While this part of the city regularly brings in over 150,000 commuters during the day, the residential population is only about 14,000, creating a sense of exclusivity around the apartments and homes in the area. As Houston’s Central Business District, the skyline of Downtown Houston is packed with corporate high rises, but it’s also the cultural hub of the city as well. World-class museums, concert halls, theaters, and galleries are everywhere, not to mention the home fields for Houston’s popular professional sports teams.
For more everyday adventures, the neighborhood offers an exquisite assortment of restaurants and nightlife that is sure to satisfy any and every taste, from morning coffee to after-hours cocktail. The tight layout makes it easy to walk to work, either by sidewalk or through the city’s unique underground tunnel system.

Property Ratings at McKee City Living
I honestly can't wait till this complex opens up. I have been calling for weeks and the manager Mr. James has answered my call each and every time and he is also helping me get my mom there to. He has answered my call even after 8 pm and knows me by name he also helped me understand how housing works because I have never used housing before. I really appreciate what he has done for me and is trying to do for my mom. We have been looking for somewhere safe to stay and Mr. James is the manager there so if anyone is looking for someone who knows their stuff and can help them please give him a call he will help you and his team. They are really great people.
I called the property and everything was wonderful I was able to submit my application and get it processed. James has been tremendously helpful from the beginning and is professional. I am so excited to move to this wonderful apartment complex once the application process is complete. Thanks James for all of your help.
Beautiful property and a great location, but so far not looking so good as far as managements communication. I recently called to inquire only 2 short questions. I spoke with someone named James and he was very rude. While asking a short question that only required a yes or no, he rudely says and scuffs “can I call you back?!” No contact information was even provided from me and he hung up in my face so of course I haven’t received that callback. I understand yes, of course. New development, endless phone calls for potential tenants, and whatever else but that’s no reason to be nasty to someone. The time it took him to say can he call me back he could’ve just answered my yes/no question and that was it. I’m extremely patient and understanding, so if he was unable to fully take the call he should’ve not answered or when first getting to the call apologize for being unable to talk at the moment and take my contact information to reach me at a better time for him. I’m in no rush to speak, so I could’ve waited a long while but that was very unprofessional and nasty. Changed my perspective of moving here if that’s the attitude I’ll get by asking simple questions that only took 3 minutes of his time.
