Community is well organized and well managed. Staff is incredibly helpful and responsive to tenant needs. Area is convenient for accessing restaurants, services, and main travel roads without suffering from traffic congestion. So far, we have been very happy with our decision to choose Marlowe over other communities in the area.

The real deal! Marlowe delivers a beautiful building in the heart of Centennial Hills. I looked everywhere, and found the cleanest and most modern home in town at Marlowe. I feel like I’m living in a hotel with all the new amenities. Very happy with my decision.

I moved into this complex nearly five months ago, and unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it if you're working from home. While it's great that internet is included with rent, the service is unreliable, often cutting out during important Zoom calls with no clear time for reconnection. Additionally, while the complex is advertised as "pet-friendly," there are frequent urine stains in the hallways.

As we have informed residents, Marlowe is the pilot property for the \"Managed WiFi\" system. During testing, there may be issues. Please contact COX directly for any WiFi problems; they will send a specialized technician. Regarding stains in the hallways, these are not urine stains. The incorrect chemical used by the carpet installer has caused this. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. The location is very convenient. Management is friendly, responsive, and professional. All the appliances are brand new and top notch. The apartment layout/floor plan is well designed. Love the ample amount of storage space. The internet could be faster. Everything else is great.

Marlowe is the most beautiful place I’ve seen in a long time. I come from a small rural town and have been away from the limelight, and Marlowe is just gorgeous. The apartment size works for me, the appliances are great and beautiful, the bathrooms are a good size. The master bedroom could be a little bigger as well as the living room, but I will adjust and could afford to go to a higher rent and then I don’t know if that would make a difference in room sizes.
