Gallery64 is a beautiful community. So many great places to see.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We really appreciate your compliments, and hope to keep finding ways to make your time here wonderful!
A person below you playing video games will have a subwoofer with bass on, vibrating your bed, pillow, and body to the core. There’s a 2200 quiet curfew and they’re oblivious to the law. Your entire floor will vibrate all day and night. You won’t get any sleep. If you can sleep while your organs shift around out of place, it might be for you. Yes, the building is beautiful and staff *now are nice. A year ago one wasn’t.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We want to sincerely apologize for the disruption and discomfort you described. Please know that we are actively investigating this matter and take your concerns extremely seriously.
My living experience at this beautiful building has been on the decline because of adjusted protocol by way of recent staff changes, limited amenity access and invasion by visitors - in and outside of the building - as well as tenant invasion, as I was a recent victim of package theft from within the building. No resolution for changed protocols has been communicated to prevent future reoccurrences.
Property Manager at Gallery 64, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and want to assure you that we take them seriously. We did address your package issue immediately and confirmed it was not stolen, but rather mistakenly taken and quickly returned. We understand how frustrating that experience can be and appreciate your patience. In terms of building protocols, staff transitions, and amenity access, we’ve taken several steps behind the scenes to improve service, reinforce security, and enhance communication. We’re actively working to ensure all residents feel safe and at home, and will continue to provide updates as changes are implemented. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to making it better. Please feel free to reach out to the office directly if there’s anything more we can do.
The common area WiFi in both the gym and lobby area / work space area does not work. Residents are unable to connect to the internet on a cell phone or laptop. This was an amenity that was promised to us prior to move-in. Please resolve this issue asap.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and provide us with an opportunity for improvement. We've conducted multiple tests since you provided your feedback, and have verified that both the lobby level and rooftop wifi are working consistently. We would be happy to assist you whenever you are encountering issues. Thank you!
Overall I like the community. Maintenance is on point; there has been a shift in the office staff and I look forward to the continued assistance as the original staff. The grounds are very well maintained in addition to cleanliness of the building.

Hi - we're so happy that you've been pleased with the service our maintenance and office teams have provided! We look forward to assisting in the future, and hope to earn even more stars from you! All the best!
I just moved to DC and am glad to call Gallery 64 home! It’s very beautiful and luxury from the moment you step in. The amenities are top-tier and the neighborhood is alive with art, culture, and that sophisticated city energy I love. The leasing team and concierge are absolute gems — they treat you like a VIP from day one and my neighbor are also polite and friendly. This is the kind of community you want to be a part of. The apartments themselves are stunning. They have luxury finishes, stylish details — and the rooftop views are worth every single dollar. I’m honestly obsessed. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live in SW DC. Gallery 64 isn’t just a home — it’s a lifestyle.

I believe it would be counterproductive to use/share my comments/feedback for marketing purposes. I am very unhappy with my experience having been here since the building opened

Hi, your review about GALLERY 64 made our day! Thanks so much for taking the time to write. Feel free to give us a call with any other questions! We're always happy to help.
I don't recommend this apartment until correction are made and they stop overcharging residents for items the company should be covering like sewage, HVAC and many other things. Hire competent Management.
Property Manager at Gallery 64, Responded To This Review
Thanks so much for taking the time to give us this feedback, we appreciate the opportunity to improve. For your own awareness, the sewage and HVAC charges in the apartments are charged based on the individual meters in each home, but we would be happy to investigate your individual usage to ensure it is accurate. We would like to work towards a resolution, so if you are willing, please reach out to us at (703) 639-6464 to discuss this further.
Th property is extremely nice and clean and well kept. The property feels like a walking gallery and a resort type. I extremely love the area and the amenities and all the property has to offer. I have no regrets in making this property my new home.

Hi, your review about GALLERY 64 made our day! Thanks so much for taking the time to write!
It's a great community space surrounded by lots of green space which is a unique feature for an urban high rise building and you aren't surrounded by other residential buildings, but still close and centrally located to many things in DC. Would like to see more emphasis on community events and general maintenance at times, but all in all I would recommend Gallery 64 as a viable option for anyone looking to reside in the district.

Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
I love the community at Gallery 64. I don't love the price of parking.
Property Manager at Gallery 64, Responded To This Review
Hello there, thank you; we appreciate your feedback!
I’ve had at least a cursory look at just about every luxury rental property in DC. Gallery 64 is truly rare find with customer service worthy of a 5 star hotel, a touring and move-in process that are on your own schedule, and units that check every single box I could imagine. I felt like I must have been missing something when I first looked into this property because it seemed too good to be true. However, Kadija, Ebony, Katie, Tendai, and the rest of the staff constantly strive for a level of excellence that surpasses all my expectations. The views of DC are second to none and the amenities are accessible and luxurious. It’s currently December and they also have some great move-in specials going on now. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new place in DC visit here before making their decision. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about GALLERY 64!
This is a great place to live. The apartments are brand new with good layouts, but the best part is the staff. The leasing agents, maintenance and concierges are always friendly and professional, they are also responsive to any issues that residents have.
From the tour to lease signing and moving in, all my questions and concerns were answered clearly in a timely fashion by friendly, supportive people. I visited MANY properties in DC and by far Gallery 64 was the best place; I knew immediately that I wanted to live here when I did my in-person tour.
Gallery 64 has been a warm welcome and an absolute fantastic experience so far-- from walk thru, to arrival, to responsiveness. Great work and highly recommend.
A very nice building, great community. As every new building, has to improve in some aspects, but over all, a very nice place to live and great community is building up.
Gallery 64 is a great place to be for anyone looking to make an apartment community their home. It’s combination of amenities, story the property tells, and idealistic location makes Gallery 64 feel like you are on vacation, but it is home! Hospitality is one of the new biggest keys to make an apartment building a home and community, and Gallery 64 exuded that. I could not ask for more as a renter. - Dylan Darling, 19
Gallery 64 is a modern building, featuring spectacular amenities and community spaces and very well laid out apartments with high quality finishings. But the best part is the people, starting from the excellent leasing team to the concierge who always have a smile and a nice word for you and the management team who respond promptly to tenants' requests. Very satisfied so far.
If you are looking to move here, do it! It is the best building in Navy Yard / Wharf area. The apartment’stments location can not be beat! Zack, Kadija and Gallery 64 staff made the move and living in the building very comfortable. The management team are all professional and extremely nice! I have since been here for over a month and am in love with living here! The building is beautiful and has the best amenities by far, from the upstairs penthouse level with pool, grills, living room and game room to the art room and gym. The building is also full of unique and beautiful art. •The maintenance is also extremely friendly and helpful. • The building and parking garage are both quiet and secure. • My apartment is beautifully done – the appliances , high quality finishes and floor to ceiling windows. •The apartment also has a partnerships with its neighbour Rubell museum (Amazing/top museum in the city) and Arena Stage. Overall I have had a great experience living here. The apartment is a creative person’s dream place to live.
