Great locatio for live I have been living here for almost 2 yrs now and I am glad with my decision to move here. The maintenance services are very fast an efficient.
Living here going on my 4th year and couldn’t be happier. Wish they didn’t raise the rent every year but what can you do. Conveniently located close to everything and on a bus route. Staff is friendly and informative.

Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing , or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting for the remainder of my years in memorial city apartments , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming residents looking for housing
So far I’m loving the cozy vibes and atmosphere. It’s the perfect distance to all my needs from stores and parks to my job. Parking is great and convenient as well

Very quiet and chill neighborhood. The apartments are so spacious. From all apartments I've lived in this is by far my favorite!!! The pools are so clean and residents aren't so loud at pools. Everyone is so nice and welcoming to new residents! I was looking for a family friendly place and there is no better one than here
I’m really loving the area these apartments are in, the mall is across the street and it’s very accessible to food nearby, many options for parking, laundry rooms, and trash bins and on top of that 3 pools! The apartment itself are well taken care of and very spacious and very reasonable pricing! I’m excited to live here for awhile!

Hi, looking for a great place to live it’s here. I’ve been here 3 years now and have always felt safe. On a bus line and in walking distance to everything. Friendly but quiet place to live. Staff is amazing!

The apartments are located in a great area, but management isn't that great. I have lived in these apartments for 4 years now and each year my rent keeps increasing. For the amount I pay the apartments should be better.

There's a lot of things I like about living here but here's just a couple.. - the grounds are kept very clean and tidy, never disappointing - the office staff is always helpful, friendly and professional, it's a pleasure working with them - maintenance is excellent, all requests are handled quickly and completely to my satisfaction
I have enjoyed living here. I have not had neighbors who get too loud, the office staff and maintenance have always been very helpful, and the park was exactly what my son needed! The location is a major bonus as well, as it is conveniently located to everything.
The neighborhood is quiet and pet friendly. I have been living here since 2020 and have had a good experience. The only issue I have had is with the appliances since they are quite old.

Its been great living here! At first furnishing my first apt was amazing becoming a young adult and choosing how i want my home to look and living here has given me every opporunity to do just that!
It has been a great experience, the only negative aspect is the old appliances and not updated flooring etc. As the pests get out of hand around the summer/winter time .

What good place to live as far as location on the bus line, shopping and restaurant galore. Office person are kind and very personable. The only complaint is the maintenance department. Slow on doing work if it gets done at all. In saying that when there as been an emergency request they come right away.

Pleasant experience overall. Good, quiet environment with friendly neighbors. The only bad experience I had was with the maintenance member, I believe his name is Jose. He claimed he had fixed my maintance issue, however it persisted for 3 months before another maintance crew member came to fix it.
