The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ledger Union Market
I absolutly love my new home! The location is amazing, the property is amazing, the staff is always super friendly, the management team is exceptionally helpful, and the maintence team always attends to every issue. I regret not miving here faster!
I want to first say that the concierge staff are exceptional. They are always kinds and helpful. Now the bad...Gables do not own this property and it shows in the way it is managed. The garage gate has been more broken than not the entire time I've been in this apartment, and my car almost got stolen. I asked them to alert the other residents, but they refused. Later I found out that another tenant's car was actually stolen but they never alerted other residents to be on the lookout. The building management does not communicate much about the building, and any attempts at trying to start a tenant association has been met with fierce resistance from Gables. The interior was one of the few positive things about the building but that has also changed with the new owner coming in. All the common spaces have tacky and gaudy furniture which do not match at all. The pictures on the ledger website and here are old from when it used to be beautiful. This building is a little cheaper than the others in the area so maybe we are getting what we pay for.
It’s been great living here. Staff is great! Residents are friendly & it’s such a central area! It’s also super reassuring to have a garage that closes behind you.
The staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are super helpful and attentive but really what makes them so great is their kindness. Important to also mention that the service team here is super responsive and can fix any issue
The concierge staff is always so helpful and so kind. I haven’t had any major issues (hopefully never will) and it’s a nice & clean complex.
