Since we moved in, they have made improvements. They keep up with the place and it's a safe place to live. It's also conveniently located near the freeway, parks and schools.
Very clean , has two pools available for use . Including a spa ! Very nice staff and great office setting , very comfortable

First thing- Jairo is amazing and so helpful as are all of the front office staff. We are so happy with the two apartments we have lived at in this complex. We have had almost no bugs which is rare in Texas and it was only maybe three June bugs in the past year. Fitness area is not super big but has very little traffic. Maintenance is always responsive and accommodating. This place is a gem and we have been so happy with our experience. It’s also pretty affordable for the location. No complaints from us!
Nice community with nice amenities for a fair price. I absolutely love the location . I'm very close to the freeway and very close to some awesome entertainment venues . Staff is always very nice and helpful . Pool's and gym are wonderful and overall maintenance is fantastic!

I really love where I live. The staff is very pleasant and polite. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and I love the breakfast bar. Every apartment has a washer and dryer plus the balcony is big. The master bedroom has double walk in closets and double sinks which is a separate area from the shower and garden tub. My daughter loves the huge pool there too. This is a great gated community and only minutes from shopping. Oh and as much as I shop online I never have to worry about being home to accept packages, there take of that as well.
