The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Gardner House Apartments
the Customer Service is horrible , they say a lot Of things . Like we will call you Back with Updates about your information but actually never do. Or we will give your message to the housing Coordinator , but the messages never gets out because itll be 2 days you called to talk to someone and nobody never gets back to you . and i feel like for this to be a low income property , they should know or understand there is real people in need with housing that need help and is not getting the proper help. and nobody is actually truly trying to do everything they can . they do what they pick and choose what they want to DO.
