My husband and I applied here and was told my application was denied due to “severe amount of charge-offs”. I’m thinking I have a lot because I know what the word “severe” means, I look at my copy of my credit report and I had exactly ONE charge off. So I called and asked if I took care of this ONE charge off will my application be approved. They said if you pay it off we will review it again and it will most likely go through approval. I said great and went to pay the charge off ($600) to clear it. Then they said they need proof of payment and I had 24hours to get it. So I called to get the PDF proof and sent it over. They said okay great we will send it in. 2 days later we call for an update and they said it was still denied because I owe to much and I need “credit counseling” I wish I could post my info showing you I own LESS THAN $500 TOTAL in debt! So if you want to jump through hoops and pay all this money just to still be denied then apply here. Otherwise DONT WASTE YOUR TIME because they will do just that.

worst place to live, first off they lie about everything the lease the rent everything and then they switch it up like they never said that. Second off management is the worst out of all the apartments I been living in this is the worst experience I ever had they tend to take months to have someone come and get a simple thing fixed, if you any have question don’t even go to the front office they don’t have any answers for you and will greeted with an attitude, third off you aren’t getting any of your money back, you won’t receive a dime from them but they will receive a fortune from you. They have all these new fees that absolutely makes no sense and this place is not even luxury how can something be luxury when everything breaks so quickly?

WHY? Do not apply to Lyric Apartment complex (304 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183) Reasons: If you are considering this apartment complex, you will face dishonesty in the application process. I had applied to this apartment back in January, of this year and the application was denied (applicants pay for the application fee($60) and administration fee ($300). The assistant property manager, confirmed that the application fee ($60) is non-refundable, which is fine. However, the administration fee ($300) is refundable ONLY if your application is denied. Once the application was denied, I was told that I would be receiving a check for the administration fee refund(within 2 weeks). It has been over 2 MONTHS, the check was never refunded. So, DO NOT APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT, the assistant property manager are dishonest and unprofessional and you will definitely have an unpleasant experience. Apply to a different apartment complex.

We moved into Lyric two years ago and things were good at first but quickly started to go downhill once COVID hit (understandably so). We are pleasantly surprised with the progress since new management has taken over and are hopeful that things will continue to improve. So far we are happy with all exchanges we've had with both the office and maintenance teams.

Management doesn't care about anything dog proof pay a lot of money here don't get an entities pay for cam fees trash. Disgusting they don't hose down anything bugs everywhere management stocks they run airbnb's do nothing about it maintenance terrible I have nothing good to say about this place they just don't care break-ins car break-ins I could go on and on and on this is the worst place I've ever lived

I had rented at Lyric 4 or so years ago and came back because I had a great experience, now I regret it. I had been back for just about 4 months and I am still trying to get things fixed. Way too many excuses and I always get told "I got busy". The absolute worst place I ever been at. I will say the amenities are good when they are working. I would not recommend renting here.

My car was hit in a hit and run in their "private gated" parking lot for $95 a month and their security cameras were all "frozen" and have been down for 4 months. Front desk did absolutely nothing for me. This place is a overpriced for the benefits you seemingly pay for. Do not live here.

If I had the money to move I would my rent was $1250 now it's $1280 because I had to change apartments because of my medical diagnosis I couldn't stay in the first floor apartment because within the first month of me moving in my front door was kicked in and my home and privacy was taken away from me then they charged me $200 to change apartment s so that I would feel safer and be able to sleep again I can't stand it here
Where can you live and have, Starbucks coffee, bottled water and popcorn for free. The gym has brand new equipment and the pool area is very comfortable with BBQ grills, cabanas and TV.

The apartment is so pleasing to the eye. Everything is so well kept. The pools are amazing and they have areas to have a family bbq which is awesome. The model homes are painted different then the actual apartments, remember that while looking. Some of the staff have been awesome while others don't care about you now that you have already been sold. They will talk you into renters insurance through them and NOT let you know that it only covers damages in the house. (dishwasher, microwave etc.) But we had two vehicles get broken into at the apartment and we found out the hard way that the renters insurance didn't cover any of the items that were stolen. They have a yoga, kedel bell instructor once a week. Its a great area! Right off I15 and not far from 2 15. Maybe a ten min drive to the 2 15. The interior is nice very updated, they were built in 2014. The carpet is awful. Very cheep. Every time you vacuum you need to clean out your vacuum after.
Great apartment, great staff! Enjoyed living in the complex. The complex is very well maintained and very comfortable. Its close to many fun restaurants, shops, including Target and Walmart. Pretty nice gated community with friendly neighbors.
Great location, amazing amenities, quiet, nice neighbors, helpful staff in the office. Rent is great for everything that is included. Finishes and fixtures are nice, washer/dryer included. We also have yoga, Massage, kettle ball available in the club house a few times a week. Pool is so nice and everything is always clean! Pets allowed and they have great community activities.
Left a 4 BR/3 BA in Orlando, FL. More storage than I could have imagined. PERFECT for me and my honey of 36 years! Love it! Who needs home ownership!
