Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was extremely nice and actually cares about their residents. Had a great experience talking with Kiara on the phone. The apartment building is still under construction but it looks very nice and has great amenities. I am definitely considering living here and would recommend checking it out!

We took a tour with Kiara for the new Union on Knox apartment building. Kiara was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. She was very charming and helpful at answering all of our questions. The building is great and the perfect location next to campus.

They seem nice so far and respond wry quickly to the questions I’ve had, but they don't have any dates for tours available yet. I like that they allow pets! I don't like that they won't give a tour but I get it. I was told to come into the leasing office for examples but idk. The manager I spoke to, he is nice.
