Love the apartment and the amenities. Easy access right to north station and concierge is very nice each time coming in and out along with all the other staff at the apartment.

City living here has been amazing! Friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, and everything from shops to transit is nearby. Truly feels like home!

The location is perfect, close to supermarkets, TD Garden, movie theaters, and trains. The apartments follow a high standard. Great amenities, great staff, and activities. Totally adapted for remote working residents.

Living here has been such a great experience. The apartment itself is really nice—spacious, modern, and comfortable—which honestly makes coming home every day feel relaxing. The amenities are a huge perk too; the gym is super convenient, and the shared spaces are always clean and well taken care of. It definitely feels like more than just an apartment complex. One of my favorite things is how they host little events and gatherings. They’re never over the top, just small, thoughtful things that make it easier to meet people and actually feel connected to your neighbors. It creates a real sense of community, which you don’t always get in apartment living. Overall, it feels like management put a lot of effort into making this a place people genuinely enjoy living, not just somewhere they happen to rent.

On year 4 at Hub50House! Continue to enjoy my time here thanks to the incredible staff that work hard to make it a great place to live. Keep up the good work!

Our move was seamless, access to the loading dock was so helpful and amazing. (Staff there were great) so far since being here we are loving it. What a beautiful building and amazing Amenities. Our unit was well cleaned and no issues or damage. The staff here have been nothing short of friendly and helpful as well. Nothing bad to say here. Very excited for this next chapter here at Hub50House.

We can never get enough of the views. Our neighbors across the building, the staff, and the resident dogs give us joy every day. This Boston location is perfect for us.

Hub50 has really exceeded my expectations so far! I just bought my first of many Rafters tickets today! It’s been very tough to choose between the beautiful gym and the beautiful pool…but I’ve been choosing the pool more these days. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance are really responsive. Very much appreciate my experience so far!

First 2 days in and my wife and I are so impressed. The unit is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, and the staff has been so helpful. So far so good!

Great Amenities. Great Location. Great Community. Basically everything you are looking for in a luxury high rise. My favorite part is how dog friendly it is - you can't beat the woof deck!

I have absolutely loved living at Hub50! The staff is phenomenal, and the amenities are amazing. I have been at Hub50 for 3 years and couldn’t speak higher of the building and people.

Hub50 is the best apartment! So much fun and so many great activities and resident events! The staff is great and always attentive. Chantal does a great job making the resident experience amazing!!

Hub50House shines because of its staff, location and attention to detail. The challenge going forward will be to stay at that very high level.

I moved in this week and can't believe how warm and welcoming everyone has been. Can't wait to get to know more about the amazing opportunities and amenities for residents, and of course meet more fellow neighbors.

We love the building and all of the amenities at Hub50. The gym, pool and outdoor grill area are great. The location is excellent as it is close to Beacon Hill, Charlestown, the North End and it’s easy to hop on 93 to get out of the city.

we are at the first week of our move-in. Smooth process of move-in with helpful. Everything was great till now, Kelly and others in the leasing office, and the concierge, such as Mohamad, are great.

Living here has been incredible, and I’m very sad to be leaving because I know that most apartments management teams simply will not compare to the Hub50House team. However, I am very grateful to have experienced such an amazing time while living here!

The leasing office is incredible proficient and helpful. Finding an apartment went very smoothly from Hun50’s side. Additionally, the building is stunning and has great amenities.

I am delighted to live in this building. It has great amenities, is very clean, and offers awesome customer service. There are plenty of usable workspaces, which is very convenient when you work remotely.

Continue to enjoy living at Hub50, though, I think there need to be some deep cleaning of the 15th floor outdoor space - the floor tiles and counter top are quick stained and do not look like luxury spaces anymore since they often look dirty.

so far its been amazing, smells great and the views are beautiful. Apartment is clean with modern touch.waiting for the pool to open in the summer to check out the view day time and night time on the balcony.

Great place to live. Location is amazing, but the best part is how dog friendly it is. The Woof deck is a game changer as well as having doggy daycare across the street. Those things definitely stick out from other luxury apts.

Hub50 truly has the best views, best pool, best community events, it has it all! Don’t hesitate on moving in ASAP! Everything is within walking distance that you’ll need too, grocery store, movie theatre, TD Garden!

My wife and I have lived at this property for nearly 3 years and highly recommend it. Amazing views, incredible amenities and fantastic staff. We have been very happy here and made some great friends along the way. Also love the regular events put on by the staff. Our favorite feature is probably the rafters access for the TD Garden. This is a major bonus!!

Hub50house is an amazing place to live. Their amenities are amazing and the staff are so nice and helpful! It has a great location near td garden, the T, and star market. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Really enjoy hub50house. Everything is great except I wish the water pressure in the shower was higher although it's not a deal breaker. The amenities are great, I love the pelotons.
