Harborview at the Navy Yard

I love my view. I love the location. The management team they’re not great. They are pretty dishonest. The concierge staff is good the the maintenance staff is great. The building in the grounds are very well kept. The apartments are about to be 20 years old and they’ve not made a single update in 20 years. We were told they were going to make updates and instead they decided to update the lobby and the mail room. The cabinets are peeling and in general everything’s out of date. It’s very expensive to live here and there are no amenities and everything‘s out of date. So take from that what you will.

It is a great place to live. On a quiet street, but quick walk to the rest of the city. Leasing office and maintenance team are both great. They occasionally put on events throughout the year

Another amazing year at Harborview. The friendly staff and amazing location makes it the best property within the Navy Yard. Conveniently placed away from the busy city yet centrally located to all Bostons sights.

Everyone has been very helpful and thoughtful, thank you. The movers had no issues and the community has been very welcoming. Looking forward to being a part of it!

A friendly building and what incredible views. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but also close enough to enjoy all Boston has to offer.

Leasing office not very responsive but thus far no big issues with appliances. Location in a good area next to the harbor, but in general to access grocery or convenience stores one needs a car.

It’s very clean. The concierge staff are nice. The business office is as bad as it gets!! I live my view but the price is well above everything in the area and a lot of people are not renewing. The office will present you with a 30-50% rent increase to renew your lease and then when you decline they list the apartment for thousands less. It has happened to many of my former neighbors!

Love the building, it is always clean, staff always has positive energy! Only problem we have had is it took 5 months for our dishwasher to be fixed. Since then everything has been great!

I love the Comcierge team and the location being right on the water! It’s very easy to get downtown via the ferry or via the MGH shuttle which is amazing.

It’s a really pleasant experience living at Harborview. The residents are friendly and respectful and the building is clean and well maintained. The only issue is slow response to non-urgent maintenance call outs.

Maryrose was just the first awesome thing about moving into Harborview! Everyone is so kind and the amenities are exactly what we need. The common areas are so spotless and always looking fresh and updated. It is a wonderful community and such a safe area here in Harborview.

I just moved here. I'm not good at English, but I got a lot of help from the people here and they are very friendly. The house was also clean and tidy. I'm really looking forward to living here.

The staff are very kindly and friendly. The leasing office in particular was a great help. Even though I was not comfortable with English, the staff helped me a lot and I was able to move in.

HView has an amazing diversity of dynamic residents and efficient staff . From toddlers to seniors, busy professionals, families and dogs, everybody is friendly and respectful. Great Community I recommend to join.

This is a beautiful community and everyone has been very friendly! The grounds and building are very clean and it’s super safe! The finishes are very high end.

As a new resident I am very much enjoying my time at Harborview at the Navy Yard. Others tenants are very friendly and the noise level is very low considering how many units there are in the building. I am very happy with the choice to move here!

Great location on the harbor. Very quite and secure location. Convenient. Helpful staff. Just wish the gym was free for residence like most buildings these days.

Quiet, safe & comfortable with great service. Good open space views and very good location for local services. Easy access & secure parking garage.

Very organized move in process with most of it done online. Great location and amazing units made it an easy pic for me and my family. Love that there is a personal parking garage and all doors require keycard access. With concierge service and convenient guest access via video call at the front door it gives you and your family a safe and secure place to call home.

We are new to Charlestown and so far so good. The neighbors we have met are lovely and our apartment is very quiet. We especially liked Jonas.

I love it here!!! The building is gorgeous and having concierge is very helpful. Living on the water is just the best! The rooftop terrace gives an amazing view also!

Great community, very clean, excellent for children, beautiful neighborhood, perfect for walking both for elderly people and young couples with children.

Love living here . However, there are a couple of things that annoy me. #1. The Dryers never dry completely. Too much fuss with them to get clothes dry every time. I know about the unit on the 5th floor but I shouldn’t have to carry a load of clothes up to that floor. It is used by other people also and means waiting. #2. The P1 storage is very dirty. I don’t think the floor has been swept in the approximate 5 years we ve been here. On the whole, it’s a great place to live and convenient to a lot..

The primary reason for my five star review is the excellence of the concierges. The full-time weekday professionals—Kevin and Jonas—stand out in particular. Attentive, warm, and professional they have become a part of our young family. We recently re-signed our lease in large part because of how reliable and kind they are. They solve problems for all residents, get to know us personally, and really care. The weekend staff is lovely, too. In addition, we have had wonderful experiences with Flory, who cleans, and the maintenance experts Angelo and Justin. So grateful for the high levels of service we have had from these excellent folks.

Everyone has been very kind in the building from the sales associates to other residents. The apartments are very nice with lots of storage space and closets. I’m looking forward to my time at Harborview.

The Place To Be. The best place to live in. Very comfortable. Very convenient. Very nice. Staff very helpful. Management very supportive. Maintenance team are the best. I love this place. I love my life there.

We have a beautiful apartment overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown Boston. The maintenance and community housekeeping services are excellent. The common areas were recently redecorated..

Very quiet and well managed community. We moved in August and we have been very happy with the place. The neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful.

I have really enjoyed living at Harborview. The staff executed the hallway renovation so efficiently. It looks excellent and is a complete game changer for living here. The leasing office and maintenance teams are both super attentive. My problems are always addressed in a timely fashion.

Great staff! Good appliances, and fast turn around for maintenance requests! It did take a while for them to replace the door to lock the parking garage which was slightly concerning, but it is now fixed!

I used to love living in this building, but the management does not care about the residences or the experiences of who is living here. This is easily demonstrated in the number of long term residents who have moved out in the last two years, some who had been here close to a decade. The concierges are the best and are the only consistent piece of this building any longer. -Resident of five years.

So far my experience has been wonderful! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. Looking forward to spending this next year at the Harbor View

Beautiful apartment!! My boyfriend and I are so excited we moved in yesterday. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better first home together!
