Terrible property and management. I been without A/C and No stove for over a week in winter. No hot water and not a working fridge. This property had no urgency to fix my problem. NOTHING but Terrible help. the manager blew us off before the thanksgiving break knowing we was without power. We had to call corporate three times just to get any kind of help. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will just neglect the residents till they are ready to help on there time. Worst year so far and I renewed. Plus they only have they only have one trash can that never works. CANT WAIT TO MOVE. BEEN NOTHING BUT HELL AT RANCHSTONE.

I've lived in several apartment communities in several different cities in Texas and Ranchstone is by far the best. The staff are very welcoming and attentive and our home is a great value for the price. They have all of the amenities we could want, including a sauna. We've been here almost 2 years and plan to stay until we purchase a home. We haven't had any pest issues and snagged our covered parking for only $10/mo!

I could never get rid of the roaches. The dumpster overflows bc they only have one and empty it once a week. Rude management.

I have loved living here. They are VERY prompt to make repairs and truly care about their people. Alixandria in the office is PHENOMENAL! She has been so very helpful to me. Definitely recommend living here!

I haven't lived here very long but I'm truly happy with my home and the complex in general. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic!
The staff is very friendly and make you feel that they know you. It?s a very relaxed quiet environment even in the summer while the pool is in great demand.

The property is generally well-kept, and management and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. When our roof was leaking during a brutal storm on a holiday, the on-call maintenance person immediately drove over and helped as best as he could. He was very nice and understanding. Sometimes, it seems that management has very little push when trying to fix issues: such as the mailboxes being broken into- the entire community was asked to pick up their mail at the post office for almost 2 months. Those of us that work full time in the city are unable to visit the post office, so that was a difficult time for mail. Currently, the only big problem we have is the trash: there is only one compactor for the whole complex, which is currently broken. It has been replaced with ONE dumpster for the whole complex. It seems that management is unable to manage the waste, as the dumpster is usually overflowing into the driveway when the company finally comes to empty it.
I enjoy living at the Ranchstone Apartments, it is located conveniently to restaurants, grocery stores and banks. The property is quiet and clean and well maintained. The covered parking is a welcome attribute and is cost effective. The pool is always clean and inviting and the propane grills are a nice addition to the premises. The complex is quiet and the residents are always friendly.

It's a good place to live, clean grounds, quiet and secluded but no place is perfect. You have to walk to the only dumpster in the back of the complex for all of your trash. The gates sometimes break down because they are rusted. Your guests have to park in visitor only parking (Which there is not a lot of) or in front of the office. The good part is that maintenance is fast, front office is nice and helpful. The pool is beautiful and doesn't get crowded. The retention pond across the street is a good place to go fishing or running and also has a beautiful view at sunrise if your are on the retention pond side of the complex.
Ranchstone apartment complex is a safe and beautiful place to live. It is well maintained and very clean. They have recently changed the parking rules that all residents are required to have a permit, and visitors must park in designated spots. This is very helpful for residents, and only a little inconvenient for visitors. But- it is great to have visitor parking in multiple places throughout the complex rather than just in one spot. Another recent change that is unfortunate is their suspension of trash pick up. They used to pick it up curb-side throughout the week, and now have suspended this service due to a few people who broke the rules. A convienance it is, not the end of the world. If you are looking for a clean, modern, safe place to live, I can recommend this complex as your future home.
Although, the Ranchstone community has had more than four (4) Property Managers and countless maintenance personnel, we have yet to complain until recently. During the summer of this year you allowed corporate tenants on the property. These tenants were extremely vulgar and disrespectful to the residents. The smell of Marijuana above our apartment was potent and my children complained of “smelling something weird” and headaches for weeks. There were loud parties until 3:00 a.m. every morning. We complained, there was nothing done and then we got law enforcement involved. We also complained to the apartment complex about trash, cigarette buts and human saliva being deposited on our patio from the apartment above and nothing was done. We were extremely inconvenienced, my work day was effected and my children’s health was at stake.
My wife and I have had a horrible experience with this company. Each year the apartment management gets worse and worse. If you're hard working and looking for a family environment look elsewhere. If you're a college student and like to party, this is the place to be.
I have lived at Ranchstone Apartments for almost three years and love it. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and good access to freeways to get a round town. The property is very well kept, patios are not allowed to become unsightly storage areas and I have not seen a roach inside my home; if you live in Houston, that will impress you. The first year or so, there entry gates seems to malfunction more than usual, but the management addressed that with a new system. Also, parking has been difficult at times, but again management has responded by issuing parking stickers and assigning visitor parking spaces to keep more free for residents. My infrequent maintenance requests are responded to quickly and in a very professional manner. All in all, Ranchstone gets a thumbs up from me.
Ranchstone apartments embodies exactly what most people would think Texas is all about. The decor is similar to being on a ranch or at the rodeo. The staff is friendly and have a great response time to any service request. Its close to major roadways and there's plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, and a quiet community, Ranchstone is a wonderful apartment complex to make your new home.
As a first time renter I am very pleased with the apartment complex. I have come across some minor issues but I'm sure all apartment complexes have that. Management & maintenance are very helpful & friendly! The whole community is always well kept & safe. I am very happy with my choice since there are a lot of apartment complexes around this area. So happy I chose this community.
The sales lady, Cristina, was great! She was very friendly every time we showed up to tour and look at the apartments. The pool area is beautiful. The fitness center and sauna are also in good conditions. Honestly, it was by far the best price we found in the area for the square footage offered. It wasn't even a competition. The area is great, there's an HEB, a Food Town, a Kroger and several fast food restaurants nearby. I love my new neighborhood!!
Ranchstone apartments are a nice place to live. The layouts are spacious, and the apartment management are friendly and helpful. Ranchstone is a gated complex, which makes you feel safe. They are a pet friendly community, which makes it easy to call an apartment your home when you can bring your pet! Apartments come with washing machine and dryer in unit, as well as refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. Their club house is spacious, and well organized. The pool area is very inviting and clean. They offer curb-side trash service which is very convenient. The only downsides I have experienced is that sometimes parking can be hectic, but fortunately they do offer carport and garage spaces if you want a guaranteed space! The other negative aspect is that they do have a "back gate" but it is locked up- and unusable. It would be very beneficial to have that for exiting only purposes. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Really nice continuity staff is great with questions or problems. Awesome pool gym and sauna room to sweat it off. Full kitchen provided in office of needed by residents. Good place for small family,Single or couple. Pet friendly love the easy access to online account to make payments.
