I have enjoyed my residence at Alta 801. The concierges are friendly and helpful. The leasing staff is accommodating. The building is kept very clean. It is conveniently located.

I love living in Alta! It’s been the place to live and I’m so happy to be here.

The staff is extremely professional, and the location is hard to beat.

Alta has the best maintenance team. The staff always promptly addresses whatever issues I may have. They are very professional and attentive, and this goes for the entire building staff.

I have truly enjoy my time at Alta 801. Marvin and the leasing staff are excellent -- friendly and helpful. The concierge staff are all very helpful and nice. The building is constantly being cleaned, which is nice. The apartment is more spacious than many I toured before deciding on this one. The community events so far have exceeded my expectations with great food and cocktails. The location is perfect--near Union Station-- and easy to get anywhere. I would highly recommend this building.

The management and staff of this facility are absolutely incredible! I had a minor inconvenience when moving in and they were on the spot with a temporary living situation until the inconvenience could be resolved. I was back in my apartment and it looked brand new within days. I could not be happier!

Aside from the noisy upstairs neighbors, there are many amenities offered. Definitely check out the pool! The hallways are always being cleaned but they still smell weird which may be another consideration while apartment hunting.

Good for if you have pets! The unit is okay but the pet spa is wonderful, my dog loves it.

The apartment looks nice but actually has a lot of issues (fire alarms, rooftop grills, mailroom). Nobody abides by the quiet hours so good luck trying to get any sleep or peace here. Management may or may not respond back to you about your concerns. I recommend looking at other options.

The move-in process has been super smooth. I appreciate all the staff's approachability, friendliness, and willingness to help. The apartment, amenities, and location are top-notch!

if you're a Georgetown Law student, it's impossible to find a better apartment complex than Alta 801. Alta's prices are among the lowest in the area, while having the best square footage and apartment layouts. It's also incredibly close to the law center; my commute is typically under 5 minutes by foot!

Alta 801 offers nice apartment amenities and beautiful views of Washington, DC. However, noise levels can vary depending on your unit’s location. The staff, particularly Sid, is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is efficient and responsive to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Alta 801 is truly a place to call home. The staff truly comes alongside and feel like an extension of the family. They create a community that you can engage with and keep everyone promptly informed. I would highly recommend living here. Quiet. Clean. Professional. Secure.

The Alta 801 is thriving its location downtown is close to shopping and public transportation. It's state of art fitness room, and community amenities are always available clean sanitized. Hallways are immaculate with art and beautiful lighting. Overall it a great experience. Staff is superb.

The design throughout the building is gorgeous and the apartment itself is perfect. The common areas are kept clean, and the amenities are just what I’ve been looking for! For the most part, the staff is very approachable and friendly. My only complaint so far is that the rules concerning trash have changed a number of times. Overall, I highly recommend Alta 801!

It has a good location, the facilities and amenities are unique and the staff from cleaning to their manager are very warm and friendly people, super recommended!

Maintenance was extremely helpful when I moved in. The amenities are honestly what makes this place feel like an everyday vacation… especially the rooftop. The free coffee everyday is also an added bonus for anyone busy and unable to drive to get a coffee. Lastly, I think leasing agents listen to concerns and try to make the most out of your experience.

We recently moved into Alta 801, and it's been an amazing experience. The property management team, especially Kevin, went out of their way to assist me. Kevin helped me upload missed documents and patiently showed us the property virtually multiple times (3 times during the same day, actually! Sorry Kevin :) ), ensuring we found the perfect apartment that suit our needs! Marshae, the leasing agent, made our move-in seamless, and Vonnita, the concierge, was incredibly friendly, introducing us to the services available. The dog spa is a hit with our furry friend, and the rooftop's view of the US Capitol is breathtaking! We have made the right decision by choosing Alta 801! Thank you, Alta 801 team!

This is a great apartment to rent from if you work in the Mt. Vernon Triangle or NOMA neighborhoods. Secure parking garage and nice amenities!

Kevin and the whole building staff made the move to Alta 801 so easy! They helped with packages, uhaul, and anything else we needed. The building itself it well kept, well managed, and has awesome amenities.

Both the apartments and the apartment complex is top of the line! Kevin was very helpful with answering any questions and providing information! Very happy with my choice to make Alta my new home!

This is a good and clean apartment, but if something is wrong with apartment appliances the maintenance team won't be helpful so much! Another negative point is about one of the leasing team member who gave us wrong information for a few times!

The service has been excellent and the place is incredibly nice. So lucky to have found this place.

Alta 801 is clean, the front desk staff is really nice (Kea, Will, and Vanessa especially)! The apartments are spacious and quiet.

My partner and I have lived at Alta 801 for almost 2 months now and we absolutely love it. The building, the units, and management are very high quality and are everything we expected from a luxury complex. We even have two dogs that are greeted by the front desk team with an equal amount of excitement every time. The rooftop terrace, the pool, the huge gym, and dog spa were by far the nicest from all the apartments we looked at. The units are equipped with energy efficient lighting and HVAC which was very important for us to have. Management is quick to respond to emails and service requests. Cannot complain!

Moving into Alta 801 has been a truly exceptional experience from the start. Kevin was a wonderful host who went the extra mile to welcome us. When we had a slight issue, the 24/7 maintenance person immediately addressed it at 11pm. The amenities are second-to-none. We made a great decision choosing Alta 801!

I've been a resident here at Alta 801 for just under a month and absolutely love it. It's safe, spacious, has a plenty of amenities and is close to restaurants, grocery stores and public transit. The concierge, cleaning and maintenance staff are all very kind. I viewed other apartments in DC and Arlington and they paled in comparison to what you get here at Alta. I toured with Marshae and knew towards the end that I'd be applying. The application was seamless and I was in my unit of choice within 2 weeks. Don't hesitate to check it out!

As a prospective resident of Alta 801, I cannot wait for the process to be finalized. I had my tour with Marshae and I immediately fell in love with this brand new building, thanks to the professionalism and great presentation skills of Marshae. The amenities of Alta are amazing: a huge and well equipped gym, plenty of gorgeous common areas, a beautiful and spacious rooftop with a close view of the Capitol, a stylish swimming pool, and more. The apartments’ interior design is very chic and modern with top-notch appliances and an Ecobee which makes it effortless to control the HVAC from your phone. Alta is located on the cusp of the DC hustle & bustle, so it offers both quiet and calm, and a quick access to the great shopping and dining areas. I’m happy that Marshae had showed me the building and I’m excited to experience living at Alta 801!

I have lived at Alta 801 for over a month and have loved every minute! From the moment I arrived to tour the building, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. In the front lobby, you can expect to be received by the 24/7 concierge (shout out to Kea, Vanessa, and Emanuel--they are always so jovial). In addition to the excellent staff, you can find around-the-clock espresso/latte/hot chocolate machine and cold brew on tap just a short distance from the coworking space! I love using the working area--it so helps to create some work/life separation when you WFH. Did I mention they have private meeting rooms too? On the day of my tour, Blake and Kea were attentive, welcoming, and just plain kind. Blake guided me through building and was thorough and thoughtful in highlighting all aspects of the community. The building is brand new, with state-of-the-art amenities and a great location. I am in a stunning one-bedroom apartment. The design and layout is modern and stylish, with high-end finishes and appliances. Circling back to the amenities: they are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art fitness center (full line of free weights, a squat bar, row machine, TRX, yoga room, and so much more), a beautiful pool & grilling area, an entertainment room, and pet spa. They are also wrapping up construction on the rooftop terrace, which I am sure will provide stunning city views. Additionally, the maintenance staff is on point! Luis is amazing! He was so helpful on the day of my move-in! And since moving in, I have had two minor maintenance requests in my apt, which he quickly addressed. Also, the maintenance manager, Steve, always makes it a point to check in whenever I run into him in the building. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with my experience in my new apartment community thus far. I highly recommend Alta 801!

I toured Alta 801 with Kevin yesterday, and it was an amazing experience overall. The building is beautiful with amazing amenities, apartments have great appliances in them and Kevin and his colleagues were all so kind and patient!
