Property Ratings at Esox House
I loved this place when it was managed by Bozzuto, but since Saturday properties took over it’s gone downhill. They shut off our water for 24+ hours, my partner was wrapping my Christmas gifts in the community room and asked management a question to which the lady was dismissive and rude. I was charged $250 for my electric bill and then $200+ every month thereafter for this “energy efficient unit”. The number on the website works half the time and it gets disconnected frequently. I called the number on the office, same deal. I called the emergency number, and no one answers. I was locked out of the package room for a week, and didn’t get any communication from the management until a week later. If I could get out of my lease I would… the parking garage increased from $150/mo to $175/mo and street parking is nearly impossible. My apartment has been entered twice without 24h notice and management denies this. It’s a beautiful property, for sure. It’s just really expensive for what you get and inconsistent management. Becca has been helpful after I raised concerns, but overall not going to resign here.
