Great location, beautiful amenities, awesome staff, appreciate focus on safety/security, and enjoy my personal living space. Only request would be for wider parking spaces.

Good facilities and community. Apartments do not have good sound proofing. Staff members are great. Maintenance team is fast and effective. Would recommend.

I have been happy at Ellison Heights, the apartment's features and lay out are great. Amenities are decent. The community is relatively small which I like and the staff is great (kudos to maintenance and concierge). The main constraint is the parking situation which is very limited notably for guests.

So far so good, my virtual tour went well and I am looking forward to moving forward with my application and moving into this beautiful community.

So far so good! Living here is quiet thanks to the solid construction… unlike other apartment complexes that we visited in the neighborhood.

So far so good... Ellison Heights is perfectly located to access the city and the growing number of bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the Heights area. The move in experience was trouble-free with small apartment issues quickly resolved by the awesome maintenance team, and responsive communications from the very professional onsite team. The building has a small number of apartments which makes you feel more part of a community, lease rates are higher than most but the apartments do not stay vacant for long so that speaks volumes.

Overall, everything in the apartment complex has been great — the staff is friendly, maintenance is responsive, and the amenities are well-kept. The only ongoing issue has been the parking garage gates, which haven’t worked properly since we moved in. It would be great to see a permanent solution soon.

So far, I have loved the hospitality of Ellison and the quality of the building. The staff has made my move-in experience seamless and has been very helpful.

Everything has been wonderful so far. We love the staff, who are always willing to help! Our only complaint would be that some of the neighbors never pick up their dogs’ poop.

My husband and I had toured three apartment complexes before deciding Ellison Heights was to be our next home. The concierge warmly greeted us (we did not have an appt) and we filled in a short form. The manager, Matt, showed us the pool and work out room, an available one-bedroom residence, and the club room on the top floor. He was very engaging and answered our questions. The building is spotless and well-designed, and mainly: the location is wonderful near restaurants, shops and theatres.

I love my unit, staff is great, but Amenities are not up to the standing of the building and the garage gates constantly has issues which leads to occasional break ins… We should have more residents events also.

Everything has been wonderful so far, the staff is incredibly kind and eager to help when needed. The only but that we have so far are the security issues with the cars, but fortunately nothing has happened to our vehicles so far!

Great location and amenities. Located near several great restaurants and walking/biking trail. Maintenance staff very responsive and professional. Concierge very professional, helpful, and friendly.

Good staff, I really like my unit but for the price amenities shall be better (bigger gym and better shape of pool lounge furniture). Elevator often has an issue and parking is a bit tight.

Excellent experience! Gorgeous facility, very walkable community that is safe and attractive. Definitely plan to renew my lease and would rent here again.

Incredible leasing office staff, they made the entire leasing process very smooth and easy. Maintenance team very professional. Apartment location is incredible and amenities are very luxurious.

Beautiful facility, very friendly and responsive staff, safe and clean, walk daily to many conveniently located restaurants and even able to walk to an HEB - very happy to live at Ellison!

Great location. Many issues (security, building maintenance, emergency distubance calls, high noise levels, community awareness and involvement) that need improvement. These issues could be resolved with better management team. Community is self substained and does not measure up to standards of living.

Happy to have chosen Ellison Heights for my home 3 years ago.

I toured the community and it was nice and clean. Customer service was outstanding and answered any questions I had.

I don’t care if they offer you 11 months free on a 12 month lease. Don’t do it. Unsafe, everything is always broken, they continue slashing whatever amenities are left, terrible management. Our main elevator has been broken for over 3 months… that should tell you all you need to know about the type of “luxury” they offer.

Lovely contemporary apartment complex with great amenities

I enjoy Ellison Heights. The building is new, well maintained and the service/staff is great. If you consider living in the Heights and are looking for an apartment building/community that combines luxury with comfort and friendly staff, this is definitely the place to be!

Very nice appartments. I had a very good impression about it because there's not noticeable noise from the surroinding neighbors, in previous experiences I was aware about the walking routine of the apartment above mine and the musical taste of my left and right neighbors, but on this building I can be at peace. For sure I will hear something if it is very noisy, but not in a normal use. I can be sure that this building has the better insulation material between units of all the ones that I lived before.

The property is definitely one level above most in the area. It's small, which is a great benefit. the staff can see more and do more to make it shone everyday. Clean, safe, secure, and great residents.

Don’t fall victim to their free rent promotions. Stop and think why would a community be that desperate for residents?…you’ll be better off at a different property. Living here will not make life easier. Effortless luxury is not constantly taking stairs because all elevators are down. Leasing staff is unresponsive. Just make the decision I should’ve - live somewhere else.

This apartment seems like a really nice place but there are so many issues I would never recommend any friend to move here. From multiple burglaries to broken elevators and a broken gate anyone can go into the parking garage at anytime this is not a place I want to live. We are sticking it out until our lease is up and can’t wait to move out!

My partner and I toured a 2 bedroom and it was so beautiful! Plenty of room for us and for my partner’s office. The sales rep, Caitlyn was so sweet and knowledgeable. Hands down the best tour due to her presentability of the beautiful amenities.

Not safe, poor management, nothing ever works (elevators, internet, garage gate) and rarely gets cleaned.

Don't move here. "Effortless luxury" doesn't really make sense because it takes a lot of effort to do 12 flights of stairs. You're better off at the community directly across the street or one of the other newer complexes in the same area.

Its been a great experience so far. Love the access to restaurants, the friendly staff and the high grade appliances in my home. The walls are well insulated so I never hear my neighbors conversations or footsteps.

Not having lived in an apartment for many years, Ellison Heights exceeded all expectations. Staff, facilities, amenities, and location are all superb.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I walked in off the street after a real estate contract fell through and was able to take a tour, pick out an apartment and close a lease very easily. Painless process
