I really like these apartments I'm moving from a small one bedroom to a bigger size one bedroom the assistant managers plus the manager herself and the maintenance man Fernando.. has always been very helpful they love our community and they make sure that we live safe and they have a commitment.. to their job that you can see all you have to do is look around everything is nice and clean security a code to get into the apartments and it's just lovely and I recommend for anyone and it's very affordable

Front office and maintenance
This is the best apartments ever Diana really made the moving process and everything so easy and fast she was very professional and helpful & so is Rosie and Jaime they are very respectful and helpful for anything they go above and beyond also maintenance is on point they are always on time when something needs to be fixed Jorge is awesome as soon as I report something he come and fixes it and makes sure it’s 100% done and working chepe and Fernando are also very respectful they are by far the best maintenance they are also on point and if anything needs to be fixed there here they are very professional and know there job !

I just moved in to my apartment 3 weeks ago I am so pleased. Diana made the leasing and moving in so easy. The maintenance is also very on point, Jorge was so helpful once I requested maintenance in my apartment.

The maintenance crew is very help full. Fernando does a great job each time we call. The front office the manger Rosie and Diana lease agent even came out to check for leaks after the unusual winter storm in Texas. Much appreciated.

Very nice
As first time renters I love Forest Creek. Diana has been an amazing person. She helped us get our apartment and answered all of my questions. She is very nice and always very professional. Any time I have a question she always calls back or gets it fixed right away. I put in a request for my door to be fixed because it broke, she took care of it right away. Within an hour maintenance was at my apartment. They fixed it right away. Fernando was very good and courteous he also fixed one of my burners on the stove that didn’t turn on and showed me how to properly clean them without damaging them. ??

Don’t move here. Drugs drugs drugs
Do not move in these apartments. They aren’t safe, many breakins to apartments and cars, constant drug activity being used and sold in plain view. They take housing and most all the tenants dont work so all they do is hang outside in the hallways and parking lot everyday, all day and night.

Change in the making
I recently moved into Forest Creek and it was very frustrating to get in contact with Rosie. Every time I called she wasn't in and no one could help me. After two weeks, I finally asked to speak with the manager. From the moment I talked to Dee Dee I knew my issue would get resolved. She immediately apologized for lack of communication from the staff. She took ownership even though I never talked to her. She advised me she would contact me step by step on my application. She called me the next day and told me I was approved. Rosie the leasing agent had assigned me to a regular apartment and I wanted an upgraded one. The manager had me move into an upgraded apartment and walked unit with me and I had a gift inside. To top it off She let me move in for $100. My apartment is very nice new everything and now when I call I just ask for Dee Dee.

Don’t move here. Management is terrible, tow cars for no reason, they don’t fix anything, and they’ve raised rent after they kicked half the tenants out for damages caused by Harvey. Worst place I’ve ever lived

DONT MOVE HERE!
I found mold through out apartment after a week of staying in apartment. It took 3 months for them to repair problem. Trash everywhere outside dumpster because of tenants being to scared to go near it(gang of raccoons). Hot water has been off for almost a month! Takes them forever to repair problems in home. This has been the worst experience for me ever!!
