Hub50 truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the city, and after moving in recently I don’t know that I ever plan on leaving. Everywhere you look from this building is an iconic Boston landmark. It is literally attached to the Garden for God’s sake (we have our own little section of the North Station Garage!). It literally could not be more perfectly situated in Boston to live, work, and play. We toured what I honestly think is every single managed building in Boston and Cambridge, and found something wrong with every single one. The only one where we genuinely had no complaints was, you guessed it, Hub50. Overall, if you’re looking for a luxury apartment in Boston and want every day to feel like a vacation - this is the place to be.

Moved in one week ago Move in experience not great. No one seemed available to help with showing me how to access the freight elevator, etc or help my movers access these. The apt appliances, are lower quality, and at least in my apt, work poorly. Garage use is miserable; rare to find a spot. Lastly, larger dogs are not welcome in this bldg; I have been asked to get off the elevator with my dog by other residents. Even to keep my dog on a leash on the outside dog floor.

We still enjoy living here but would like more adult oriented events including more lectures. I did really enjoy the pool this year and appreciate cold brewed coffee.

Living here has been such a great experience. The apartment itself is really nice—spacious, modern, and comfortable—which honestly makes coming home every day feel relaxing. The amenities are a huge perk too; the gym is super convenient, and the shared spaces are always clean and well taken care of. It definitely feels like more than just an apartment complex. One of my favorite things is how they host little events and gatherings. They’re never over the top, just small, thoughtful things that make it easier to meet people and actually feel connected to your neighbors. It creates a real sense of community, which you don’t always get in apartment living. Overall, it feels like management put a lot of effort into making this a place people genuinely enjoy living, not just somewhere they happen to rent.
On year 4 at Hub50House! Continue to enjoy my time here thanks to the incredible staff that work hard to make it a great place to live. Keep up the good work!
Our move was seamless, access to the loading dock was so helpful and amazing. (Staff there were great) so far since being here we are loving it. What a beautiful building and amazing Amenities. Our unit was well cleaned and no issues or damage. The staff here have been nothing short of friendly and helpful as well. Nothing bad to say here. Very excited for this next chapter here at Hub50House.
We can never get enough of the views. Our neighbors across the building, the staff, and the resident dogs give us joy every day. This Boston location is perfect for us.

Hub50 has really exceeded my expectations so far! I just bought my first of many Rafters tickets today! It’s been very tough to choose between the beautiful gym and the beautiful pool…but I’ve been choosing the pool more these days. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance are really responsive. Great Amenities. Great Location. Great Community. Basically everything you are looking for in a luxury high rise. My favorite part is how dog friendly it is - you can't beat the woof deck!

We love the building and all of the amenities at Hub50. The gym, pool and outdoor grill area are great. The location is excellent as it is close to Beacon Hill, Charlestown, the North End and it’s easy to hop on 93 to get out of the city.

Continue to enjoy living at Hub50, though, I think there need to be some deep cleaning of the 15th floor outdoor space - the floor tiles and counter top are quick stained and do not look like luxury spaces anymore since they often look dirty.

Great place to live. Location is amazing, but the best part is how dog friendly it is. The Woof deck is a game changer as well as having doggy daycare across the street. Those things definitely stick out from other luxury apts.
