The area is really nice, convenient and overall quiet. The apartment amenities are beautiful. Norma in the leasing office is very attentive to residents and helpful. Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin. I can hear every step above me, everyday the music played below me, and people in the hallway. This is the biggest con, and makes it difficult to find comfort in my home at times.

Great location, nice building nice amenities. There is often trash in the hallway and in the elevators, housekeeping appears to make rounds once per week or so. Theft is pretty common, I had my trash container stolen from outside my door this week. Noise is off the charts most weekends, so plan to stay up late. Lastly, there is a new scheme to tow cars without warning and to charge $300+ to retrieve. You really do not want to live here. I am just too lazy to move.

We've been here for four months now. Pro's: nice, clean, spacious units. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Clean amenities (gym, social area, lounge, coffee machine). Con's: maintenance requests aren't responded to on time. I've had an open ticket for over two months now. I've asked about it multiple times and they keep saying someone will come by soon.

I would recommend this apartment community because after all the fixes were finally made to my apartment, it really is a nice place to live at. The community is safe, I absolutely LOVE the pool, and honestly management is incredible. It's so easy to get a hold of someone, issues are addressed, and maintenance went above and beyond when they came to my apartment.

This Community is absolutely great. Jennifer is a great professional. She was able to explain us everything we ask. I made a tour with my dad which does not speak English and she was able to explain him evrything.

Good central location. Nice Apartments. Having a Gym & Pool was real nice. Better security cameras in the Garage for vehicles would have been helpful with police on my case of having my vehicle Wheels stolen.

Very happy with the customer service and constant communication I received during my move-in process. Tres M was very attentive and not only emailed me in a timely manner, but also called to answer my questions. I have lived in many apartments, and In the past I have dealt with management that was hard to get in contact with. I’m happy to see I will not run into this problem at this community. My wheels and tires were stolen from the 4th floor parking garage. Staff was indifferent to the issue "call your insurance" and security cameras were not working. A few weeks prior, I got a notice about pets pooping in common areas and that the apartment would check cameras and issue fines if you did not pick up pet waste. Yet when it comes to resident person safety or property safety, cameras are not accessible to staff, or do not function at all. So I moved out. Also Parking situation is ridiculous.

This property just feels very upscale and lavish very beautiful lively close to things but at the same time peaceful
This is a terrible complex to live in. The 1st through 3rd floors of the parking garage are constantly 100% full. Visitors are required to have a pass hanging from your mirror but each resident apartment gets ONE. A replacement is $150. The parking garage is filthy and hasn't been cleaned in years. The parking garage is also unsafe. Cars are broken into *AFTER* the complex added additional cameras. There's constant noise from the highway and construction in the area. Other residents have loud dogs that park at all hours of the night. The design of the atriums ensure that noise is reflected so a quiet conversation on a patio can be heard in every apartment. Basic maintenance is not done. They just repainted but the painters didn't tape anything off and it looks worse than it did before. The elevators stink of dog urine. They're forcing residents to pay for amenities they didn't ask for and don't need. There's no lease addendum for the new package service they're charging everyone $15/mo for.

The personal are all pleasant and professional. The biggest issue revolves around the tenants and there lack of respect with keeping the property maintained.

I have been a resident now for almost 6 months, and I am pleased to say that my thoughts and feelings have not changed since I initially moved here. The staff here continues to exceed my expectations (which are pretty high J). Lety’s team in the office is the best there is. (Loye, Edgar, Claudia, Q). They greet me daily with a smile, and happy to look into any inquiry with concern. The level of care and professionalism is obvious in how the staff treats the property, and it is greatly appreciated. The themed parties and soirees are great!! The food is awesome, and the themes are amazing. They are great opportunities to meet fellow neighbors, and also network. I appreciate Delmi’s attention to detail with housekeeping, the upkeep of the grounds, and the enforcement of the property management team regarding the trash/garbage removal. Roger and his staff are also doing a wonderful job with maintenance, keeping work orders a top priority, which is also very important in apartment living-thank you Mark and Manny!! The coffee machine is a great attribute….cleaned and stocked regularly, which was a huge bonus for me. I researched several properties, and have had several properties contact me, however I am still happy with my choice of making Fountain Pointe at Las Colinas my home.

The guest parking is a joke. Don't think about being social and having people over at your place, because you only get one guest parking pass - yes, you read correctly - ONE! The towing company is trigger happy and just look for excuses to tow a car. The staff are no help at all. They either tell you to talk to someone else or to figure out your problem yourself. Oh, and let's chat about the poorly constructed units where you can hear every time your neighbor drops something on the floor or speaks. Let's hope you don't have a neighbor who likes loud music, because then you're in for a fun ride in hell.

Would recommend: because it the location is convenient for commuting/traveling. Would not recommend: 1. Because management seems unstable and along with that so are the expectations and customer service delivered to residents 2. Management uses email excessively to communicate and most times the messages are borderline unprofessional, whiny, angry, and somewhat threatening to whomever it is that they are addressed. It is not pleasant to witness this type of communication even when, and especially when, such messages are not directed at me or the residents in my apartment.

I would recommend ...but I would let them know about the thin walls and the noisy neighbors. The dog park is very unclean and resident aren't aware of responsibility when it comes down to their dog. With these apartments being very nice I wish they recycle. The garage with the one visitor pass is a big issue. Wish there was more parking for the visitors.

Guest parking is a joke. There’s no storage at all in the apartment. It’s only convenience is the proximity to the Toyota music factor

As you can guess from the title of this post, I HATE this apartment complex. The walls are thin; I can hear everything my neighbors say. The property staff is horrible - they lack basic training on the rules and regulations of the property. Anytime I ask them the simplest of questions, they say I should talk to the property manager (who, it seems like, is never on site). I expect much more from a supposed "luxury" apartment. Save yourself a lot of grief, and don't pick this apartment complex.

We are so disappointed by the whole service provided here. We encountered many problems, and unfortunately, the management did not really care. They DO NOT respond to emails (not even sure they read them). They have a courtesy officer that we tried to contact during quiet hours regarding noise issues, but he did not even bother calling us back. Some residents make a lot of noise at the pool and in the hallways (loud music during quiet hours) and are being disrespectful when nicely asked to lower the volume. Some people drive fast in the parking garage and do not pay attention to pedestrians. We had our bikes stolen from the bike racks, management did not even try to help with that matter. We have seen people swimming with their clothes on in the pool, not super clean. On top of this, quality of construction is poor, walls are poorly insulated between units, windows in our bedroom not efficient anymore (had to ask several times to have somebody checking them). We do hear the street noises a lot, so watch out for this. We tried to post a review on their website a few months ago, still pending, of course. We really hope things will change in a good way for current and future residents, because there were some good events and staff members with the previous management (Sarah, Joel, Gina...) Can't wait to get out of here!
I absolutely LOVE living here. The location is great! It’s honestly one of the best places to live in Las Colinas if you want a penthouse or apartment home. The best aspect of living here is the property management. They have always been very polite and one of the lease consultants Loye always has a smile and is happy to assist. If I’ve ever had any problems they were addressed in a timely fashion. Parking here is great, I’ve never had any issues with parking overall Fountain Pointe Las Colinas has been one of the best places I’ve lived. Thank you!
