Been living here 2 years, recently transferred to a 2 bedroom and since I moved in a month ago they have done absolutely nothing to put in any of the work orders or contact back for maintenance. I have emailed multiple times a week, called multiple times and left voicemails. The few times I had the energy to go in person they just said “we will handle it” It’s gotten to the point where I’m so angry that I have nothing else to do but write reviews.
My car was stolen here. I saw somebody lie and stole somebody's pizza. So you know...
Hi I am a current resident in these disgusting apartments. They are infested with roaches in every corner. We have written a large amount if complaints as a whole and our "maintenance workers" only came two times to spray and it hasn't done anything. We also have problems with our dish washer and we have put in multiple work orders about it and they come and "fix" it and it only makes it worse. We have requested a new one and they have said we will get a new one and it never happened. Instead of being long winded i will put this very simply: They only care about one thing MONEY. Anything else is nonsense to there ears and they treat there residents like trash. Me and my family will be moving away shortly and they will no longer receive our money. Again 0 stars for my review. These apartments are slum and need a entirely new team for management and maintenance.

Do not rent here! You will regret every bit of it. They have maintenance on staff but they do not fix things. There is a huge homeless population on the grounds that climb over the wall in the back. Some sleep in the dumpster areas. IT IS NOT SAFE! DO NOT RENT HERE!

Since new management this place is even worse! Management will lie to make themselves look good, they never answer the phone or emails and don’t call you back, the apartments are outdated and the roaches never go away, there is trash and piles of dog poop everywhere that doesn’t get cleaned up. The pools and gym are never open especially in the afternoons your car will get towed for simply being park in the parking lot. PLEASE LOOK Anywhere but ARIUM!!!

Everything was ok minus the amount of roaches before ARIUM took over. It’s a ton of reasons why you shouldn’t rent from them so I’ll start with new management staff. They were rude and you could never contact anyone by phone. They’ll give u false information when you ask. They pool is never open. It’s a lot of trash blowing around on the ground. They have tow trucks going around tagging cars and towing and if your 2 weeks late on rent they will send out 24 hour eviction notice without letting you catch up. On top of that they hold the eviction notice until the day before you have to leave. PLEASE DON’T RENT HERE! I never wrote a review but I’m trying to warn ppl about them they are terrible!! We were late because they raised our rent so they can have new tenants. DONT DO IT!

Moved from Montana to Las Vegas and upon arrival our apartment was given to us in poor condition we had hire a cleaner because it was so dirty! Not to mention that our fridge had cockroaches! They almost towed our car away because THEY gave us the wrong parking spot! I told Sierra that assistant manager and she never once apologized! DO NOT RENT HERE

Look for a better place than this. Have been here for 2 months and tbh the actual apartments are nice but the staff and ownership and maintenance is nonexistent once you sign the lease. I have a list of 3 or 4 maintenance requests that have gone totally unanswered (look at my other comments on here). Got a utility bill today that charged me for pest control. The only pests are mosquitos that thrive in these apartments because they run the sprinklers all night long even when it rains. So the place is invested with them and then they charge you for pest control. Come enjoy your new apartment at Emerald Swamp.
Heather and Brandy were awesome in guiding me through leasing my first apartment. These ladies were incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the property. Their amazing service definitely helped me to decide which property to lease with. I'm glad to have met them, I was pleased with the property, and I'm really excited to move in.
I have been living here for about a year and am definitely going to be renewing my lease. I love my apartment, and I love the area. The people that work here are always so friendly. Maintenance has always taken care of my issues pretty fast, and I love the office workers. Whenever I go in there, they remember my name. I never just feel like I am an apartment number or a rent check to them. I did have a major leak in my apartment a few months back and the manager even got involved to take care of everything the same day, and she called me to check if I was happy with everything a few days later. That kind of service is what made me decide that I want to renew my lease.

I went to go take a tour here and I am really impressed. I started looking for an apartment really early because I am super picky and I knew it would take me a while. I walked around the apartments first to see if I would even want to go in the office and it was clean and there were tons of grass which I absolutely loved. I guess I caught them on a really busy day because everyone in the office was busy with someone. I was really surprised that the manager (I think her name is Lisa) came out and greeted me and someone else that was waiting. She helped them first because they were there before me. They were concerned about something being broken in their apartment and I listened to the conversation. She seemed to really care about what was going on and I was really impressed with how she handle the situation. I have been to so many apartments where the manager doesn't ever come out of the office or even look up when someone is waiting, so it was really refreshing for the manager(who I know is probably very busy) to come out of the office and take time to speak to people. She took her time and explained everything to me. I am not moving for a while, but when I do, I am pretty sure that this is the place for me!

Someone who lived in this community was murdered and they have no respect for the deceased person. His car has a flat tire obviously from the shooting and all they can do is put a move it sticker on it. Smh the poor guy hasnt even been gone a week. Give his family some time geez. Have some respect. Shame on Oasis Springs.
lived there for over 2 years and the place was terrible. there are homeless wondering around the complex at all times, especially at night. police is always at the complex because something always goes down. maintenance takes forever to come by and fix problems. that's if they even come by. there are cockroaches everywhere! even after the bug guys spray them down they're still there! it was disgusting. the leasing office has new workers like every day. once i was moving out they tried to tell me i had a longer lease than i signed up for. two times i came back and both times i was given different lease numbers. i cannot be more happy that i am now moved out. terrible place. terrible management. stay away
The staff was very helpful. I had to do everything from across country over the phone and email...it all went so smoothly when I arrived and the apartment is great!! It's so quiet and peaceful!!
Well title say it all I was resently approved for a one bed room and although there was a move in special after all the cable charges. And administration fees my total cost came out to1456. Like what happened to the move in for just 399
While this place is a very nice place to live. Don't be fooled. If you enjoy waiting for 2 weeks to get anything in your apartment fixed this place is for you! Our AC went out in the middle of summer three times and each time it took them 2 weeks to fix it. At one point it was cooler outside then it was in our apartment, we ended up staying at my moms house until the issue was fixed. Even if you call corporate to complain they don't seem to care much either. The first time the AC went out I called every single day and it didn't seem to faze the front that we were without air. There is only one person up front that seems to care about the people she brings into this place, but other then that the other ladies make you feel like you're not wanted and they don't care about your problems. For example, while I was talking to someone up front asking questions about my work orders, she answered the phone in the middle of me speaking to her and then asked "do you need something else?" How rude is that?! If I didn't need anything else I would've left but I had questions that needed to be answered! Like I said it's a beautiful place to live, the only issues I've had is the front desk and the maintenance people. But if you avoid all of that it's amazing! Very spacious and the place comes with cable! Just hope nothing breaks.
Oasis Springs has the best maintenance crew ever ! The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
Have been renting since April 2015 First time renting apartments... Staff is wonderful in the main office. . but I been calling for Maintanance for abt two months & everytime they apologize and tell me they will pass it down and get it fix.. I am still waiting.
I went to go look at these beautiful apartments with my wife and we both agree the they are the best in Vegas the staff is super friendly and treat you like family the pool and spa and gym is amazing I absolutely love it I strongly recommend living at oasis springs
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful through the whole process. The apartment was exactly as they showed me. Everything was very clean and in proper working condition. I can sit on my balcony and look at the mountains, very peaceful and quiet!! Love my new apartment!
This apartment complex was everything I was looking for when I first started looking again. Affordable, extremely quiet, great service. Look forward to renewing my lease again.
