A melting pot from people of different backgrounds. Amazing food, decent parks, but it's very crowded. Parking is a problem and rent is becoming so high.

Dense-urban" neighborhood with a suburban feel. Plenty of new restaurants, bars, retailers etc have moved in here this year. Great walkability and very safe at all hours. Developers are coming in and building luxury condos and large apartment buildings. Definitely a sign of growth. I love living here.

Quiet and safe area, ideal for young families. We have great relationship with our neighborhood and never experienced any issue with the authorities. Overall, the experience at Heights has been great.

We have been so happy living at Heights. Nothing to complain really. Maybe it would be good if we had more cafes but even that doesn't bother us.
