Property Ratings at High Point Uptown
I’ve been living at High Point Uptown and overall, it’s been a good experience. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and very nice to live in. I also appreciate that the maintenance crew is responsive and does a great job, and the leasing office communicates well whenever something comes up. I feel safe living here, which is very important, and I like that they host community events that give you a chance to socialize and meet your neighbors. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The upkeep of the outdoor areas isn’t always the best, and the smell of dog urine sometimes makes it hard to enjoy my balcony. Noise from upstairs neighbors can also be a bit much at times. Overall, High Point Uptown has a lot of positives with spacious apartments, a good team, and a safe community, but I do think better attention to cleanliness and noise control would make it even better.
The property management is great! However, the maintenance is horrible. I've put in request, and it takes months to get fixed, the hallway carpets are filthy, the elevator's always have issues, and during a storm we always loose electricity.

I have been really happy with this community. Like any community of course things like the elevators may need maintenance that may take time when parts have to be ordered. Nice complex in a nice area. Leasing team is nice. The only issue with the property that I have is the elevators frequently go out and it takes months to get them fixed.

Es un gran edificio, tiene lindas amenidades y los vecinos son muy amables, Andres hace un gran trabajo en la administración y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. I've been here for two years and overall this is a pretty good complex. The leasing staff are great, especially Andreas. It has the same problems you'll find everywhere - our elevator is frequently broken, but things generally run smoothly here and nothing crazy has happened. Soundproofing between units is good, but it can still be loud cause the windows let in alot of noise.

There have been elevator issues. The building exterior could use a power wash. The hallway carpet needs cleaning or replaced with darker carpet due to s several stains. The neighbor is wonderful and close to nice restaurants and shops. Staff has been great.

Overall, it’s a great apartment with decent, well-maintained amenities. However, better upkeep of the property and stronger enforcement of community rules would improve the experience. Noise can be an issue due to thin walls and upstairs neighbors, but otherwise, it’s a comfortable place to live.

Unfortunately this apartment suffers from frequent and prolonged elevator outages. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’m going on 2 years living in the community (building 2, 5th floor) and the elevator outages still persist. Our lease will be up for renewal soon but I’m doubtful we will renew it, which is sad because we enjoy the location.

Great Location; Responsive Leasing staff and Maintenance staff. The consistent elevator issues has been frustrating to deal with especially as a resident that leaves on the 5th floor with a kid. Another frustration is with some of the pet owners. They do not have their pets leashes; and allow their pets to pee and poo in inappropriate places around the complex (e.g. garage, elevators, stair cases).

Great place to live. Speedy maintenance when needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Fairly priced and essential amenities. Cleanliness could be better but residents play a large role in that.

Really love living here! My only issue is the elevator nearest to my apt has been down since moving in November 2024. I’m on the second floor so the taking the stairs is not so bad. Other than that, the staff is great and residents are really nice and helpful!

Out of many places I’ve seen for this to not be a brand new building they always keep the complex clean. And their communication is great if a problem ever happens. When something is wrong they are always there to help. I know if ever a problem when you travel whether it be for work or personal and an issue approaches they are attentive and keep you in the loop. Very friendly staff and they know you by name and inquire just on how things are going. Being a regional manager and traveling at all times it’s satisfying to see there is still people that care and overall treat it like a real community.

It’s very close to shopping center and restaurants, it’s good for the young adult or an active seniors, it’s not quite kid friendly here because there’s nowhere for the children to play for real, aside from that, 6 out of 10

My move in experience has been great! Ally has been great! Any questions or concerns I have, she’s on it! I love my apartment, super spacious and price point is great. I also enjoy the location is minutes away from everything! Highly recommend High Point Uptown!

I've lived here for a little over 2 years and I love it. Staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond. Once my car broke down in the garage and a leasing agent helped me jump start it. The apartment is spacious, has great light, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The amenities are a nice bonus and always well-maintained. I don't see myself leaving here anytime soon!

Living here for 3 years, I feel safe and always well received by the staff. Never had any issue and noticed multiple improvements to the building always securing the ebst experience. It is peaceful and I keep calling it home.
