I think the price of what I pay monthly against the quality service is too high, if the offer better service, mostly front desk, or when you submit a request/suggestion to see the management taking action to improve, but I’ve never seen this. It is not a bad place, I’ve been living with Cortland for like 6 years in a row, like 3 years in the Inkwell and they are really good, but they could be better

Quality Complex

The office ladies are always so helpful and friendly. The building itself has a really nice gym, elevators and modern touches inside the apartments. Oh, and they have a MASSIVE swimming pool as well.

Poor infrastructure, I can hear all the apartments surrounding me. Management has poor communication regarding incidents, and maintenance. Maintenance will wake you up in the morning because management won’t tell you when they’re coming not even giving an approximate/estimated time or date of arrival.

I moved here from Alabama and had to find a new apartment home when I arrived due to issues with the previous complex I signed with. I came in the day after I arrived in Texas, toured, applied and was accepted the same day. I was able to move in the very next day. Ever since I've been here, I've had a great experiences. Beautiful community!

My first time visiting this community was quite a pleasant experience I must say. I was greeted by the office staff with a smile as well as offered me something to drink in which I was quite perched from all this Houston heat my goodness it's hot! But nevertheless the office was very clean and fresh smelling. Jassamine assisted me and finding a 1 bedroom apartment a new place to call home. This community is pretty quiet as I seen driving around on golf cart. Beautiful pool area scene resort style views. Theater room and entertainment area top tier. Love that they have many resident events that go on each month that's a huge plus. I'm moving from Bahamas for work accessible is everything for me. She mentioned Katy ISD I heard is a great school district and very close schools and shopping centers and malls! I will definitely be applying here very soon! Location, Top customer service, Amenities! ??

I went to go visit this community it was beautiful and modern. Loved all the great amenities it offers. Top notch customer service. This lady named Jassamine is a wonderful agent she definitely deserves 5++ stars if I could leave it. She is very knowledgeable about this lovely community. Location, Location , Location is good access to i10 , 99, hwy 6, not too far. Good food restaurants nearby too and let's not forget about the malls and schools. I will be applying really soon cross fingers for a 4th floor to open up, did I mention they have elevators too!

Dogs barking, people leave dog waste in grass. Trash room is nasty. Pool parties & loud music played all the time. People rev up motor on cars. Not a place to work nights and try to sleep during day or evening. Kids playing in the parking lot.

If you should notice that residents are not picking up after their pets, please let us know and we can take action with the resident. We make it easy to pick up after pets by having doggy stations throughout the community. Our team also patrols the grounds regularly to ensure that they are free of litter or waste. Love my apartments

Maintenance responds to requests quickly. The property is well kept and clean. They also clean the pool and pool area daily. The leasing agents and management are very kind, understanding and actually listen to our concerns. Love this property

A great apartment complex

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this apartment complex. The women that work on the office are extremely professional and compassionate. If I have any issues they are there to help or to just be a listening ear 10/10 would recommend living in these apartments!

First time renter

I absolutely love my choice of moving to this property! The staff is so lovely and helpful. All the staff really care about this property. Maintenance constantly power washes the property and gets all my work orders done so fast! I have not had any issues at all living here. I will definitely be renewing!
