IMT Uptown Post Oak

Agradezco a estos apartamentos porque fueron mi hogar durante 5 años y disfrute mucho de vivir aquí, hago mención especial para:? Carlos que cuenta con calidez humana y siempre dispuesto a colaborarte con gran amabilidad en todo momento, a Kristi por su colaboración y apoyo, al señor Jose de mantenimiento por las muchas veces que resolvió servicios de mantenimiento en mi hogar con gran profesionalismo, calidez humana y gran amabilidad, al señor Felix de mantenimiento por su eficacia y puntuales servicios de mantenimiento,? gracias al resto del personal, mi experiencia en este hermoso lugar fue maravillosa durante estos 5 años, gracias! Un lugar seguro y bellísimo que puedes llamar hogar.

I’ve been living year for more than two years now. Although this apartment is generally okay.. the biggest problem is the constants water pump problems that the apartment faces. I would say once every two weeks our apartment runs out of water. This has been frustrating for the past year and a half now. Whenever I’ve called maintenance to fix this issue, they just give me a blanket statement saying that the apartment complex has always had water pump issues.. this is not a solution.. the apartment complex needs to fix this matter as soon as possible rather than just saying “oh this is always been an issue and we can’t resolve it” if they can’t resolve it, then at the very least they should provide partial rent refunds to its tenants since this has been a recurring issue for quite some time now.

Absolutely would not recommend this place. For the price and location I would expect a LOT better quality. Appliances are broken and do not work. Expect any packages and or mail to be stolen. No dog friendly areas, people's animals just poop and pee all over the sidewalks in the front and it is never cleaned up. Fire alarms constantly going off at random times and now for the next 4 days they will be testing the fire alarms all day from 9 am to 5 pm. Called to voice a complaint and a gentleman decided upon himself to hang up on me. I was not rude nor yelling, just expressing how upset I am that I have school from home and for the past 7 hours I have heard nothing but screeching def tone ringing in my ears. I will NOT be renewing my lease here and I will be sure to warn everyone that I can to stay away from this place! Oh and to add due to the cold weather we've had lately, if you like to take hot showers this is definitely NOT the place for you. The hot water does not last longer than 5 minutes till it turns ice cold. Zero water pressure.

Leasing office is exactly what it says - Leasing office. Once you have leased, you are pretty much on your own. If you are looking to rent, I would strongly encourage you to read all the comments here as well as management's 'not our problem' responses.

This community is so badly managed, its beyond comprehension. The property is relatively quite old, dirty and full of inconsiderate renters. You will regularly find animal waste around the property & pets roaming around with leash.

Daniella has been absolutely amazing! Daniella was transparent and involved throughout the entire process of us moving in. Daniella made sure that If I needed anything she would be there. So pleased with my new place!

I love this apartment complex. First of all it’s close to everything(Whole foods, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc). The amenities in and around the complex are enough to sell anyone but this leasing team really gets it. Our leasing agent Daniella answered every question we had and took the time to explain everything. You can’t go wrong by leasing a place at IMT Uptown Post Oak!

IMT Uptown Post Oak is great and the staff in the office is awesome! Itza and Justin are always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient as well. You can't beat the location as it is right in the heart of Uptown. Highly recommend!

I love living at IMT post oak. The office staff is great. Justin Lee especially has been a lot of help. I would definitely recommend living here if you are looking in the area.

I toured today with my room mate and we loved the property. We are looking to move in February 2020 and the location is perfect as it is close to our work! Rachel in the office was very helpful. Thank you!

Daniela was super helpful when I came in looking for a one bedroom. Commuting to work has been a pain and making the move to uptown is something I’m highly considering.

I came in on a tour and even though it was raining they were willing to show me around and show me all the amenities. I went on a tour with Daniela, but both her and her colleague Justin were super helpful in helping me find what I wanted. I felt a sense of community when we were in the office, and one of the residents came in and told me how he enjoys living here. I'm looking to move towards the spring so they didn't have any availability for that time, but I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience touring this community. Chris was a great help! He answered all of my questions, and even got his property manager to get clarity on some information he wasn't sure of. He explained the application process thoroughly and gave me a copy of the rental criteria. Stephanie even got some water for me while Chris was getting the keys.

I just moved in last week and my experience from the start has been absolutely wonderful. I came in probably thirty minutes before they closed due to work and Dominique greeted me with open arms, showing me four different units because I couldn't decide on a floor plan; they are all so nice! I feel like he really listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect unit. That's not even the best part though, during the application process any confusion I had was cleared up promptly and he gladly answered any and all questions I had. I fell in love with the apartment complex in general but the customer service I received made me feel like family before I even moved in. I feel as though Dominique went above and beyond to help me call IMT my new home and I am so grateful. What a wonderful experience! Thank you!

We have lived here for a while now and it's pretty evident that this property has seen better days. Though the maintenance staff is prompt in fixing any issues reported, the property in general is not maintained well. Common areas were supposed to be remodeled a while ago. Parking and staircases are often dirty. Our leasing agent was pleasure to work with. Management in general is not though. During Harvey in 2017, the first thing management promptly reminded via email was that residents would be responsible for any damage to property for taping windows or for stuff kept in balcony. You get what you pay for. Here though it seems you pay a bit more for what you get.

We got a burglar and reported the office but they never respond. They are very arrogant and rude for many aspect. Don't rent here if you don't want to be treated like a dirt.

We moved in one week ago. From the first visit here when we met Daniella, this has been a wonderful experience. Daniella has been a dream to work with, and now that we are settled, I like the property even more. The maintenance is great, and the people employed here are always friendly and helpful. This is a great place to call home.

While the traffic can be a pain at times, it is very well worth living in a Uptown Mid-rise apartment close to downtown Houston. Scenery and amenities are great. The staff is courteous and helpful! They are very responsive on maintenance requests and the residents here are very friendly as well.

I've lived here for over a month now and I'm still not in the gate system. This means that whenever I have guests, I have to physically let them in. I have let the staff know of this issue since day 1, but they haven't actually fixed it yet. Additionally, the kitchen is super small for what I am paying (there is plenty of room to have extended the kitchen a little further into the living room. There is constant construction noise that starts early in the morning and even continues through the weekend. The other tenants are pretty unfriendly too. While this is a nice apartment complex in a great location, I'm not sure I would renew my lease.

While this is a very nice property, the apartments tend to run on the smaller size. The ceilings give the illusion of more space, but square footage wise, go for the bigger units
