they have multiple reserved spots that sit empty while residents cant find places to park their car without paying extra. and they have a tow truck that comes by every day at 2 am to tow your car

All I can say is that the first few years was great, then management changed, and the complex has gone down ever since. I lived there for 6 years. Just moved out May 2022. They kept my deposit said I left debris. There was nothing left in that apartment when I moved. I asked for proof and Kim, the asst manager, said she would send me photos and to this day I never received anything. You think I would call and ask for $150 deposit if I left the apartment trashed. Would never recommend this complex!!!

The apartment is very nice and the people in the office always speak to you and do the the maintenance which is nice because other places they act like you're a bother.The manager I hope I get her spelling right Tajma even made a point to ask how I was after being ill when she saw me!!! The property is well kept and very nice Thank you to everyone that works here and also my neighbors they are nice too. Feels like home Idont like moving so this is my home. 1st time giving a rating but thry deserve and thats why i found a place to say THANK YOU SJLEE very Happy
Worst staff ever when you informed then that your neighbors are leaving trash outside their door dirty diapers with poop they do not do handle it .
I just moved to Houston and needed a spacious one bedroom and when I came here to tour I knew this was the place for me, the staff is friendly and made me feel at home. I’m very happy with my new apartment and space also location is great I’m just minutes away from work.
I absolutely love my apartment. My third floor apartment feels like a house, due to my vaulted ceiling and spacious floor plan. I absolutely love that both bathrooms have a garden tub. So nice to be able to soak and relax after a long day. Kellie and the leasing staff are absolutely amazing. Kellie, is so sweet, professional, caring and really goes out her way to make sure your move in is seamless. Besides the floor plan being huge and the upgrades to the amenities, Kellie is the reason I chose Grand Palms. Her warm smile, and “Hello” made me feel like a welcome resident even before the keys were in my hands. I would highly recommend Grand Palms. The environment is Clean, quiet and a great place to live.
All I gotta say is Thank You, Miss Kelly! Our first impression of these apartment were amazing! Ask for Kelly for a great tour. She is nice and knows the property very well. I got a tour to this beautiful property and now we are considering it our future home!! Thank you for making it happen, Kelly!
I came in last week with my husband to tour some apartments and was pleasantly surprised by this place. As soon as I walked into the office I was instantly greeted by Kelly. She was very warm and inviting which is refreshing given that I've toured so many places and sometimes the staff seem to be less than happy to be there. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the property and walked us through different floorplan options that would work with our taste and budget. We are now looking to make our decision soon and Grand Palms is high on our list. Thank you, Kelly, for the awesome tour!
I came to visit the property this past Saturday. I was very impressed with the service provided by Kelly and Amil. They were very professional and showed genuine courtesy. They added value to the property by making me feel welcome on the premise. I also loved the layout of the apartment. Needless to say, I feel this would be a good place to stay.
Everyone has a lot of amazing character!!! The manger was very energetic.. And the leasing consultant ms kelly was awesome!!! Nice people!
This apartment complex is a joke. Management doesnt respond to repair inquiries! I experienced a large leak from an overflow from the apt upstairs - water coming OUT my front door!! Management has done NOTHING to clean and repair- and have flat out ignored all submitted requests for repairs. I have MOLD in my storage. These apts are in poor shape. They just slap on paint and the cracks come soon after move in. Not to mention the safety, or lack of. My vehicle was broken into along with a slew of other vehicles. The management (Kim) sent a letter basically saying other subdivisions were broken into as to say that we weren't "the only ones" as to make them look better. No mention of the fact that the lights in the entrance have been NON WORKING for at least a year if not more. The gate is ALWAYS open so ANYONE can come in at ANYTIME. This apartment management does not use ANY responsibility nor or they accountable for their negligence. It was a VERY BAD IDEA TO LIVE HERE. PLEASE DONT MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE. There are several other apts nearby , plus 2 brand new ones. Stay ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

IM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND THIS LOCATION . I WORKED WITH TARA, SHE WAS SO KIND AND HONEST SHE EVEN CLEANED MY CARPET A SECOND TIME BEFORE I MOVED IN. WE MOVED IN RIGHT AS THEY WERE HAVING THEIR ANNUAL SUMMER BBQ. CATERED FOOD, DRINKS, WATER TOYS AND FLOATIES FOR THE CHILDREN. EVEN HAD ICE CREAM WITH COMPLETE TOPPINGS BAR I FEEL RIGHT AT HOME, MY APARTMENT IS HUGE AND VERY SPACIOUS FOR ME AND 3 OTHERS GLAD WE'RE HERE!!!
Nice, quiet, safe, complex located close to the freeway. Manager works hard for her residents and tales care of any issues. They have a cop who lives on site so any problems and you generally have a quick response (and he is super dreamy).

I move here 3 years ago and I have become so comfortable that I couldn't see myself at another complex. The ladies in the office always greet you with a smile and willing to do what they can to continue the great living experience. You never have to wait to have things fixed and they do it with a smile. Love calling this home.

I really enjoy the people who work in the front office. The matienence guys are always willing to wave and have a conversation. And the ladies in the front office are really nice. I just watched one of the women pick up a man with suitcases and drive him to the front office. It was extremely neighborly of her and just fantastic. I don't even think she realized what she did was even seen, but it definitely was!
I have been at landmark @ Barker Cypress for one year and it was a much better experience than I thought it would be. The whole reason I chose this property over other in the area was because of the customer Service I received when I visited the property. The Leasing agent at the time was friendly, helpful and informative…and to my amazement, they never changed. Currently the property is transitioning with new staff and they are just as helpful and professional. They have been understanding and helpful during a very pivotal time and it is much appreciated. My lease is up and I made an attempt to look for other properties….but guess what? I decided to stay at Landmark @ Barker Cypress….Professionalism and Customer Service is priceless.
