Nice apartment

The apartment has a luxury feel. The plumbing and electrical outlets are poorly done. I always have to ask management to fix something! You will enjoy the view here, but dont expect the ritz carlton!

Seriously, this place charges for birds and fish?? Oh good grief, how ridiculous!

Just to clarify, We do not charge for birds or fish. However, we do charge for Dogs and cats there is a $300.00 refundable pet deposit and 30.00 per pet per month pet rent.

over looking the city

this is the first time I have ever lived in a high rise. the views are perfect. I have about 200 plus degree view of Las Vegas. I live on the 13th floor, I have marble floors. that I never clean. that's because my robot(vacuum) does the floors for me. for some reason hot water is instant. never waiting. when some people come over they don't want to leave. because of the view. I had one lady turn my couch around and look out the window at the city and planes taking off and landing. wow that was great. I live off of a main street, a mall, and a few other important stores that we all frequent. it is amazon how people look at you because of the way you live. but as I see it. apartment life isn't all that bad. Thanks Mark 1.
