I love everything about my unit! The building is very nice and the amenities are way better than I expected. The gym is full functioning, and there are plenty of vending machines, which is a plus for convenience. As a student, I love the shuttle system.

The safety, the environment, maintenance does nothing at all. My daughter refrigerator goes out constantly. Thousands of dollars of groceries have been wasted monthly because maintenance man will come in unplug the refrigerator and plug it back up or she has to plug it back up when she returned home and nothing happens. It’s the same broken refrigerator or it goes from unit to unit. There’s trash in the hallways. The common area outdoors look like a prison set up. There’s concrete and chairs nothing else no greenery no scenery. It looks like you’re on a prison yard.

A little loud but has amazing amenities and staff for a good price. Cleanly and looks great too, only other issue i can think of is that the furnishings had minor dings and scratches when I moved in. Nothing that bothers me though, it would only be an issue if the property manager made it one.

maintenance is slow, staff are ok. the receptionist can be rude sometimes. building isn’t very clean or put together, amenities suck. takes forever to get things done. lots of hidden fees. very ghetto

I was kinda skeptical about this property due to the reviews I saw online. But I still came in being that they were from when they first opened. The property is nothing like the reviews. Front staff is kind! Nothing is under construction and all the amenities look fantastic!
Walls are paper thin very loud absolutely ridiculous.

The building was supposed to be complete on 10 Aug 2023. It is still not ready however the students needed a place to stay since school started on Monday 28 Aug 2023. There is little to none communication with the manager or any workers. My son placed a work or when his A/C went out and it’s been a week so far. And the weather has been in 3 digits. Please fix the issues these young men and women are having. So they can focus on their education and not your false promises. You took their money and not holding up your end.

My daughter leased a unit from this complex earlier this year, with the understanding it would be move in ready by the start of the Fall ‘23 college school year (Aug. 12). In the past two weeks the move in date has been pushed back twice from the original date (Aug. 19, and now Aug. 25). This is unacceptable when someone has to coordinate travel from out of state. Parents scheduling time off from work, Plane tickets, hotel, auto rental and now an additional monthly storage fee. This is supposed to be a joyful time however it is now very stressful and full of worry if their student will be homeless. GH did offer a stipend (hotel or meal stipend) but to me it is not enough and it do not cover the stress and the amount of money spent to change plans. I want the City, County, TSU, UoH and any other college that has a student resident to work together to get this issue resolved sooner than later. Be informed college Fall semester start on Aug. 21 & 28 respectfully.
