Property Ratings at Gateway Villas
I first moved to these apartments in 2019, only because I had two large dogs and this place accepted them with a small deposit. At that time it had an owner that didn't care and the managers were just as bad...then came the New Owners and Manager...What a bright light. As people moved out, they renovated the apartments. The out side of the buildings were painted, a small dog play area, & a picnic area were put in, the pool was redone...its really a nice place to stay. You have the best maintenance team and the best manager (shout out to Blaire!) I am moving in August due to a job transfer...I am going back home until I retire in a few years, and I am really considering moving back to Las Vegas and moving right back to these apartments. I have never had a problem here with the New Management. Its been a pleasure living here. Karen Trepanier

I've needed repairs to my unit for 6 months now since new management took over and they still haven't fixed it. I've called/emailed and went to the office more than 20 times and still nothing. I do NOT recommend moving here. As soon as my lease is up I am moving.

Sarah, I do apologize that your experience is not up to standards, we do strive to offer quality living. We have attempted to fix the tile flooring to my understanding twice. I have contacted a vendor to come out to see what can be done to complete this, as it seems that what the maintenance team did was not enough to repair the area. The office staff will be in contact with you directly to coordinate the day and time.
I lived here from 2013 till mid 2017 when I found a house to buy, I would still be living here if I didn't buy a house. The location was close to work, never had any issues with anyone, area was quiet and kept clean. Never had any issues with the apartment, I would do my own bug spraying every month, I do this regardless of where I live. Grocery store was within walking distance, fast food restaurants right behind the complex, walking park directly next to complex. Overall a nice place to call home.
these are the best apartments in Las Vegas. the full size washer and dryer alone puts it above the other apartments in the area I was looking at. I highly recommend this place to people looking to relocate to Las Vegas. you're not going to find anything better in this price range.
Horrible management these apartments are dumpy and disgusting, I lived there for a couple of months and it's just infested.
Sunchase is the best apartment complex in Las vegas. Managmenet is okay but the washer and dryer inside the apartment is not to be understated. These places have ceramic tile floors and no carpet. Overall a nice place to live if you don't mind living close to the Strip and hustle bustle of Las Vegas.
Close to everything, very convenient. There is no need to drive to anything, all is within walking distance.

Good place, I liked it here. My neighbor was a little dirty, but I am very clean so never had any bug problems.
I'm very quick to write a bad review when businesses offer poor services. This is the second good review I have ever written. The first one was for a deli in Brooklyn. This apartment building was great for its price. I just moved out because my office moved to Connecticut. What I care about in an apartment building is: #1 how great the location is and #2 how nice the actual apartment is. This place was stellar on both of those measures. The apartment itself has laundry inside and tile floors, which I couldn't find ANYWHERE when I first started looking (or they asked for an arm and a leg). This place is so close to the Strip. There are 2 grocery stores across the street. There is also a Walmart Sam's Club about 5 minutes away. I found myself using my car much less than when I lived in my previous apartment in Summerlin (in Summerlin you have to drive for literally hours to get anywhere, and there's still tons of crime in Summerlin!). Despite being so close to The Strip and the hustle bustle of Las Vegas, there's not much crime. I couldn't believe it because my grandson (who is a Las Vegas resident) told me that it was dangerous to live around the Strip. This place must be an exception. All my neighbors were so quiet I thought no one even lived in them! The management team was nothing to write home about, but that's not how I judge apartments since management teams come and go. The best things about this place are the things that don't change, like the convenient location and the laundry machines inside the apartment. Life was good when I lived at sunchase. JUST move here, you won't regret it.
Been here 4 years. I live downstairs but hardly ever hear anyone above me. That’s actually the biggest reason I stayed. The last apartment complex I was at had paper thin floors. I am 68 years old and cannot go up stairs, so I have to be downstairs. This building was constructed well. Also there is laundry in the apartments. One potential downside is all my neighbors have dogs, so if you really don’t like dogs then this may not be the place for you. Overall I really recommend this place. You won’t regret it. I have referred 2 friends, and they like it here too. It’s a nice quiet place.
