It’s 2022 and the mailboxes get broken into every other day.. we pay at $30 security fee every month and there is no security guard or camera on the property… move here if u want scorpions and your mail stolen every other day!!! Good luck

If I am able to give no stars, I would. This apartment is not safe to live in. The mailboxes are being broken into and mails are being stolen daily. Random suspicious cars always park in the residents parking. Police is always in this area more than once a week. All have been reported to the Leasing Office and they didn't do anything about it. The managers were unapproachable and unorganized. There are a lot of cockroaches that I have killed in my apartment. Three times I have killed scorpions. What every lessee should know is that the lessor is the one in breach of contract when they can't make their complex livable. Under these circumstances I had no choice not to renew my lease (for my family and my safety) and the staff of El Parque Villas claimed I was in breach of contract, ignoring the fact I wrote them a letter explaining that they were the ones in breach of contract. They didn't give me my full security deposit back and stated on the paper that I broke the lease that ended in February; in which is the same time that I left the complex. We even cleaned our unit, spotless before leaving and still threw a cheap shot not returning my full security deposit. El Parque Villas is under Con Am, so for you people out there looking for an apartment beware of Con Am.
