Ink block feels so like a community of family. Not only from staff, to concierge & maintenance, everyone is very friendly. As well being in a convenient neighborhood.

Very smooth move in courtesy of Katie and team. Front desk staff was great - very accommodating. Maintenance was hugely knowledgable and immediately addressed a few small issues in the apartment.

Great apartment and amenities. Very dog friendly. The people who work at the front desk are pretty rude though and make simple task very difficult at times.

Have lived here for two weeks now and have no complaints! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, it’s a quiet and clean community with great facilities. Super convenient for Southend activities and very close to a grocery store which is the ultimate convenience. Would recommend!

I love this apartment building. Management and staff are all very good. Occasionally, there is a front desk worker who is not the best, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Living here has been a fantastic experience! The building staff are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. They’re friendly, responsive, and truly make a difference in day-to-day living. The neighborhood is also wonderfully convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it simple to get everything I need. On top of that, the building’s amenities are outstanding from the well-maintained gym to the beautiful shared spaces that make it easy to relax or socialize. The combination of great staff, a convenient location, and excellent amenities creates a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. I’m really happy to call this place home!

Feels like living in a hotel! The halls are quiet, the amenities are always clean and available. The neighborhood around feels safe for a single woman.

Really love living here - great amenities with a pool and patio, gym, 24/7 concierge, internal Whole Foods access. Apartment itself is amazing with so much storage space, ample space for a studio, tons of natural light. I would definitely recommend the ink block apartments and neighborhood.

We love it a lot! The amenities are great! We especially love the grills and the gym. The peloton bikes and treadmills are really nice. The front desk staff are also really helpful and friendly.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this building. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help with any request. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing pool area, and common spaces that are perfect for working from home or socializing. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The building is well-maintained, and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here. Only been here 3 months and I love that everything is so convenient for me, as far as getting to work and grocery shopping. Along with being able to see friends that live in the neighborhood.

I like how they now we have a monthly event ! Finally. But it’s more like a hyped for free food / drinks etc. would like to have some more bonding moment with the neighbors

Not much of a community whatsoever. Inconsistent concierge service is frustrating, but a handful are really good. Feels like not getting money's worth.

Apartments are quiet. Brand new appliances. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They really make an effort to make you feel welcomed. Pool is beautiful and Whole Foods is right down stairs.

Move in process was very easy and staff was helpful! Unit is very nice and was cleaned well. Overall would recommend this location to others. Extremely quiet and comfortable.

They’ll treat you a little different when you have affordable housing or go through life situations. The staff should work on treating everyone similar

Except for the very incredibly high monthly parking rate, I really love it here. All of the staff are fantastic, really kind and helpful. The amenity spaces are wonderful and so accessible. Everything is always clean. Maintenance gets back to you so quickly as well. One major concern is the parking: if there is any way they could lower their parking rate and/or make a lottery available for anyone to get the opportunity to park at a lower price that would be incredible. Perhaps if there could be a lower rate for those in affordable units too? It is absolutely too steep for me so I am always just moving my car around between lots and at family and friends.

Everything about ink block is wonderful to live. From the location convenience to residence, amenities all aspects making it a homey place to live

Moved in over the weekend and so far have really enjoyed living here. Front desk has been helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is very nice. Some of the appliances show some wear and tear and could probably use some updates.

Inkblock is a great place to live. The location can't be beat and you have everything you could want within a 2 block radius. The amenities are very nice and up to date.

I have been at the Ink Block for over six years and have truly enjoyed living here. THe staff is great, the facilities are always kept clean and any repairs are always made promptly. The concierge staff are friendly and always very helpful. Great location too.

Generally a very nice building. Good amenities and features. However, we have had issues with mice over the past 6 weeks and it has taken the maintenance team and pest control multiple visits per week to get it under control.

Living here is comfortable and conveniently located! The amenities and restaurants around the area are great. The building is also located to downtown Boston yet is distant enough for there to be silence at night.

What can I say, it is the literally the “block” to live in! Steps away to explore Chinatown and downtown Boston and minutes away to the airport and the transit stops. With Whole Foods, Fuji Sushi, Sweet Greens, Tatte Pastry, and Bar Mezzanna just steps away, why would you need to go anywhere else! Now let’s talk about the apartments! Choose to live in Ink 1,2, 3, or the new Ink 7! Each building has their own stylish designs! Spacious apartments, underground pet relief station for rainy or snowy days! Come by and check out the block!

The overall impression is good. Location is nice. The location is close to downtown walking distance. Whole food is located in first floor. That’s is very convenient.There are times when the noise from whole food construction or something else can be annoying.

A quiet, peaceful home in the midst of a busy, bustling city. I have been living at ink for almost 2 years now and it is easily the quietest, most peaceful community.

Renters beware. Lease at your own risk. Once you have signed your lease, the rental office is your adversary. Your rent will increase significantly each year. Ending your lease early is next to impossible. I was told, in writing, that (a) my lease may not be assigned under any circumstances, (b) my apartment may not be sublet under any circumstances, (c) in order to break my lease I owe 4 months’ rent (2 months’ notice plus a lump sum payment equal to 2 months’ rent) and (d) these terms may not be amended or modified in good faith under any circumstances. My current rent is approximately $500 lower than what similar apartments in the same building are listed for and the rental office still will not work with me even though InkBlock stands to gain from ending my lease early and re-leasing my apartment. I have lived in Boston area for over 10 years and in that time I have rented in multiple apartment buildings, including apartments in other luxury buildings. I have never been treated worse by a landlord/leasing office than I have been by the leasing office at InkBlock. I would not recommend leasing an apartment here under any circumstances.

My experience has been amazing from the tour with Sydney in the leasing office to the out-of-state moving process. In the absence of having furniture in my apartment, I was able to use their work area so that I had no disruption to work. I was able to even bring my dogs in the area while I work. I would recommend the Ink Block to anyone looking to be conveniently located to everything and enjoy where you work and live!

Very nice apartment complex, the concierge is always very courteous. Never had any problems with any noise/neighbors. Maintenance always fixes problem within a few days

The Ink Block is a great community with great staff, amenities, and it's located is a great neighborhood. It includes several great restaurants, Whole Foods and a CVS right across the street as well as world class medical care just 10 minutes away at Tufts Medical Center.

Perks of convenience in location and management, but also downsides of management include bad concierge and staff knowledge who can be unhelpful

Living at the Ink Block Apartments has been an absolute delight! From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found the perfect place to call home. the location of Ink Block Apartments is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, I have easy access to all the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Whether I want to grab a bite to eat at a trendy cafe or catch a movie at the nearby theater, everything is just a short walk or a quick ride away.

ink block is a great place to live with pets and a good place to stay if you do not have a car. maintenance is very attentive and able to solve the request in a day

Clean and organized apartments. The best part is the amenities and concierge programs. It is also pet friendly which is difficult to find. The study rooms and common areas are well kept and provide a nice space for meetings.

Amenities are great and concierge service is wonderful. I do wish that water was included in the rent which is pretty standard for most units in the city.
