Do not rent from HGB. In the 5 years I’ve lived here, they have gone through several different managers. Some okay, others not so much. The current manager is doxing residents using the residents mass group email. I brought up safety concerns to management and have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my life. They laughed at the my safety concern, had the audacity to tell me that that resident should be thanking them for not towing them, and that they did nothing wrong by sharing personal information to the email group (AKA doxxing) Management said there is nothing wrong with doxxing. Spend your money elsewhere where manager’s prioritize your safety and privacy.
