Mezzo Kirby Med Center

Management changed Grey Star took over it’s been down hill since. They got rid of security and now there are frequent car break-ins and stolen mail.

A little bit noisy for 5th floor. Clean and easy communication. Parking friendly. Clean gym and swimming pool. ~~~Great apartment, but a little bit noisy.

The application process was stressful since my application got denied without any explanations at first - but got accepted as the move in date neared. However the my leasing manager, yailyn was kind and approachable through the process, during move in and after. :)

Great experience! The staff are helpful and willing to answer questions. The only negative is that we can hear our neighbors upstairs. Parking has gotten a little more challenging on the first level.

I was referred to this community by some friends who were / are residents here For me the location is convenient, the apartments are nice, the services/facilities are okay. But i was just so extremely disappointed with the maintenance and the quality check and the pest control in addition to the delay in resolving pressing issues and in taking accountability in regards to a lot of poorly maintained issues and rising problems that are ongoing with my apartment. It has only been 1.5 months and i keep discovering new issues everyday which has delayed my ability to fully settle in yet. I really hope to see eventually a serious and efficient resolution for all my issues and then would be more than happy to rectify/update this review. But so far, am just waiting…

The community feels safe and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for nearby amenities. Utilities and facilities are generally good, though there is room for improvement in a few areas. The rent is on the higher side for a 1B1B, but the living environment and services provided mostly justify the cost.

I’ve lived here since 2019. Overall it’s been a pleasant experience. Great location, and quiet for the most part. I will note, the property offer valet trash. Although there are time constraints to when residents should put out trash cans not everyone follows those instructions which causes foul smells in the hallways.

I think I really enjoy this app a lot. It has great rewards and it’s something I try to keep up with as much as possible. I think everyone should try it.

My experience of living here for about 3 years has been great. It is located near the medical center which is really good location, and there are Target, Kroger, restaurants just right around the corner, that’s really convenient. Staff are always nice and keen to help. Maintenance team also respond promptly. My only complaint is there are some residents leaving their food waste in the trash bin on the hallway even during the time there is no valet trash pickup, but that’s out of management team’s control.

I really feel like moving here things would be better than my previous experience. There are so many things wrong with my unit. At first the office was extremely accommodating. Now I can’t get an answer or updates. My toilet is backwashing and needs to be flushed 3x to get anything down leaving odors and unfriendly sights. My sink is down to a slow trickle, cabinets don’t close, my rolling shade and screen door are still broken, the washer is damaging my clothes. Two weekends in a row there was a very strong gas odor in the hall ways, there was no sense of urgency. After several complaints it was addressed. The garages stay trashed especially by the doors. Packages continuously end up stolen. The amenities are not kept up to par. The staff is nice, but definitely lack in consistency. Rent is too high to deal with this. Ultimately I regret my decision, sadly I really hoped for better. Location 10/10 property is quiet, staff 8/10 Safety 9/10 Amenities 4/10 My Unit 3/10 Experience 3/10

This is a very clean and active area, excited to start to live here! There are so many amenities and it is relatively affordable compared to apartments in the area. The units aren’t too small either.

The environment and geographical location are good and the sound insulation effect is very good. Every floor has parking places, including charging places.

I would consider Mezzo Kirby to be one of the better communities to live in. The biggest selling point for me is the prompt communication from the staff and the low lead times on the maintenance attending any issues

Great amenities, I have been living here for a couple of weeks and everything is fine for now. Very good location, a lot of stores near by were you can walk to.

Definitely room for improvement. Disappointed with the amenities that don’t work or stay broken. The garage can get trashy, there are no trash cans by the entry door so people trash the floors. My Amazon packages keep getting stolen. Elevator waits can be a little long. The apartments are nice, slightly overpriced and overrated, I had a lot of issues with my unit. While they are being addressed it’s been a long process. My hallway has a lot of storm lights that are on the ground waiting to be installed or they’ve fallen. The secure entry door is continuously broken. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for paying this much. It wasn’t disclosed until I moved in that the club house is deemed an emergency exit so it can’t be used lol… that would have definitely been a deal breaker for me.

We love Mezzo Kirby ! The move in process has been easy and exciting. We are very happy in our new home and think the community is very clean and beautiful.

Great location near Rice & museums. Quiet, modern units with friendly staff. A little pricey but worth it for the convenience and amenities!

Super quiet and very calm. I love getting home and actually get some rest and energize for the next day. Staff is always quick to problem solve

Everything has been good so far. Our service requests are addressed in a timely manner and with kindness, and the place is relatively clean. We did have A/C issues, which caused us to pay very expensive energy bills. It took a while for it to be figured out, but now that it is fixed, everything is good.

Moved in about a month ago.. so far so good. easy to put in requests, nice neighbors, peaceful area... only complaint is the spiders in the outdoor window seals and patio which I am not sure how much they can control.

I love to stay here but maintaince is not good office some times good sometimes rude but over all is not bad I think if im not moving to another state my be i stay

good apartment complex- but things keep getting broken and problems keep happening with safety. For example the gate keeps breaking or car tires keep getting stolen. Otherwise the apt itself is nice.

Living in mezzo Kirby has been a great experience for me. Coming from a rough neighborhood all my life and into living in a peaceful neighborhood where I feel safe.

I love the location for where it is in proximity to everything but it’s a little scary outside of the gated community at times. the amenities always seem to be broken though. Love the parking garage

This house is impressively clean and very comfortable to live in. The well-designed layout makes it feel cozy yet spacious, and everything is kept in great condition. I love living here. Literally no complaints. You never hear any noise, i do not live with roaches, there is always parking. You can tell the other residents here take pride in their living environment.

Office staff is kind and friendly with questions my wife has. Maintenance team is all was on point with any request we have for them. The portal is so easy to use. Will refer for sure

The place is beautiful and the neighbors are very nice. The place is very clean and well kept I really liked the pool and the gym, very clean and spacious.

It’s nice to live here, the staff is really nice. Also a lot of amenities and services nearby. Will recommended it to a friend who plans to move to the medical center.

there are a lot of really great things about mezzo kirby med center and some not so great things. My favorite thing would have to be my location there is so much around the area that I never have to go more than 10 minutes to get anything that I need. What I dislike about the place everything is always broken such as garage is and other amenities that they offer.

I have been living for two years. It is a great community, especially for people working in TMC. Things can be better if the facilities like elevator can be fixed quicklier.

It's difficult to comment. My neighbor upstairs often stomp on the wood floor in the mid night or at the 2~4 o'clock in the early morning. This always make me wake up. I don't understand why this happens, and I just want to enjoy a good sleep. The upstairs neighbor also jump on the floor heavily in the night if I use dish washer during the day. Both the dish washer and laundry machine are originally equipped with my apartment, and I also use them in the normal way. I have already communicated this problem with the leasing office. I hope this problem can be solved. Other parts are good with the community by now.

overall good experience living in mezzo kirby. it definitely helps that this is a new building, good amenities, no roach problems. maintenance services are not great though and can be improved

The move in process are smooth, and the leasing office, especially Yailyn Gonzales is very responsible. The environment seems nice and clean.

Garage doors are always breaking/coming off the chains, cobwebs everywhere, door locks around property work when they want, I’ve gotten stuck in the courtyard multiple times because the doors doesn’t unlock, you have to press the clicker for front gate and garage about 20 times just to get in, the hallways never get vacuumed, pool was dark green nasty on Labor Day... I could go on and on. I can’t wait to move.

I moved in at the end of October. Miranda was great with helping me pick the right apartment and she was very efficient to get me in. Lots of parking and great amenities

This is a really good apartment complex. Over the past 6 years I moved 6-7 times. This apartment is different and I feel like it is a home. Some important points: - Location close to Medical center, there is a few buses to get to medical center. - This is pest free place. - Maintenance are kind and respectful. They take care of service request in a timely manner (most of the time). - Minimum sound from the neighbors upstairs or the ones we share walls. - A descent sized park for pets. - Parking garage with lots of spaces. I recommend this place to live.

So far is good, no problems. Things get fixed when needed to and the residents are chill.

The entire leasing experience was so seamless as my daughter and I did a self-tour of the property at the last minute. The apartment layout is just want I needed and the location is absolutely perfect. The leasing agent was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and accommodating. She was great! I do not move in until Dec but the experience has been great so far!

I have a lot of great things to say about mezzo Kirby med center. The location is wonderful, the staff and maintenance team are all great, and I do feel very safe living here. The amenities are average but good enough for me!

I haven't moved in yet, but the process went smoothly without any issues, so I'm giving it a high rating. I hope to have a comfortable stay.

Mezzo Kirby is a good community with great location near Med Center! You can find everything just around a corner from this apartment complex.

Facility is a top-notch complex and Team is extremely friendly and helpful. Recommend this location to anyone.
