Overall, I have had a great experience here. Everything is efficient. This is totally unrelated, but I wish the milk in the coffee machine were less sweet. I've bumped into my neighbors several times while going downstairs for coffee, and they share the same thought. With that being said, we all love and appreciate the free coffee!

This building is a rental building. The elevators work variably, the garage door works variably, and the doors to enter the building from the garage work variably. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

The apt building lobby is fresh and clean and concierge desk and doormen are pleasant and helpful. Elevator operating problems seem to continue with some frequency. Parking gate entry sensor is very, very sensitive. Exit works fine. Doors to parking garage do not open in standard ways--some locked on left, some right side. Hard to predict which opens, e.g., 3rd floor needs adjustment due to slamming. Common areas are well kept and pleasant.

Regular water outages, elevator outages, garbage smell issues. There is no reason for there to be some many issues on a regular basis. Have never experienced this is any other high rise in houston.

In most high-rise buildings, repairs to pipes or leaks require temporary water shut-offs. Please note that these outages are scheduled during normal business hours and water service is always restored no later than 4:00 PM. Regarding the garbage smell in your apartment, this is the first time we are hearing of this issue. We want to ensure your living environment is as comfortable as possible. Nice and clean community. The elevators could be more efficient. Also maybe it was due to the weather, we had to deal with some silverfish. Thankfully, they seem to be gone. The shuttle is a great service. I hope it runs more often and more on time.

I used to live here a couple years ago but it was my first time in Houston coming from Alaska, I absolutely love the staff and the neighbors you meet. The apartment is fairly clean, but we’ve seen several silverfish since we moved in last month. It’s a very tall building, and we live on a high floor, but we’ve not had any issue waiting for the elevator, which is good. And the location is quite convenient for us.

The staff is incredible. Friendly and accommodating. The building is well maintained and very clean. My favorite aspect of Latitude is the Safety and Security. There are several layers of security to enter the building and limited access from the elevators. I feel very safe.

Management firxnt respond to emails and is less than friendly/cordial when visiting. The aroma in lobby is exceedingly strong; not adjusted properly. The parking lot doors often do not lock. Morning floor washers need to be reminded to use wet floor signs--this can be dangerous. Garage entry sensor is tricky. This property needs a more responsive and responsible manager.

Great place to live and the management (Lindsey), sales reps (Sarah. and Sarah) and Front Lobby, Valet, and Van Drivers are great and provide world class service. I would highly recommend this fantastic property as a place to live. We love it here and it just feels like home!

We live since almost 2 years at Latitude and the quality is constantly shrinking(Staff, maintenance, cleanliness and security). At the other hand the rent is rising ridiculously each year. I am very disappointed.

As a current resident, I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism with both management and on-site staff. Very responsive to all requests in a timely manner. The community is well maintained and staff is friendly. Great location and convenient to many areas of interest including education, museums, medical, shopping and dining.

Other than the location of this apartment in the med center, this apartment complex is awful. They are a money-hungry, greedy corporate entity that will charge you insane amounts of money whenever they can by using shady business tactics and then give you absolutely ridiculous excuses. If you are a medical/nursing/PA student looking for a place to live in the medical center, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The new Life Tower is much cheaper, with a better location, and the management is not trying to screw you at every turn. Plus, the elevators at Latitude break every month. THIS PLACE IS PROBABLY THE WORST COMPLEX I'VE EVER LIVED IN

We just moved in last week here in latitude Med center. I am sooo happy to be near my workplace. An 8-10 min walk. Kelly gave me the schedule for the shuttle service and tried it the following day. I reached my workplace after 3 mins!!! Am so grateful to Kelly, really. The parking garage is so secured! The infinity pool at the rooftop is breathtaking! Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Please only move here if you are okay with tiny garages with dints in your car doors, long elevator waits, constant building repairs, lack of security of people sent up to apartments, rude and stuck up management, not being able to utilize valet because they do keep your keys if you do not get your vehicle when they are open, lack of presence of concierge and valet, lack of response or care of that matter from management. I do have one positive and that is the leasing professional Lydia, she is outstanding and seems to pick up the slack of just about everyone on the property- someone give that woman a raise because she keeps that place afloat.

You have the nicest pool in town. You should take advantage of the situation and make it a all year long heated pool (It would not be too costly since it is a small pool with about 3 feet of water). Otherwise, the employees at the Latitude are nice, the location is great and I love my apartment. Thank you! Martin

Overall, I love living here. I feel safe and convenient living in this building. The 35th-floor view is amazing and the 10th-floor gym is also great. I hope the maintenance could be improved a bit when residents have troubles (for us, the electric outlets issue)
