the day after I'm going on the website and apparently the same exact apartment that I applied for are overpriced so obviously the reason they declined me it's because they just want to raise the price . WATCH OUT!!!

The entire staff is nice and welcoming, also great location and since the day I moved in already met some of my neighbors and everyone is so nice ! Premises are clean and well kept!

This building is terrible!!!. If you are a professional and going to work in the morning providing for your family PLEASE don't MOVE in this building. You will NEVER NEVER sleep again. Parties going on on a regular basis with loud MUSIC, SCREAMING people and the worse there is notting you can do about it. NOT a real policy that protect you quite time, if you try to call concierge no one will answer your call. The management will tell you is a process to take care the situation but I think is just something they say to get you off the phone. No one will listen to you and help you.. They don't care. Once they left me with no air conditioning for 2 days in August.. you can imaging my living nightmare. This is a review for professionals that have a real job and need to rest at night so they can provide for their families and children. Otherwise if you are a parties Animals and enjoying vomiting in the elevator and hallway carpet this is the place for you. To anyone that is wondering the truth of my review I documented and videos everything. Just ASK.

Midtown 5 is ideal place to live. It is centrally located. It is a beautiful building with friendly and efficient staff.

I never write reviews. However, I felt compelled to do so after seeing all of the positive changes. Greystar took over around January and at first, things were terrible. The concierge company was a joke, they would never show up and I would consistently see office and maintenance employees working the front desk. Also, they cut the cleaning crew and the building was dirty every afternoon. I met with the new Manager Natalie and she listened to my frustration. She told me what her plans were and asked that I trust her. I could tell she was different and that she loves what she does. Fast forward a couple of months and we have a professional concierge team, an additional cleaning person was added for the afternoon and the entire demeanor of the office team has changed. I never leave reviews but you can clearly see what a positive impact the new manager has made.

I am happy to see that Midtown 5 has started having more events for the residents. I went to the wine tasting and met a new neighbor and last night they had an Octoberfest event with beer tasting. When the new company took over some of my neighbors and I noticed the building wasn't as clean but the new manager added extra hours at night and the cleanliness immediately improved. I just hope my rent isn't increased a lot when it's time to renew.

In my fourth year in Midtown 5 I finally begin to enjoy it. thanks to a new professional and courteous property manager who handles every issue right there and than. Way to go Natalie.

Newer property built with quality materials. Great style, vibe and people. The location is second to none in the heart of Midtown Miami. Walk to just about everything and a puddle jump to the Design District and Wynwood.

Midtown 5 is a great place to live. Maintenance has been great. The issue would be the leasing office. I have called multiple times, left voicemails and no one ever gets back to us. It is very upsetting that you can never reach them unless you actually go in person.

Midtown 5 is a clean roomy building with very good amenities. I have lived here since the building opened in 2017. The management is friendly and courteous and quick to respond to any issues. I can recommend it highly as I have rented in several building in the Miami area.

Midtown 5 the gem of Midtown Miami living! Speaking to other friends in the neighborhood, I know we rank #1 in the best management team. They have always been accessible, friendly and solution-driven. Midtown 5 is also kept pristine, disinfected and thoughtful to protect its residents during the pandemic. Residents living here are mostly young professional, career-driven, kind and we have a sense of community amongst each other. And our furry residents have their own famous 3pm daily doggy hour - where they play with fellow pups in our convenient dog park downstairs. The maintenance & front desk team are always kind, quick to resolve any issues and have always been diligent at not only protecting the community but also individual residents from unwelcome guests.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Front desk reps are great and helpful.

Great building physically, if the management could be half as good this would be a perfect building.
