Beware of monthly hidden fees: $120 for use of the business center or use of the outdoor patio. These things would normally be considered part of rent but here you will have to pay extra.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize if there has been any misunderstanding regarding the fees. Residents are always welcome to use any of our amenities. The Asmartment fee is unrelated. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Leasing Team directly so we can address your concerns and ensure your experience with us is positive moving forward.
The location and amenities are great but management has not responded to several serious issues and removes reviews of residents. List shared with management - No power, no running water, pitch black hallways and staircases due to emergency/backup lights only running 90min- 2 hours during May outage (~68 hours). Garage gate open, exterior doors unlocked - management waited to increase patrol hours, and even then, entrances weren’t being guarded/controlled. Poor communication; residents told to get water from pool and won’t give specific response to requests like “will management bring in a temporary generator during the next outage?” Building next door (Ascent) brought in a generator for their residents - ?no running water during first 10 hours of Beryl outage - ?pools closed numerous extended times during summer. Main pool too frequently appears green - ?elevators malfunctioning often or down for prolonged periods of time - ?security patrol has disappeared as of at least 8/20. No warning or proactive communication from mgmt; no direct response to residents’ question “what happened to security?” - ?A/C in cardio room not functioning numerous times for days on end throughout the summer. TVs in common areas not functioning for months on end - ?no management-hosted events since Halloween party - no seasonal signature events (holiday party, summer party); no mixers - ?general poor management - basic supplies out of stock for weeks sometimes, eg no milk for coffee/latte machine, no wipes for gym
I have had the pleasure of living at the Domain at City Centre and the Lofts at City Centre since 2016. I have also had the pleasure of partnering with the same leasing agent by the name of Kourtney regarding renewing my lease each year. I also often interact with Kourtney regarding day to day business such as package deliveries and various types of services. Sometimes I just stop by the Leasing Office to say hello where I am met with the same positive vibes consistently. There are no words to explain from a tenant perspective that a consistent level of service is vital to the success of any business. Often times the level of service is not consistent and declines overtime upon entering various types and leases and/or contract agreements but I’m pleased to state that Kourtney has made the exception the rule. I surely should be purchasing a house but can't imagine what life would be like not living in City Centre at a property that consistently executes and delivers above expectations with friendly staff such as Kourtney. I would compare Kourtney and the overall experience of living at the Domain and Loft City Centre to the Chick-fil- A of apartment homes. I think we all can agree that Chick-fil-A is known for consistently providing exceptional service and as consumers we just keep going back. Regards, Current Long Term Tenant

I am so happy I found this place. It is perfect! The location is terrific, with dozens of restaurants in walking distance, a movie theater around the corner and every kind of shopping I could imagine. From H.E.B. to Costco to Home Depot it is all minutes away. The most important thing to me is that the people who are in charge really care that everything is run right. I’ve only been here four months but I am looking forward to years.

I have been renting here since 2013 started with corporate apartment but I love this location (can’t be beat!) and care the staff gives, I sold large home in superb and moved here. Easy life, maintenance comes quickly and front office staff is always warm and friendly (Kourtney! You are fantastic!) Every time the lease renewal comes I check several different apartment in the area but they always manage to keep me here. Sure, it’s not new built apartment anymore but they try to keep things updated often and community pool and lobby, gym is fantastic. I checked surrounding newer apartment often but comparing rent and sqft space, I find Domain at CC great value. It seems like every apartment have crime issue but me personally never had anything so far. Having a nice base to travel without worrying about things are great. M at 4th floor

The Domain at City Centre is a great place to live! The property is clean and well-maintained, the leasing staff are professional and courteous, and access to fitness and recreational facilities is second to none. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Terry Hershey Park, while shoppers can browse among the myriad of stores and restaurants right next door. The centralized parking garage allows for easy access to the mail room, trash room, and package locker area. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond to any service request that you enter, so you are not waiting a long time for any issues to be addressed. Management is also good at communicating with the residents via email about any pertinent issues or events. All in all, I am very satisfied with my choice to live at Domain at City Centre and I would highly recommend it to any one looking for a place to call home!

The Domain is a fantastic community in the middle of all that is going on in City Centre. Walking distance from awesome shops and restaurants. Beautiful community, friendly neighbors leasing office staff. Theres never a dull moment here because if you are bored, you can walk downstairs. Amenities are great and community is very well kept up. This place checks all the boxes. The rent is a bit steep but it guarantees a safe living space for me.

I really enjoy living at the Domain, great location and facilities. The apartments are well maintained and feel safe.
Great location and amenities.
I think that the maintenance staff tries hard to keep this area in good condition. Friendly and humble. The quality needs to be up for such a large amount of residents and is a constant challenge for them I am sure. BBQ tanks tend to run out on Saturday or Sunday leaving less capacity for the busy BBQ season. Not really happy with the extra volume of Loft residents flooding the business center, pool and cabana area. Cleaning staff should do a better job with pulling out appliances prior to any new move in. Cabana door slamming seems to pop up and nobody checks that unless somebody reports it, should be checked weekly or monthly to be proactive. Domain is accommodating & eager to help but quite reactive on some systematic things that should be natural for the price level here.
Nothing come close to home than living in Domain at City Centre!!
The Domain in my happy place. It's clean, organized, high quality, offers exceptional service - they are friendly, kind, will listen to you and are quick to help, organize fun events and work out activities. I love living here and will always remember fondly of my time there. Oh! Perfect location. I walk everywhere.
Domain is a very good location for social activities, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops it has something for everyone. no need to get in the car at any point just open the door and your there, perfect also for fitness with dedicated facilities inside the building as well as external facilities if needed.Overall a great place to live.
Domain at CityCentre has by far the best structure of condominium as visited since I arrived in Houston.
Its a great community. Living here improves your quality of life by being able to enjoy the landscape walk to restaurants,day care, etc. I love the location. The people in charge of Domain are always professional and helpful.

Domain at citycentre is a great place to live and I can only confirm the other good reviews here! However there are a few issues that have to be considered, some of which could easily be mitigated: 1) Gym: the gym is well equipped with a the top notch equipment one can dream of. However, some of the residents bring their own music, or have endless conversations on a noise level that is even amplified by the large room. One example is an onsite fitness instructor, she is often chatting loudly (lower your voice?) and often brings her own music. This is a public area, and that behaviour is disturbing. I spoke to neighbours about it who have the same impression but no one wants to complain publicly... I understand this is not a library, but the acoustic of the room is simply not supporting a more or less constant chatter! 2) Parking garage staircases: should be cleaned from top to bottom once in a while. 3) The pool should be cleaned much more often. There is quite a lot of dirt and debris floating around at times. Also there, as in the gym, it should be prohibited to have radios or music players running on loudspeaker mode, even when the volume is not extremely loud. This is really bothering and not all music tastes are the same.

How would you like to live in a resort 365 days out of the year? that's the feeling you get when you rent at the Domain at City Centre. How would you like to be in a permanent vacation? where the staff is always friendly, the place smells amazing and running in the morning at the gym looking at the resort pool feels like if you were in one of the top hotels in Hawaii. How would you like to wake up on a Sunday morning have a free cup of your favorite Starbucks at the club house and have the best restaurants in town at a walking distance? How about having a luau party with all your friendly neighbors, buffet style and fire dancers all paid by the complex. Get invited to the best happy hours in town just because you made the right decision to live here. That is Domain at the city centre, the best place to live in town.
The Domain is in the heart of CityCentre, so if you like dining out, heading to the bars without having to fear a DUI, then this is one of the better places in the area. But you will pay for that convenience. Rent is not cheap...one bedrooms start at $1600/month and that is for a sub-optimum location. Also, if you are not a dog lover, you might rethink living here, as there are many dogs around and the dog park is really just a fenced yard that does not get a lot of love wrt maintenance. Many international residents. Nice amenities and pool. Excellent staff.
Domain at City Centre is a great place to live. The amenities are nice, convenient to shopping and restaurants... management is also polite and helpful. It's a safe neighborhood and also quiet.
