It is a great place to stay! Me and my little one feel safe especially with the 24 hour security. The front office takes time to get to know people and are always so friendly. I had so many questions and a couple of issues at first but they never made me feel annoying nor like I was a bother they were so quick to help.

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment for you and your family in a friendly and relaxed community, Domain Town Center is the place for you. The apartments are new, modern and beautiful. Maintenance staff is professional and very reliable. Any request gets solved inmediately. The surrounding green areas are well kept and provide a beautiful place to go for a stroll any time of the day. There is plenty of parking space close to all units. The neigbours are very quiet. The gym is always very clean and has lots of equipment to exercise. The Business Center counts with a wide variety of drinks, such as chocolate, coffee and tea to chose from. All drinks, for you and any guest, are available all day long. There is also a big Theater and other areas to relax. All the staff at the front office is excellent, no exceptions. I have been living at Domain Town Center for over 18 months and any request I have had has been solved inmediately. Management also organizes social events and even provides extra services for us. For the Holidays, for instance, they set up a beautiful wrapping center area where we found everything we needed to get our presents ready for Christmas. Wrapping papers, ribbons, cards, boxes, everything was provided. Even Holiday cookies, chocolates and drinks. I am very thankful to Management and all the Staff for creating such a beatiful and safe community to live.

Nice apartment but overall experience from move in to present has been unsatisfactory. Office staff very unprofessional. Maintenance requests are never addressed in timely manner. Valet trash service is extremely inconsistent. Pool is never open and when it is open it’s for very limited hours.

Domain town center have great amenities and the leasing team is very informative. They go over and beyond to make sure every resident is comfortable. The area is quiet and is very close to the heights and downtown.

have been a resident here for less than a week and upon move in my unit had bugs and roaches everywhere. Pet hair everywhere from the previous residents and multiple damages including dirty vents. I brought this to the managers attention and asked to break my lease . They told me no unless i do early terminatio fees. Then they offered me a unit transfer so i told them if I transfer units can i receive a discount on my first months rent to compensate for movers they told me no. To make things worse ,all of the units they could transfer me to with the EXACT floor plan are 200-400 more expensive than the monthly rent they quoted me. So now I’m stuck in this unit until the end of my lease. They had to send out the house keeper and maintenance guy twice to my place because they did the bare minimum the first time I addressed my concerns. To make things worse even though pest control treated my apartment after I complained they told me it’s no guarantee i will not see anymore pests. That’s scary because I’ve lived at other apartments that are older than this brand new property and never seen a pest problem before until this place. The hallways are filthy from lack of maintenance and valet not caring about properly carrying the trash out. Please do not sign here this is the worst living conditions and customer service i have witnessed in my entire life!

I love the atmosphere and the staff is so kind. This apartment complex is beautiful. My favorite amenities are the WI-FI lounge, Movie Room and Gym.

Our experience at Domain Town Center has been a great start to our married life. I am glad that as Newlyweds we have a beautiful place to call home. Domain has allowed us to enjoy different amenities and enjoy our safe place. Domain has surely made us feel at home. I always say its like we live in a mini resort.
