Property Ratings at MAA Sky View
I couldn't see my actual apartment until I paid first month rent. After paying the rent, I was able to have access to the apartment. The apartment was not clean at all. The appliances are old, outdated, and rusted. The bathroom was dirty. The tub has brown stains in it and blood on the floor tile in the bathroom floor. The initial for the contact with the property manager was not pleasant. It was not until I told her I was a doctor that she changed her tone of voice. Very unhappy & very unsatisfied. I refuse to move in under those situations. I would never recommend a Maa property to anyone.

Skyview Ranch Apartments in Gilbert, AZ is a beautiful, safe friendly place to live. I have lived here since 2010 & have never had a complaint. The property is kept impeccable, the staff helpful & friendly & the other residents a pleasure to know.
The apartment quality is very good and the property upkeep and maintenance is excellent.
I've enjoyed living here. For the most part its quiet and comfortable. All of my repair work orders that I've submitted had been completed in a timely manner. The maintenance guys are great! The office staff is friendly and helpful! Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and courteously. I've had wonderful experiences all around.

Sky View Ranch is a great family friendly and quiet place to live located in a great area. The front office staff is incredibly helpful with any issues and maintenance is quick and professional with any issues that I've had. I enjoy living here much more than any other place.
The staff at Skyview Ranch is very friendly and professional. Maintenance takes care of any issues right away. The property is always clean and well kept, and neighbors are friendly and quiet.

Forces you to sign up for Direct TV, and only allows Centurylink internet. Cox literally covers every neighborhood around for several miles, but not allowed to sell internet to this apartment complex.

Didn't even get to have a tour. first I made an appt for a tour at 330. when I got there at 3 the door was locked and the sign said they'd be back by 345. i waited until 330 and rechecked to see if it was open, it wasnt. i called the office number and then saw a woman inside of the office, who then looked directly at me and a woman who was also waiting (a tenant) and retreated back to her office. when i returned at 4 after looking somewhere else as she had missed my appt, i let her know inhad an appt at 330 and she snobbily said "you'll have to wait" when i protested and informed her that she ahd already missed my appt she said "well i was at lunch" obviously not the place i want to deal with as a renter. didn't even get through the door.
Probably the best apartment complex I have lived in. The staff are super nice and helpful, and always very responsive if something needs fixing.
I have lived in the apartment complex for 2.5 yrs.. the apartment management have been excellent the whole time. if there is a problem they take care of it. they are upgrading the complex and every apartment. They are a little more money, but worth every penny. If I knew someone that is moving to the area I would recommend to live their. They have just painted the outside of each building.
This is one of the safest and luxurious apartments in Gilbert. Maintenance is great and the amenities are well taken care of and are in great condition. The location is excellent it's close to a gym, gas stations, schools and so much more. The staff is amazing and the apartments are incredible. It's a quiet and peaceful place to live and they have security overnight. Great for family and great for people living on their own. Love it.
The perfect place to come home to from your second home, otherwise known as your job. Spend some quiet time with a great view of the mountains from your balcony. Relax by the pool (that has a nice waterfall) to help you unwind. Hit the weight room to keep in shape. Sky View Ranch has a little bit of everything for everyone. Located near Grocery Stores, the Mall and easy access to the highway. The staff is as friendly and helpful as they come. This is the place to live, I couldn't have imagined anything better than this when I moved to Arizona.
