LTD, Medical is a nice place to live. Staff is amazing women’s to answer questions and concerns. Maintenance crew is very knowledgeable. They fix issues in a timely manner. LTD, medical is located from Highway 288 Highway 610 is located near NRG. That’s the Texas stadium, maybe 30 minutes or less from downtown LTD Medical is located a very nice location where you can get to different places in 30 minutes or less.

Overall my experience in my apartment per se is great I have a few issues in my apartment that may need addressing. Like the mold in the bathroom around the sink area. And I never did get a chance to do the 24-hour report of everything that was going on in my apartment when I first moved in so I kind of have a problem with that.

Living at LTD has been a wonderful experience. I love the big spacious floor plan. I cannot get enough of my walk-in closet. It is unbelievable that I still cannot feel it up but that’s a good thing.

Since the start, Ltd Med Center has provided what I want most in a living situation. It’s close to my job, for the most part, quiet hours are respected, it’s a perfect home for my pets who enjoy running around in the dog park and the apartment itself means a lot to be for the rate it’s given.

Loving it so far
The apartments are clean and nestle in a decent area. Issues are resolved in a decent time frame and I appreciate their communication with residents. I love the layout of my unit and it so far it feels like home. I’m hoping for a peaceful continuous stay.

DO NOT MOVE
Stay away from this place. While the rent may appear affordable, you'll have to contend with noisy and inconsiderate neighbors who keep multiple noisy pets that bark and run around all day and night, disrupting your precious sleep needed for work. On top of that, the apartment suffers from frequent disturbances, including loud noises and the smell of marijuana seeping through the vents. To make matters worse, the GreyStar complex leaves its entry gates open, allowing the general public access to the pool, leading to issues like random people using drugs near their vehicles and incidents of car break-ins and theft. Complaining to the front office proves futile, as there's only one woman handling matters amidst a large staff, and they never pick up the emergency calls on-site. Even the security personnel on the premises are unhelpful, more inclined to socialize and smoke with residents than ensure safety. If you seek a tranquil community where your peace is not disrupted, this is not the ideal location for you. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Ltd. Med Center is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Everything was so clean, and the floor plan was perfect for me to store all my stuff. The apt complex is fully gated, so I feel safe, although sometimes the sensor doesn't function well and it's hard to enter the gate. I'd rather be safe, though :)

Very nice and affordable
The complex is really nice and affordable. They have keyless entry which I really like. The pool and community center is beautiful. They currently have self guided tours and are soon to open in may 2023. The staff are good about answering any questions you have. Can’t wait until they officially open.

So far so Good!
I recently went on a tour here at Ltd. Med Center and I enjoyed the self-tour experience. The complex is still under construction but so far everything looks very elegant and clean. The staff was nearby to answer any questions that I had and they were friendly as well. Once I toured the unit, I was followed up with and communication has been very timely.
