Only lived here for a few weeks and it’s clear that the property manager is in way over his head. He’s not good at his job and lies to residents to get them off his back.
I know 3 people now who left specifically because the management/property manager is so bad and constantly lies to us. I’ve lived here for 2 years and am not renewing my lease because I can’t handle another year of this manager. The residents have a group chat just to talk about how bad the manager is.
I lived here for the past 8 years since the building was built and loved the location. Management was nice to me the entire time.
Recently moved in and couldn’t be bang happier with my experience! Management has been super helpful and everyone has been super friendly. Exciting to settle in and explore what Fenway has to offer!
Building needs new management. I’m being put in a hotel for a month because someone else’s water pipes broke and I cant get any update from the property manager at all. I have to knock on my neighbors doors and hope they know anything.
The apartment is nice but we moved in and so many things inside the apartment needed maintenance. Management is terrible and ignores emails for weeks. It's not that bad but there's probably some better options out there.
I really wanted to like this place. the location is great! but the building itself is very poorly managed. something is always broken
no real amenities - butterfly system is always down, several machines are broken in the fitness room, lot of thieves living there, general upkeep is non existent. do not recommend
This apartment is beautiful anybody would be lucky too live here tells good information its an excellent place to live if you are planning living alone also good too have family over
