Love living in the Devonshire and the staff is great! Love leasing, maintenance and front desk. Would love coffee, snacks and more events!!!

I absolutely love living here! Everything and everyone is awesome! The leasing office and staff are beyond helpful and always answer my questions.

Living here has been nice! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The well-maintained facilities and beautiful surroundings make daily life truly enjoyable.

I'm moving in and enjoying the experience a lot. I love the building and amenities, as well as the neighborhood. I do have a couple of suggestions: 1. I would not make the front doors to automatically close, since it could be a hazard to be locked out with you kid or dog inside. 2. I would add a numerical passcode to move around the building, in addition to the fob. Thanks!

It's a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The gym and pool are amazing in every way, and the concierge and staff are also quite friendly.

Favorite managed building I have lived in! Staff is fantastic and makes everyone feel welcome. Location can't be beat downtown -- everywhere is convenient. Recent renovations make the building look great, and the amenities are fantastic, particularly the gym. Whenever I have questions, someone is always available for an answer.

I love living at Devonshire everyone here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so welcoming are really know who you are and Marvin in the package room is amazing at his job and I never have a problem !

I have lived here for nearly 2 years now and have loved it. The amenities, location, and size of the units are hard to beat! The concierge and leasing staff are incredibly helpful and friendly as well!

So far so good. I appreciate the maintenance team for their timely services. The concierge staff is attentive most of the time. It's usually the substitute concierge staff that sticks to themselves a little more. The regular staff is so much more attentive, courteous, professional

We love our little city sanctuary in the sky overlooking the beautiful Charles River. Living here at the Devonshire has been an amazing experience from day one and continues to impress us. From the friendly staff to the beautiful amenities, to the fun resident events, we have everything we need right here. We are also so grateful to live right in the very heart of the city, which makes it so much easier to enjoy all of Boston’s vibrant neighborhoods, as they are all just a few steps from our front door. We are looking forward to calling the Devonshire home for a long time to come ??.

I love the Devonshire! Great place with great staff. Absolutely no complaints. My apartment feels like home. Safe, clean, cozy, welcoming and love the activities the building offers.

Maintenance on time, lovely neighborhood and neighbors, very pleased so far. The resident events are also nice. Wish laundry was free but can’t complain too much.

Many unfilled units in the building for a reason. More homeless people in the area every year. Construction noise outside and renovation noise inside, neither disclosed before they happen. Outdated HVAC system that only runs on 2 modes, cooling or heating, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures on upper floors during transition weeks. HVAC system also does not effectively remove steam in the bathroom or kitchen. Mailroom has a hard time keeping up with package deliveries. Unannounced water shutdowns. Treadmills and elevators inoperable for months at a time. Resident social events stopped for months without explanation. Undergrad parties and barking dogs. Not exactly luxury living.

The community at the Devonshire is genuinely a home! It feels like a haven in the city. From beautiful facilities to kind staff and events with neighbors it’s genuinely home.

I love living here at the Devonshire. The location is fantastic- right in downtown Boston and near all the train lines. The amenities are great, especially the gym, pool, and fitness classes. And I absolutely love the community here and making friends through the resident events.

About a week ago, a random construction project began, operating loudly only around midnight and lasting over three hours, typically until 2 or 3 AM each night. I reported the issue to Boston 311, but they were unable to locate the source or provide any details about the construction. The leasing office stated that they have no control over activities outside the building. Multiple tenants, including former tenants, have mentioned that they moved away because of the construction noise. I would agree that living in downtown Boston can become uninhabitable at times due to such disruptions, especially when no solutions are provided.

Amazing!!!! I love this location, if you don't have a car, you are close to all the Train lines (walking distance). The staff is so friendly and great! We used to have many resident events each month that have been cancelled for the past months (which everyone misses).

I’d love for events to come back, more weights in the gym and more classes (Pilates) we miss the events at the Devonshire! The staff is super friendly

Living in Devonshire is such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend the sky club on the 42nd floor, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Charles River and harbor.

Just moved into Devonshire and couldn't be happier with location, unit, security, amenities, and staff. The residence is clean and the neighborhood is filled with things to do and places to eat.

With perfect location, close by train station. Around with drugs stores and restaurants. It’s supper convenient for daily living. Can’t complain more about the service from concierge and management team. It’s one of the best moving experiences with the building.

Perfect. The staff here are very friendly and can help you a lot. It is very convenient to live here. You can go to the gym to work out, go to the lounge to study, and there will be someone to help you receive the package, so you don't have to worry about receiving the package. When your apartment needs maintenance, the staff will come to help you quickly.

I absolutely love living at the devonshire. the staff is amazing and the amenities are top tier! everything is kept very clean, and they are redoing the floors which makes it feel more like a luxury building.

The Devonshire is a great building with awesome staff! There are several amenities that have been a great addition being in Boston including a fitness center and a pool.

I love living here at Devonshire in the heart of downtown Boston. I especially love having a pool on the 42nd floor and being able to look out over the city. I also love all of the resident events here at Devonshire. I love living on the Freedom Trail where I see tourists visiting the beautiful city of Boston and all of its historic sites.

I love spending my life with everyone here at Devonshire. The atmosphere is so inviting and calming. I’ve never felt so at home than I do living here. This building is fantastic! Excellent amenities, full service door people, and easy commute to work. This is an excellent place to live in Downtown Boston.

The location is unbeatable. Apartment quality is great. Everyone is friendly. The elevators get crowded often. Community is respectful. Amenities are rarely used.

We are coming up on 3 years of calling the Devonshire home, and we could not be happier living here. Being right in the heart of Boston has dramatically changed our lives, allowing us to easily access so many city neighborhoods and expand our experiences. We walk everywhere and have been able to take advantage of so many more opportunities all the time. The entire staff here at the Devonshire are amazing – professional, helpful, friendly, and kind! We also love our apartment, our gorgeous views of the city, the gym and yoga studio, and the fantastic resident events that are offered every month. We are so grateful that we discovered our lovely sanctuary right here in the heart of Boston.

I have lived here for four years and it has been pretty good. I like that there's residence events and that the staff is very quick to answer your concerns but the turnover with the stuff is crazy in the second year I was here.

Devonshire has been my home for almost 3 years! The location is great and there is a lot of attention to detail from Michelle on the resident events that are held. I’ve enjoyed my time here and enjoyed the great team at the front desk. Joe and Griselda are a great dynamic duo.

Staffs here are very friendly and helpful, especially Karen who has been so patient to answer our questions even before we moved in. We haven’t got chance to use the gym and swimming pool. But every time when we visited the lounge or gym found it’s clean and organized. The management is very quick to respond questions, concerns and keeping tenants updated on the events. It’s been a great experience living here.

It's been almost one year since I moved here and so far so good! Very great location and amenity. Excellent services. Lots of fun activities throughout the year.

The staff at the apartment complex are wonderful! They are friendly and super helpful and make the experience enjoyable! The amenities are very wonderful! The biggest issue is the non-stop construction 24/7 surrounding the complex that has been going on since moving in five years ago. It wouldn't be such a hassle if it was only during the day, but nighttime construction has not decreased since moving-in. If you are a light sleeper or have small kids, look somewhere else.
