Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. Affordable, small, older apartments. Frequent water shutoffs and homeless camping in the parking lot/around the property, but the new security doors help with the feeling of safety. Mostly quiet except for street noise cars/people on the front facing side of the building. Staff is very communicative/responsive and the maintenance staff (who are the same people since I moved in 3 years ago) are super friendly and do a great job with repairs and keeping the common areas clean every day. Respectful neighbors, have never really had any issues.

Cristal in the office got me put on my fiancés lease and she was very professional, nice an all around very cool person. i like my neighbors and it’s not loud. security was added so it a plus.

Katie Court Apartments is a peaceful place to live. Their staff are friendly, quick to resolve issues, and speedy communicators. The place is now gated, has a private security firm, and has a pool! What more is there to want? This place truly feels like a community, and I'm happy to live here. Come check it out!

I love my actual apartment, its adorable. The staff are all absolutely exceptional and maintenance is so friendly and so, so fast. The apartment buildings are gated, but the parking lot is not -- unfortunately the homeless folk in the neighborhood set up camps in the parking lot every single night, in fairly big numbers. I haven't noticed that they bother residents or interfere with vehicles, but the edges of the lot turn into an encampment each evening after the staff leave. That's my main concern. Otherwise, the complex residents are very friendly and quiet, and rent is about half what I could find elsewhere. Theres an an elevator that makes moving in much easier. The courtyards are clean and well maintained, and as a single female, I've never felt unsafe in my apartment. I've lived there over a year and the leases are short. Internet and cable are already included. Laundry area is clean and all the gates have gate codes dor entry. It's cute. If you need an inexpensive place to live, the leases are short, and this is a good option.

Great price for a decent sized studio apartment. It took a little while to get in contact with the office and get a lease set up, but everything has been great since I did. Free wifi and cable are a big plus and save a lot of money!

I moved in 4 months ago, and the apartment complex is very quiet and clean. The maintenance is fast to respond, the the laundry room is always maintained. Brianna made the move in process very easy. Affordable. I am happy with my time at Katie Court, so far.

live here complete dump. since 5mos my water has been shut off about 9 times sometimes 1or2hrs or 24hrs right now its shut off again yesterday all day no notice or if you get one 1hr before and they get away with it because they put emergency all though it isnt one.theres roaches here and the area is bad high crime homeless everywhere. you tell Suheiri manager about any kind of problems she does nothing. ceilings are paper thin hear everything
During my extended tenure as a tenant, the office and maintenance staff have always been hospitable and responsive, in resolving numerous concerns. Great to have established, and continuing the professional staff-to-tenant relation!
Its been almost 2years here at Katie Court Apartments and my better half and I found that living here ?? is great. Moving from our previous location the Staff here is so great and Maintenance does a great ?? and wonderful ?? job in all our requests for our Apartment and if we have to move it will be that we have purchased a house. Great place and location for the price ??.

Just relocated back to Vegas...lived here previously and the rent is reasonable., close to strip, airport, bus if needed, stores & mall...I am able to live comfortable with my fixed income...staff is great...maintance is fantastic...property is well kept..I had minor issues that were addressed promptly and I felt like the staff really cared..thank u Samantha...it is great to have staff concerned and follow up to make sure u are happy...no bugs either...I can look out my window and see a well kept landscape...maintance staff is always hard at work and polite...I think they actually enjoy their job...keep up the good work...we appreciate u!
This place might not look invited to live, but it is very nice and quiet place to live. Property manager and staff are wonderful. I have no complaints, the price are affordable.....5 stars all the way

I have lived here for 3 years and I like it. Prices are reasonable. Property is well kept, pool and laundry room are always clean. Property manager is very nice, always making sure everything is good on the property. Maintenance is very on top of work orders, so never have to really wait to have something fixed.

I love living here, to be such a problematic neighborhood it is a very quiet and clean place. Maintenance is very fast and with all the requests and payments made online it makes it very easy! Been here for more than a year now and me and my furbaby are very happy :)

The Wi-Fi only works 60% of he time. It's consistently not available on the weekends. The owner needs to order more bandwidth since the use of technology has increased since 2007 (10 years ago). The apartments also have that old house smell that's hard to get rid of. So research lots of deodorizing techniques.
