Property Ratings at Domain Heights
If you’re considering renting here, don’t. Management ignores maintenance requests, closes them without fixing anything, and communicates poorly (or not at all) about major disruptions. Expect sewage truck noise, surprise 1am fire alarms, stolen/broken into cars, broken amenities, and long outages with zero updates. They also try to illegally enforce rules and charge fees that aren’t in the lease. There are far better options in Houston for lower prices.
Everyone was so nice and helpful! I'm so grateful to be living at DOmain Heights. Out of all of the apartments I toured, domain was by far my favorite.
We have absolutely loved living here. Of course this apartment (like every other) comes with it's flaws, but for the price, we have 0 complaints.
The management here isn’t great. Amenities were great when the building was new but it’s only a few years old and the pool is disgusting and has never been cleaned since we moved in 2+ years ago, the hallways are pretty smelly and gross because people leave trash out for days and leasing office doesn’t seem too concerned to stop garbage from sitting out always when you walk in, golf simulator and elevators break often, and upkeep of the property overall is pretty bad quality to be honest.
We had a great experience. Jessica was fantastic to work with. She answered all of our questions & has kept us informed throughout the process.
Overall great location, biggest pool in the area. Friendly staff and trash valet included which is a great help. There is a bar in the lobby which is awesome for hosting.
Easy and Fast move in process, Daniela is such a great employee!! The property is great, and has so many amenities, very affordable as well.
The property is always clean and well maintained by janitorial and facilities services. Lots of areas for activity with functioning amenities. Friendly staff and neighbors with helpful resources when questions arise.
Great community with amenities and luxury that is hard to beat for the price. Pool is a ton of fun during the warmer months and maintenance is nice.
I would not recommend this place and i have steered several of my friends away from this community. Management has not only lost my whole months rent in July 2024, but didn’t notify me until a month later and then tried to serve me with eviction two hours after i went to the bank and handed the leasing my SECOND bankers check . I’ve lived in two units and upon moving into my second i kept putting in work order because my place was perfect condition for mold..no one did anything until there was mold all in my closet. Was promised air purified and never got one. Had move out fees from my first unit and was promised & DOCUMENTED by the first property manager my fees were to be waived, new management came and without a conversation from anyone to give me answers i was sent to collections. I can never get ahold of any person from management as the phones seem to always go to voicemail. Do NOT move here unless you want continuous problems with management and headaches.
As a recent resident, my experience so far has been great! I absolutely love the amenities, and while there are a few areas where I can see room for improvement, the overall housekeeping and upkeep are outstanding. I’m really glad I chose to move here!
Maintenance is always quick and the property is kept very clean. Been here 6 months and it’s been great this far. My only complaint is if you get a yard unit I would have more transparency on the fact some locations in the building might not dry very well because of limited sunlight so it stays muddy
I absolutely love the building! I recently moved in and overall, I have had a positive experience. The building is well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The management team is responsive and attentive, addressing any maintenance requests promptly.
It's fine, I still feel the parking garage selling out to a tow company is way too restrictive. Security on the garage is tight enough without having to interview my guests on the make and model of their car their license plate and all that.
Really enjoyed living here because of the community. The management needs lots of work though. Their lack of communication was horrendous. But the actual apartment and area was great.
Have had an amazing experience so far! Love all the ammenities such as the Gym and Pool. Have had a lot of fun and love the building so far with the short time I have been living here!
The experience here has continued to be an amazing experience! I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else here in the heights ! This property continues to keep me informed on all property events.
I recently moved out of Domain Heights, unfortunately, the property did not live up to the expectations. During my time there, the complex consistently struggled with maintenance issues. The hot water supply was unreliable, often leaving residents without hot water for extended periods. Additionally, many of the advertised amenities (golf simulator/sauna) were frequently out of service, which was extremely disappointing. One of the most significant inconveniences was the elevator service; the elevator was out of order for nearly two months, causing considerable distress especially having to carry an elderly dog up 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day! Moreover, after my lease ended and my family vacated the apartment, I was surprised to be charged additional fees without any valid reason or information from the management. $200 for water which made no sense since our water bill each month was nearly $20-$30. We were also charged for replacing carpets...This was after the manager mentioned on final walk through that the carpets looked great and would not have any issues. The same manager did let me know that the original carpets put in the apartment were cheap and would most likely need replaced, but each customer should not foot the bill for a poor choice in product. I have tried to reach the property on the phone for months and in person, yet the management continues to duck the conversation and will not return phone calls or emails.

I stopped in to tour this property on 2 separate occasions. Each time I was told that the two leasing agents were not able to conduct a tour. The most recent visit was because one agent was waiting on someone coming in with an appointment. The other agent was about to go on break. It was 2pm when I went in the most recent time. I was asked to return at 4pm. Both agents were sitting idle at their desk scrolling on their cell phones when I walked in. I never got a chance to see what Domain Heights has to offer because the lazy, unprofessional leasing agents appear not to want to give tours of the property. As far as I’m concerned this community is not for me given my first impression of poor customer service.
